Kim managed to fight it.. somehow. She knew theres was something inside her.. something making her do this.. something fighting this.. She ran over to helia and slapped her. She fell over and hit her head on the floor and kim rushed out the room. She pushed Jinesh out her way "MOVE IT!" she screamed and ran out. She was on one now and she was going to find her pendand.. "no matter what it takes" Kim stop.. Fight it come on girl you know this isnt you! Helias you friend! go back and help her but she didnt, she kept on going and was soon hunting the professor down.

jinesh was now really afraid. Helia had performed an unforgivable curse on Kim. jinesh didnt know what was the matter between them both. he went to help kim and gave her his water so that she could drink it and gain some strength.

Kieron shook his head lightly as the voices of the other students drowned out his hearing, watching with a very disturbed frown as Algernon rushed off to find the headmistress as he snuggled closer into his cloak. He had been quiet in the class and listened to Algernon's teachings, but he had been with the group, not putting in any imput to the situation, although he had his hand on his wand just in case something happened. Merlin, he wanted to run off after him! Poor guy's hands were probably burnt to hell and back from that pendant. Looking towards Kim, he wasn't sure whether to feel concerned or suspicious of her because of the incident that was going on in front of his eyes. Or maybe both. Anyways, it wasn't any of his concern about the decisions the other students made. Whether they wanted to be stupid or not was completely up to them. Sighing again and shaking his head, Kieron waited to see what would happen next, still wanting to go after the professor but knowing the others would hold him back or something if he tried. He would see to it later. Shocked though a few minutes later at Helia using such a unforgiveable curse on Kim, he snorted in disdain. That was just..terrible. Even if the other girl was under suspicion, it wasn't right.

She hit the floor hard, she knew there wasn't much she could do now... but she had to do something. She aimed her wand straight up in the air and yelled, "PHOENIX EXDAMENTIA!" she hadn't wanted to use that spell, not ever without the professors guidance, but it was all she could think of. Green sparks emmited from her wand and became a swirling tornado, and then there was a Phoenix. With her last bit of consiousness she muttered, "Go... help... Kim..." and the bird was off, hunting after the slytherin girl... and Halo was unconcious

jinesh ran to helia as she collapsed unconscious. he wanted to go find the nurse. then he would go and inform professor.but he had to help helia. he didnt know what to do. he took his water bottle and helped helia drink it so she could draw some strength to be conscious again

"Vhat is going on here? Everyone sit." Rainer yelled shrilly grabbing jinesh and pushing him back from the stairs forcefully. "I am in control now, you will all listen and sit." he announced, quickly applying his will to each and pressing upon them with impossible gravity. "Where's Rivers?" a pause, the scent of something on the air "and who has been casting unforgivables? Naughty children." Rainer watched as Helia collapsed suddenly and was too stunned to react to the pheonix rush past him. He most certainly did not mean to do that.

Fin ran to help Halo, but saw that Jinesh had it under control. Then, he ran after Kim as fast as he could. "KIM! WAIT, YOU NEED HELP!!!"

Knowing the confusion of the situation though, he decided to explain it with as much detail as possible, the phoenix flying off from the diviation roof. "Well, it's a little hard to describe. Ms. Rivers left the room and we're not sure where she went." The gryffindor started, wanting to make this as quick and precise as possible without screwing up. "Class was being taught, the professor took a pendant away from Rivers that he believed to be dangerous and ran off to find the headmistress. Her attitude changed, students started to argue, and one performed an unforgiveable curse on Rivers because of her behavior. Then a student sent out a phoenix for some ungodly reason that I can't figure out." Taking a breath, he glanced at the other professor with piercing eyes, figuriung that was enough. Who /was/ he anyways? He didn't recognize him. The german accent he could recognize though.

"So River's is gone? Ugh Mein Gott. Luft als eis!" Upon uttering his spell the air took a rapid chill that wound itself around the students binding them to the floor. Turning to Kieron who appeared at the least level minded, Rainer called, "schnell follow me," and turned on his heel without a second thought leaving the children pinned to the floor. At least they were out of danger.

"Of course." Kieron looked a slight bit confused at first, but nodded, following the professor to where he said he was going without a second thought. His feet fastly paced to keep up with the other man, the sixth year couldn't help but feel worried. 'Algernon..where are you? Are you alright?'

Helia eventually woke up and tried to remember what happened. Everything slowly returned to her... but there were still blurry spots. She stood up, but still being very weak (From the spells she had stupidly attempted) she sat back down.
After a few minutes she had regained some strength, and realizing noone was coming for her, she decided to try and find her way to the infirmiry.
