ooc; A note to anyone who might be planning on barging in... please remember that no one can find the RoR if someone is already using it. So unless you're there all ready in animagus form, or something like that, you can't be listening =P Nyaa.
Algernon paced infront of the Room of Requirement, passing it the required three times. He was very much relieved when the door appeared in the wall. He had been told about the room by one of the other teachers when he first came to Hogwarts, but he wasnt entirely sure it would work... he grasped the handle, and pulled it open. It contained two large, squishy arm chairs, complete with a few bottles of butter beer piled on a table between them. That seemed alright. He stepped into the room. To his horror, in the further reaches of the room, was a fire place, and a bed. It seemed to be quite a romantic setting. Blushing furiously, he said allowed, "I'm quite sure I don't need that." they vanished, leaving the room quite a bit chillier and darker. He signed, sitting down in one of the chairs to wait for Kieron. He hoped he wouldn't be too long. He wanted to say what he had to say; it was too painful to have it all cluttering up his head.

Kieron made his way to the Room of Requirement after class, hoping that he wasn't the first one there to show up. His head was pulsing with thoughts, his heart pounding in despair. He hadn't really spoken to Algernon since meeting him in France, and what happened..well, wasn't a thing that a young wizard would soon forget of course. Sweaty palms brushed against his legs as he finally found the door. Surprisingly, it was already there. 'He must be waiting inside. Might as well go for it.' Taking a deep long sigh, he entered, Algernon sitting in one of the chairs and waiting for him.
"Algernon." He paused for a moment, shivering lightly. It was /freezing/ in here! Dammit, he really wished there was a fireplace. Sitting in the chair opposite from him, he offered a soft sad smile. "It's been awhile, hasn't it?" It was sort of hard to see in the darkness, but his eyes quickly adjusted of course. Biting his lip, he waited for him to speak.

Algernon watched as Kieron entered, feeling as if his heart would burst. He looked so scared, forlorn... he was sure he looked much the same, but it would be so easy to just... but no. He couldn't. When Kieron had left France, Algernon had decided it was for the best. What had happened between them there... well, it was understandable for a vacation. Kieron was somewhere different, somewhere exotic, so it made sense he'd let his guard down... but in the long run, it was wrong. Kieron deserved better. It made things easier, thinking that way. That way, Kieron hadn't left (and it felt like he had left, even if it was his parents who made him leave,) Algernon had made the decision, a decision which was for Kieron's good. And he was sure it was. Especially now that he was his teacher... it just wasn't right. "Too long..." he whispered. Everything made sense in his head, but his heart... Merlin, he had missed him. "Kieron..." his voice faltered, Algernon looked away from Kieron, the memories of staring into those dark, slanted eyes to powerful.

"Algernon." Kieron whispered back, frowning as the other man turned his vision away from him. He knew what he was thinking. He /knew/ that people might take it wrong if they were ever seen together. Algernon was probably thinking the same. But still, Merlin.
He had missed the Divination master as well. His stupid parents had taken Kieron away from France, away from him nonetheless. And for the few months afterward, he missed him dearly. They never called one another afterwards, they never wrote, because Algernon knew that Kieron's parents would suspect something wrong. It was all just a tangled up mess.
Getting up from his cushy seat, Kieron placed his arms around the other man, his slanted eyes starting to brim up with tears. "I missed you, you know." He spoke softly, seeing that his eyes were turned away from him still. A forlorn tear dropped down his cheek. "I..never knew you were going to actually come to Hogwarts."

Algernon didn't respond when Kieron held him; he didn't reciprocate, though he dearly longed to, but he didn't push him away. His eyes stayed fixed to the ground, knowing that if he were to look back at Kieron, his face but inches from his own, he wouldn't be able to resist kissing him. "I... I had no where else to go," he confessed, voice trembling. "After you left... I couldn't stay there anymore..." He felt a tear which was not his own splash onto his cheek, and looked to Kieron invoulantarily. The sight of him, his beautiful face marred by tears, ran a tremor through Algernon. He wrapped his arms around Kieron, pulling him close, to feel his welcome warmth. "I had to come back to you..."

Kieron's cheeks now had small tears pouring down them as he stood there in Algernons arms, burying his somewhat wet face into his black locks. No words could come to his mind at that minute, only the appreciation of actually being there in Algernons company. Sniffling softly, he finally thought of what to say. "You..decided to come back to me?" He repeated, trying to block the tears but they kept coming, one by one, which irritated him somewhat but he didn't care at that point. Kissing the top of his head, Kiernon smiled through his tears. "I'm glad you did. I've been thinking about you every day since that vacation, and.." He closed his eyes. "I was afraid that I would never see you again."

