She smiled. "Let's just say it got to the point of fatality." Her smiled faded thinking of the day Cole had died. She closed her eyes like she was trying to contain the images.

"No." she breathed deepily to keep tears from forming. she looked up into his wanting to show him, but she didn't want to scare him. She decided upon not hiding.

She closed her eyes for a moment and began. "I killed my best friend a few years back..." she choked for the words. "He had had a crush on me and I was talking to this kid in out neighborhood. He got jealous and I fought with him...it wasn't even really anything major."

"I'm sorry to have to say that." She said and hugged him back leaning on him only a little. She was a little shocked that he wasn't quick to leave.
