Lisa looked up from her quill, which she had just set gently on her table, and stared at Malfoy, worrying her bottom lip once more. Then, ignoring his sneer, she turned away, knowing that Malfoy was a prick, and that wasn't likely to change any time soon.

"Don't you know that it's rude to stare, Turpin?" Draco whispered, soft enough so that the Professor wouldn't hear, his voice edged with malice.

A million different retorts ran through Lisa's head, many of them just as rude as his, but unfortunately, her Hufflepuff side kicked in, and all she had to offer was a small, timid "Sorry."
Looking away, cursing herself silently, she picked up her quill, ready to write notes, avoiding the Slytherin's gaze.

Fin looked over, and saw Malfoy bothering a Hufflepuff girl over in the corner. "Obviously not much of a gentlemen," he said to Jerred. "I wonder if he's even ever had a girlfriend."

Lisa, who had overheard Fin's last remark in the silence of the classroom, looked over to him. She smiled, sending him a look that said she obviously agreed.

He looked at her and smiled. Then, he mouthed "What's up?" hoping she'd understand what he was saying.

Draco smirked, satisfied with Lisa's response. He then went back to his own work, overhearing Fin's comment. Rolling his eyes, he couldn't help but feel a twinge of anger at the small insult. Looking over to fin, he glared, his eyes narrowing dangerously.

Lisa grinned, somewhat understanding what he asked. "Not much," she mouthed back, her eyes moving toward the professor, who she hoped hadn't noticed any of the chatter. "Yourself?"

Brian's hair was covering his eyes so no one could see that his eyes were moving back and forth.