Algernon pressed his face into Kieron's collerbone, his own tears beginning to flow. "Of course I came back... how could I stay away from you? Merlin, Kieron, you're everything, I don't care about anything... I don't care about your parents, the headmistress, the other students, anyone, I only care about you, and if you think... if you think it's alright for us to be together, if you think I'm good enough for you, this is exactly where I want to be..." Algernon was unsure whether what he was doing was right, but like he had said, he didn't care. Kieron was all that mattered, and if Kieron wanted him, he would always be there. Nothing would ever keep him away again.

"Of course you're good enough for me. Why would I think otherwise?" Kieron replied, a small smile lining his lips as he kept his face buried in his black locks. Damn, his locks smelt good! Chuckling lightly, his tears reduced to a few, yet his slanted eyes were still watered lightly. "I don't care about them either. I want you to stay with me Algernon. I was us to be together. I don't want you to be gone again. And I won't leave you again like my parents made me do. And once I graduate from this god-forsaken school, we won't have to worry anymore about the others thoughts."
Biting his lip lightly, as to not cut it, he continued to speak. "Just a year or two until then." Algernon was important to him as well, and he didn't want to be without him again like he was for so long.

Algernon tilted his head upward and kissed Kieron fiercely, holding him as tightly as he dared. Now that he had him back... he wasn't going to let him go away again, not ever. He could taste the tears on Kieron's lips, the salt water a mix of both their emotion. Their love. When he finally broke the kiss, he pulled back slightly so he could look into Kieron's eyes. "We have to... I mean, they wouldn't understand, Kieron. The others... We both know we should be together, but they -wouldnt- understand. We'll have to... we can't let them know." he gave Kieron a watery, hopeful smile. "Like you said, just for a year or two. Then we'll be on our own, and it won't matter what anyone thinks.. they won't be able to do anything."

Kieron nodded in complete agreement, his eyes saddened still. "You're right. They wouldn't understand, would they?" Sighing lightly, he placed his lips on Algernons lips and deeply kissed him once more, sharing some of the emotion he had once more before pulling back again. Blinking away more tears, he kneeled down in his arms and placed his head on his lap. "Why does it seem Algernon...that one or two years sounds so far away?" Slanted eyes closed softly, Kieron just wanting to stay like this for as long as he possibly could. In his embrace, without others watching, whispering, spreading things..

Algernon cradled the smaller man in his arms, stroking his hair gently. "I know it seems like forever... we can still meet like this, still be together.. just not out in the open, where people can see... and if it really gets to hard, we don't even have to wait until you graduate... just until you turn seventeen.. then you'll be of age, and even if they fire me, they can't seperate us.." Algernon did not like the prospect of losing his job; he loved teaching, and he was going accustomed to Hogwarts, but it would be worth it if Kieron would be happier that way.

Kieron smiled gently. Knowing that he cared for him so much, like no one else, it made him feel like he was on top of the world. Thinking of something at the last minute, he groggily lifted his head to look into his eyes, staying in his embrace. "I guess..I should go work on my schoolwork. I don't want people, you know.." Frowning softly, he laid his head back into Algernons lap, looking up at him this time. "It'd probably be for the best if we didn't stay in here for much longer."

Algernon glanced down at his watch around Kieron's head, and sighed. "I guess you're right... it is getting kind of late. We wouldn't want anyone to miss you, especially since the other students in class know you were to meet with me... that Slytherin seems like trouble." He frowned, standing up, and pulling Kieron with him. "We should probably go one at a time... we're both kind of a mess." He smiled sadly, whiping the remnants of tears out of Kieron's eyes. "You first, then me?"

Kieron smiled sadly, wiping Algernons face as well. "I suppose i'll go first, if you really want me to." He gently placed his hand over the other mans. "When should we meet here again you think?" He asked, walking over to the door and away from Algernon's warm hold, looking back at the other man with saddened eyes, but then he chuckled. "And yes. That Slytherin is quite the trouble maker isn't he? We'll have to keep an eye on him."

Algernon ran a hand through his hair nervously, looking away as if on a mental calander. "We probably... it probably wouldn't be safe for you to miss any classes, and you'll need your nights for studying, and, well, you're sure to have friends here, so you should be around them like things are usual... I think the safest thing to do would be to wait until saturday?" He felt horrible saying it, but... it was best to be safe and see each other seldom rather than get caught and never see him. "We'll still see each other in my class and... I don't know in the library?" He suggested appologeticly. Sighing, he waved Kieron toward the door, reaching down to slip one of the bottles of butter beer into his pocket as a sort of parting gift. "Now go... It certainly isnt that I want you to, but if anyone's out there..."
