Jerred and Kim were there for a long time. No one know how long, but they were together and to Jerred, time ended when he was her. Bouncer fell asleep but soon woke up and bounded onto the rock so he could leapt between them. Jerred was surprised by Bouncer who licked his mouth furiously. He held bouncer away as he laughed and put him into Kim's arms.

Kim held bouncer. She laughed at him as he licked her hand "I think he likes you.. which is good since he does nothing i tell him to when your here" she laughed "i meant that in a good way" she put the dog back on the floor. She took his hand and put it on her chest so he could feel her heartbeat "Feel that?"

Jerred felt his hand on her chest. "It's beating fast." He said, smiling at her. In the darkness he saw her eyes, dazzling like the stars above them. "I know how you feel." He took her hand and placed it on his own beating chest.

She felt his heart beating against his chest. "Yours is beating fast.. slow.. fast again" she laughed. She locked eyes with him. She could see herself reflected back.
