Grace decided to sit by the window so that if Kim walked by she could wave to her. Grace was so confused about well everything at Hogwarts at the mo. she needed some clarification from someone older then herself.
Grace took her Butterbeer and sat in the corner by the window and stared blankly out of it.

Kim walked into the three broomsticks. She stood around and stretched before going to get a drink. She felt quite tired, not surprisingly really. She walked around the room looking for a place to sit since the spot she likes was already taken.

Grace had fallen asleep, with her haid against the wall, in the warm sunshine. She gerked awake and looked around to see if anyone had seen her doze off. No one had! She did, however, see Kim walking around the busy pub looking for a seat and waved to get Kim's attention.

Kim saw someone waving at her. She took a quick look around to make sure it was her she was waving at. She walked over to the girl and stood a little way from her. "Hi" Kim said. She didnt know the girl and was sure they had never met.

"Hi!" Grace said uncomfortably, "I'm Grace!" Grace jumped to her feet and extended a friendly hand! Grace wasn't sure what she was doing but she needed to find out what happened to make Jerred mad enough to start blowing things up!!
"I know you don't know me but i need to know what happened between you ...." you shouldn't pry "... you and ... Jerred. Can we sit?"

Kim raised an eyebrow. She shook her hand politly though and sat down. She decided to take her time. She drank some of her butterbeer and finally spoke "What do you mean.. uhm.. Grace.. Are you a friend of his or something?"

"Um," Grace muttered, "well, not exactly, it's just that when ever I see him he's either blowing things up or drowning himself in Butterbeer. I was just wondering what happened btw the two of you!" She gave a small smile and was still not sure of what she was doing!!!

Fin walked in, happier than usual. Humming to himself as he looked around for anyone he knew, he spotted Kim, and a Hufflepuff he'd never seen before. "Well, hello ladies, how's it goin'? And who might you be," he kindly asked the Hufflepuff. "You girls fancy a drink?"

"Hey Fin" Kim smiled "Sure ill have a drink if you promise to sit with us" She looked at Grace "Im not sure i know what you mean. He hasnt said anything to me.. It could possibly be because im cutting him out of a lot of things... but i dont know"

Kim smiled "Well no worries." She drank her butterbeer "So how you liking hogwarts? Ive not seen you around before so im guessing you new." She looked out across the three broomsticks, Grace had got her thinking she'd done something wrong now. Ill speak to Jerred later

Grace took a deep breath and said, "Hogwarts is AWESOME! I'm really enjoying it but it seems that i'm slightly lost!
Sigh Maybe i should pay better attention to what other people say!"
Well done, silly, you've really blown it now! She had hoped to have made a good first impression, so much for that!
