Kim came rushing out of the common room and only slowed down once she'd turned the corner. What is wrong with me lately? Why am i so on edge? Kim was deep in her thoughts, her head was forward slightly and her dark hair falling over her shoulders. The corridors were quiet so at least she wouldnt walk into anyone... Hopefully.
She turned another corner and walked up some stairs, she had no idea where she was actually going and she didnt have a good reason why she was out so late. She seemed to be a late person, a night person or whatever. Still the only sounds she could hear were her boots on the marble floor.
She got up the stairs and continued down the corridor. She thought she was heading near one of a professor's office, but she didnt know who's and she didnt care really either. She made no attempt to slow down or mask her steps. She just wanted to walk. Away. Kinda far away. Just walk and not stop.

Leigh had walked out of his classroom, and was returning to his office when he spotted a student walking down the hallway. He glanced at who it was, then noted it was past the designated time to return to Common rooms.
"What do you think you're doing?" Leigh asked, standing still.

Kim heard a voice.. One she recognised Always in the places i dont want you to be.. She stopped for a brief second. She turned her head slightly so she could see who it was.. Though she knew the voice she wanted to be sure So it is you She didnt say anything for a moment. She turned her head back forward and carried on "Walking." She smiled to herself "What about you? What are you doing?" She said back in light tone as she walked further down the corridor.

"Kim, come here please." Leigh said, softly but firmly. He turned back to his classroom's door and opened it, gesturing for Kim to enter. "We need to talk about your attidude."

Kim stopped and turned to look at him. She shrugged and walked towards him. She stopped infront of him. "Attitude? I dont have one." She walked through the door and stood in the middle of the room. Anybody would think it a crime to walk these days She thought

Leigh walked into the room, and close the door. He looked at Kim and wondered what was wrong. "Please, take a seat." He offered. "I know when somethings wrong, and I have spent enough time with you to know when something is wrong. Now, speak up your worries and I'll listen."

Kim sat down and shrugged. "If i did that we'd be here all night." she thought for a minute and looked away, more clearly down at the floor. She didnt really like the idea that someone who she didnt really.. well.. get along with very well most times.. seemed to know her better than most people these days. "Where should i start? Recent? Or childhood trauma?"

"Anytime you wish. Recent seems to be the more troubling, and I presume it's not about Claire is it?" Leigh asked, waiting for her reply.

Kim finally looked up. She shook her head slightly "No.. Its not about Claire. But if it werent for my dad none of us would be in the position we are today" She said clearly point the blame in the direction of her father. "If he hadnt had so much of an appetite for all things dangerous, he wouldnt be dead, my sister would be all wolfy and in the infirmary an i wouldnt have to..." She stopped herself. "Recent right? Well you remember that diary thing of my dads i found in the room of requirement? Well it told me a lot of things i wouldnt have known if i hadnt gotten a hold of it. And sometimes i wish i didnt know" She stood up and walked over to the window. "Just things, y'know, unpleasantaries. Things no-one would have bothered to tell me, and im not sure im making the right decision with it, but there are other people ive got to consider in it aswell. If i dont, someone else will be hurt. If i do, they might still end up being hurt if it takes the worst side. Im kinda in a no win situation and my heads no dealing very well with it"

"You need to take some action, take some frustration out... a good way of doing that, is simply dueling." Leigh said, walking to his classroom door and opening it. "Come by the Duelling Club tomorrow. I shall be there and you can take all your frustrations out on me. Consider it homework, that you must complete." He smiled slightly.

Kim smiled "I dont think throwing hexes at professors is my way of venting things" She walked past him "Though.. i cant say it wont be fun to be able to hex you and not get in trouble" She walked out the door and began to walk back down the corridor.

Leigh knew what he was doing. He smiled as he left his classroom and began to return to his office.

Kim walked down the corridor, going the opposite direction to the professor. She didnt know if she was going to do the whole dueling club thing... Though she thought it would be cool to throw spells at someone and not get detention for it. Not like she got detention. She smiled at that thought.
