[L] Reading by candle light..

Kim had snuck out of her dorm, it was around 3 or 4 in the morning. She couldnt sleep, again. This wasnt anything new with Kim just lately, she was having difficulty sleeping, the slightest sound woke her, and it didnt help the fact she had someone in her dorm who liked to snore.

Going through the corridors, she had done well to avoid the teachers and caretaker. It wouldnt be good if someone like one of them found her out of bed at this time of night.

Kim pushed open the door to the library, she took a quick peek around and realised it was as silent as the corridors. She crept in closing the door behind her. She held up her candle to the bookshelves and began searching through books. Eventually she found one.

Holding the book in one hand and the candle in the other, she found a nice secluded corner and sat down. Opening the book she began to read. She was so caught up in the book she hadnt heard anyone come up the stairs to the library until she heard the door clang open. "Oh no" she muttered to herself, she picked up the book and hid behind a bookshelf, trying to see who it was. She couldnt see the person though.

Alana couldn't sleep so she went for a walk and found herself in the library. She didn't know why she couldn't sleep. That's a lie! You know exactly why! she scolded herself. And it was true. She did know. It was because of him. Johnathan. Every time she thought about him it was like a fresh stab into her heart. It had been 3 maybe 4 months since he had broken her heart, but she couldn't get over him. On the outside she was the same carefree, happy-go-lucky girl she had always been, but on the inside she was a total mess. She founded a secluded corner slid down the wall and cried. She cried for everything. She just cried until her eyes were dry.

Well... this isnt what i was expecting Kim thought better than a professor though Kim walked over to Alana and put her hand on her shoulder to try and comfert her.

"You alright?" She asked. Kim pulled a seat out and sat down. "You dont need to tell me or anything... You can tell me to take my Slytherin ass away from you and go die in a corner or something"

Alana looked up, tears streaming down her face. "Oh Kim, I know I need to move on, but- but I just can't get over him!" she buried her head in Kim's shoulder and cried, her tears quickly staining Kim's robes.
