Kim had come out a little late. She had been sensible tonight and tied her hair up, leaving her fringe down obviously. She walked through the silent corridors quickly but silently.
She reached the end of the corridor and found the stairs, taking a quick look around to make sure no one was following her. She raced down them and through the hall into the grounds outside.
The air hit her quick. It was sharp and cold whipping at her face. She pulled her robes arounf her tighter and making sure she had her wand she began to set off over the grounds.
The first place she ended up was the lake, she stood in front of it for a little while watching as the moon reflected off it, and the slight waves. The wind was picking up speed making the water go even quicker. She glanced up at the stars, Proffessor Moncriefs words came back to her, that night in his office when she realised she spoke centaur. She couldnt remember them exactly but it was something along the lines of 'Listen to the stars. They sing to you' Kim thought about that for a little while before heading off again.
After looking at the stars for a short while, she felt more calm and relaxed. As she neared the forest her pace became slower until she reached an eventual stop just outside it. She didnt know why she wanted to go back in there, she had seen just about enough of it... But for some reason, she wanted to. There were so many things she still didnt understand and she thought maybe she find some answers in the forest.
She decided to take her time and think it through before making a decision that could kill her. Yeah... That wouldnt be good now at all would it? She thought to herself.
After about five minutes she walked into the forest. Taking slow and silent steps and keeping to the shadows. Her heart was in her throat, she knew what dangers were in this forest. She'd seen in for herself. They werent just myths. Haha... I remember when i thought that... Yeah... Safe to say i nearly got killed. She walked further and further in, eventually coming to the place she had fought Fenrir. She shrugged and continued walking. she had never been in this far before and the area was looking very new to her. She came to a stop near a tree, she hadnt seen or heard anything since she came in. Give it time Kim.. she was thinking of which way to go next. She had never been this far before and wanted to explore.
