He sat blank-faced for a moment looking at the kid and watching him run off down the hall before he let a laugh of slight disbelief.
"How interesting," he muttered to himelf standing up off the ledge.

Carrie gave a laugh as the Ravenclaw went rushing away, before turning back to face Adrian. 'No, I don't have a class - transfiguration has been cancelled.' She replied before adding 'Thankfully.' with a smirk. 'I guess you've just got a free lesson, huh?' The Gryffindor asked whilst thinking about how great free lessons would be in a couple of years time.

"Yeah, maybe," he shrugged looking across the corridor at a picture of a wizard working in some sort of lab. He had been repeatedly been blowing something up, fixing it, and trying again. "Hm, anyways," he said standing up, "I think I'm going to go find something a bit more interesting, its too cold here in the hallways." He gave a wave to Carrie and headed up the stairs, skipping steps as he went.

'See you.' Carrie said smiling. Meh. Never good with meeting people. she thought to herself with a sigh as she looked out of the window at the grounds. She remained daydreaming like that for quite a few minutes until she heard some footsteps coming down the stairs. She turned her head to the staircase, so she could greet whoever came down.
