Alondra walked quickly out to the lake her shoes becoming soaked from the grass that had absorbed the last hour's rain. It was a cold day and she pulled her robes around her tightly trying to warm up a bit. She scanned the shore of the lake for a dry or somewhat dry spot. She hurriedly ran to a large rock half in the water. She needed to sit down since she had been walking around for two hours. For the longest time she was in the corridors of the school looking for a good place to go outside but found none until now. She sat on the rock cautiously making sure it was dry. Truly Alondra didn't care but she didn't find a following ridicule from fellow Slytherins or others would be much fun when she went inside.

Kandler walked along the edge of the lake. He had been around twice now. He was humming a random tune and stopped at a noise up ahead. Kandler's face lit up at the sight of who it was and walked closer to where Alondra sat on the large rock. "Well hello there."

She had only closed her eyes for a moment when she heard a familiar voice greet her. She turned a bit, just enough to see Kandler coming. She turned back trying to hide an ear to ear grin. She couldn't help herself and then she remembered him saying hello. "Hey." she said gazing out over the lake to smother her excitement in the two seconds she had.

Kandler watched her turn back around and only smiled more when she did. "What are you doing?" His curiosity hit him fast and hard. Kandler jumped ontop of the rock behind her. "Hopefully not being sad or depressed."

"Not at all." she said and smiled even more when she felt movement behind her. 'Not while you're around...' She tried to surpress her nervousness but failed to do so. She continued looking in the same direction.

He knelt down on the rock and was right behind her. His head was suddenly next to hers. He tilted it ever so slightly so that it leaned on hers. "What is so interesting?" Kandler asked before he looked at her with the same wolfish grin he kept giving her

She smiled and looked a little surprised when his head touched her own. "Um..." she was speechless for the moment having nothing she was truly looking at. "The lake." she managed pathetically.

Kandler couldn't help but laugh. "Oh. Well carry on then." he said looking out at the lake as well.

She was still smiling and she turned her head to look at him. She gazed at his face with interest as if it contained some hidden treasure that was extremely wonderful. She got caught up in staring she started to day dream.

Kandler cleared his throat and smiled at her as she continued to stare at him. He looked at her now and kept smiling. He was going to see how long she'd stare when he just leaned forward and gave her a small kiss on the lips. He sat and waited her reaction. Of course Kandler liked her. But who would dare like a werewolf in the way he was starting to like Alondra? Especially a Slytherin.

She smiled against his lips not expecting that to happen and she quickly responded by kissing him back. She had like him for a while now, but she never thought he'd actually like her back. She was quite different from her fellow classmates. She was caring and kind, and she was somewhat insecure.

He laughed slightly. "hi." Kandler said stupidly unsure what to say. His mind was completely blank except that one word. She had gone and kissed him back.

She laughed as well and said. "Hello." She didn't want him to feel stupid for she was at a loss of words as well. She had never liked someone like this before. She had never considered this before, nor anticipated it like she normally would have.

He cleared his throat and scratched his neck. Wow. That took me long enough. He thought to himself as he smiled kindly at Alondra. "uhm.."

"What took you long enough?" she asked him and then realized it was his thought, not spoken. She bit her lip and felt a little nervous that she had just let that slip again.
