Brian sat near the lake, it felt like a while since he had. Maybe he would see one of his friends.

Grace ran out of the forest onto the beach by the lake, and saw someone by the lake and stopped. She plucked a twig from her aurburn hair and straightened her skirt. She walked over to the slytherin and said, "hi! I'm Grace, may I sit?"

Helia was walking around the lake when she spotted two figures sitting down. She recognized one of them right off and decided to join them. "Hey Brian, hey... oh drat. I'm sure I know your name, but my brain has run off again. I'm Helia."

"Been trying to keep up in classes, got a new broom, that's about it." she shrugged. She picked up a nearby rock and tried to skip it across the lake, but the rock fell in after two jumps.

"cool" he said picking up a rock and throwing it. It skiped 7 times and then sank into the water below.

"Show off." she muttered jokingly. "So what've you been doing Brian, I feel like I haven't seen you in forever!" she said as she took off her shoes and let her feet dangle into the water.

She chuckled hearing Grace talk about Homework, then looked curiously at Brian. She wanted to know what kind of things he worried about, but knew that no matter how much she pried it would probably do no good. She turned to Grace, "So what's your favorite class?"
