Lisa sat in a disused classroom, her legs dangling off a dusty table. A book was propped up on her lap and a thoughtful frown on her face as she pulled out her wand, practicing a few swishy movements. Sighing, she placed the book gently on the table next to her and held out her arm determinedly, moving her wand slightly.
"Agua!" She said in a clear voice, aiming the wand in front of her. A few vibrations went through her wand, but nothing else happened.
Pulling her legs up so she was sitting cross legged on the table, she turned to her book, memorizing the zigzag movements she was supposed to make. Frustrated, she flipped the page, shaking her head.

Fin was walking down the hallway, on his way to the lake, when he saw Lisa alone in an empty classroom. "Hey Lisa, why the long face," he asked, noticing the frustrated look on her face.

Lisa looked up, startled. She shrugged before pulling her book back onto her lap. "Just can't seem to get this spell right!" She said distractedly, swishing her wand around again, a bit frantically.
With a sigh, she turned to Fin and smiled slightly, "I'm surprised you saw me! I thought no one looks in here."

"I look pretty much everywhere, I'm naturally curious," Fin said. "Soooooo, what spell are you trying to do?"

Lisa smiled, a hopeful glint in her eye. "Let me show you!" She said, holding her wand out in front of her. Taking a deep breath, she swished her wand diagonally before saying a sharp, "Agua."
To her surprise, and horror, a jet of water flew out of her wand, hitting Fin square in the face. Blushing, Lisa jumped off the table, quickly apologizing, and looking around for something he could wipe himself off with.
"Oh, I'm so sorry!" She cried, reprimanding herself.

Fin laughed, as he wiped the water away with the robes. "Nice spell," he joked. Oh man, I hope that didn't sound too sarcastic, he thought to himself. He then added a quick, "just kidding." After getting the most wetness he could out of his hair (he didn't get all of it, some parts were still messy) he looked at Lisa in the eye. Man she looks good, he thought. "Soooo, why would a lovely lady such as yourself want to learn a spell like that?" he asked with a smile.

Lisa laughed slightly at Fin's hair, her face still flushed because of her mistake. She lifted her arm and combed back some of the messier parts of his hair with her fingers, still laughing. Dropping her hand back to her side, feeling suddenly very nervous, she looked away, back to her book and the drops of water collecting on the floor.
"Oh, I was just looking through the library and found this book-" She gestured at it weakly, still avoiding Fin's eyes and finding her face grow warm. "The spell looked pretty interesting, useless, but interesting." She grinned, walking back to the desk and flipping through the pages.
"There are a lot of cool spells in here." She said with a smile.

"Oh, okay." Fin looked away from Lisa, not really knowing what to do. "Hey, listen, I was just on my way to the lake, maybe, I don't know, if you wanted to, we could talk about the spells there? Or we can do it here, if you'd prefer to stay inside."

Lisa stared at the book for a moment, biting her lip, her eyes looking at the inky words hesitantly before she smiled and turned to Fin, grabbing her book. "I-Er-I... Sure." She managed, numbly picking up her book and tucking her wand back into her robes. She walked over to the Ravenclaw, stopping just beside him, and smiled at him shyly, her eyes wandering over his still wet hair. She gave him a small grin, before looking away, focusing her attention on the floor.

After letting the Hufflepuff girl infront of him, he made his descision. Alright, this is it man, just ask her. Fin made his way to Lisa's side. "Hey Lisa, umm, I was just wondering, maybe, I don't know, if you're not too busy..." He cleared his throat, which was as dry as a desert at this point. "If maybe, we could go on a...date?"

Lisa stopped walking, a shocked look on her face. Feeling her palms sweat slightly, she rubbed her hands off on her robes and finally looked Fin in the eye. Her face was warm, and her cheeks red and she fidgeted nervously.
"I... We... Me?" She stuttered, feeling out of place and somewhat embarrassed. After a long pause, she looked down at her hands, "I... I'd like that." She finally said, surprising herself.

Well um, maybe we could go to the lake and talk about it some more?"

Lisa nodded, looking at the floor, and walked out the door, still embarrassed. Distancing herself from Fin slightly, she offered a smile before walking alongside him in a direction she assumed was the lake.
