(Q:P)Unscheduled!

[Carrie McEwan]

It wasn't a scheduled Gryffindor practise night, but Carrie was really in the mood for flying. Walking towards the quidditch pitch, she looked up to the sky with a grin. Not too much wind, not too much sun - perfect. She climbed onto her broom and kicked off into the sky, darting here and there. She zoomed up higher and higher, when she noticed a blur on the pitch below - someone else had joined her.

Kim walked onto the pitch holding her broom and a quaffle. She looked up and saw someone esle, the red robes gave it away that the person was a gryffindor. Not that she minded. She stood in the middle of the pitch watching the flier.

[Mandrake Black]

Mandrake was in a good hiding spot watching the flyer. He loved flying. He wanted to teach flying but had more experience in Astronomy.

Carrie flew a little lower to see who had come onto the pitch. She squinted slightly, then raised one eyebrow, Slytherin she thought, she shrugged. Could be interesting.

Flying slightly lower once more, she noticed that the girl had her broom too, as well as a quaffle. Another chaser - Brilliant! She dived steeply towards the pitch, stopping just in time before reaching the ground. Hovering in front of the slytherin student, she grinned. 'Hey, I'm Carrie.'

Kim smiled "Im Kim. Slytherin chaser.. but you already knew that. So what side you play for?"

[Carrie McEwan]

'Gryffindor. Chaser too.' she said smiling. 'Hey- Don't suppose you want to have a bit of practice?' She asked looking more up beat.

[Kim Rivers]

"Sure" she said throwing the quaffle at her. She caught it and Kim jumped on her broom and flew off. "what shall we start with then carrie?"

[Carrie McEwan]

Carrie thought for a moment or two, before her lips formed a small smile. 'We could just start with normal catching as a warm up.. maybe give each other a few hard throws.. and then go from there.' With the quaffle still in her hand, she threw it ten yards or so to Kim's right, who swerved superbly to catch it. Carrie gave a approving look, her eyes still on the quaffle, not wanting to miss it when Kim threw it.

Kim had her hand tight on the quaffle. "Hard throws huh? Alright" Kim flew higher up and threw the quaffle down hard about 15 yards behind Carrie. She turned around with great speed flying down, she caught it perfectly. "Your good" Kim shouted to her

Carrie grinned and let out a laugh, glad to have someone to play against. She raised an eyebrow in mischief as she threw the quaffle directly at Kim at a surprisingly fast speed. Kim caught it with ease and Carrie gave a smile whilst shouting back. 'So are you!'

They continued to throw the quaffle back and forth, each throw becoming increasingly more challenging than the other. They were soon zooming all around the pitch, when yet another blur of a person walked onto the pitch.

Kim stopped suddenly catching the quaffle without looking at it. She'd saw the direction carrie threw it in. "Who's that?" she asked her

However, before Carrie could answer 'I don't know', the person mounted their broom and flew towards them.

"Hiya" Kim said

"'Sup Princess, didn't expect to see you here," Fin said as he joined them on his broom.

[Kim Rivers]

"I am a chaser. I dont spend all my time doing nothing.. just a lot of it" she said smiling.
