Kim came down to hogsmeade and began walking up the streets to see if she could find Malfoy. When she had no joy she went over to a wall and leant on it. He'd better be here she thought to herself. She made her way further up the street and right out of hogsmeade itself. She found a fence and leant on it, with her back facing hogsmeade. She was getting really bored now.

Draco walked down to Hogsmeade, clad in his usual expensive robes and a warm cloak, as the cold weather hadn't lifted yet. Looking around calmly for a moment, he glanced in Rivers' direction and smirked slightly to himself.

He made his way toward the girl with an arrogant stride in his step, stopping just in front of her.

"Well, look who it is," He said, his eyebrows raising just slightly.

Kim smiled "Well... Finally decided to show did you? I was beginning to wonder." She turned away and climbed over the fence, heading further away from hogsmeade. She looked back "Are you coming then or what?"

[Draco Malfoy]

Draco's smirk disappeared and he watched as she began to climb the fence, his eyes widening. Then, crossing his arms indignantly, he stuck his chin in the air superiorly.

"You honestly don't expect me to climb that thing, do you? Imagine if I managed to tear my new robes, scratch my perfect skin..." He let his arms drop to his sides, looking at Rivers a bit amusedly. "Where's the opening to this thing?"

Kim laughed "There isnt one" She shouted to him. She walked back down and climbed back up the fence. "And yes i expect you to climb it." She smiled at him before she held her hand out to help him up "I wont tell if you dont, and we can both disinfect outselves later" She grinned at him. "Look fine. If you dont want my help up than fine whatever" She dropped her hand back down and held onto the fence. It was pretty damn big for a fence too.

Draco scrunched up his nose in distaste, looking up at Rivers as she tried to climb. Letting out a sigh, he looked around for a moment before brushing off his robes and shaking his head.

"What would father say..." He muttered, frowning, as he held onto one of the edges, pulling himself up. It took a few tries, but he finally managed to reach Rivers, rubbing his sore hands together, and having managed to scratch his cheek.

"I can't believe I just did that," He said scowling, looking down toward the ground. "We're definitely finding a different way to get back to the other side," He said huffily, irritation in his voice.

"What would dear old pops say?" She said. She grabbed his hand and helped him over the fence. Kim found it amusing that he had managed to scratch himself while she hadnt. "Not used to climbing?" she asked.

She walked a little before turning around and looking at him. "You can try finding another way. But ive been here a few times and believe me, there isnt one" Alright. Time to annoy this mouse Kim thought to herself. She let Malfoy walk infront of her before running and jumping on his back. "Oooh! Come on Malfoy! You cant tell me you didnt enjoy trying something new?" She held on around his neck and began to laugh again.

Draco scowled, pulling his hand away, about to protest that he didn't need her help when she interrupted. Rolling his eyes, he glanced around, taking in the foreign sight with a raised eyebrow, before looking back at Rivers, grimacing when he realised he'd have to climb the fence once again.

About to soothe the scratch on his cheek, he let out a yelp when something jumped on his back, trying to pull out his wand, but staggering slightly. When he heard the laughter, however, his eyes widened and he let out an annoyed groan.

"No, I didn't enjoy climbing that filthy fence at all, Rivers," He said haughtily, "And I don't enjoy you hanging from my neck- You're not a monkey, you're a human, a barbaric one at that. Although, I can sort of see the resemblance," He smirked slightly, turning his head to face her.

Kim scowled as she hung onto his neck. Right! Thats it! No-one says i look like a monkey! She tightened her grip around his neck strangling him. She wanted his eyes to pop out of his nasty fat head. "Well you boring!" She told him as she tightened her grip even more "Im sick of trying to make jokes with you!"

She moved her knee to his lower back and put some pressure behind it. As she did she found herself on the floor lay on Malfoy as both of them seemed to have fell over. She laughed and she sat up "Now that was fun! Can we do it again?" She asked in an amused tone.

She stood up and brushed herself down. She held back the comment she had on her tongue and instead pushed herself forward. She carried on walking up the hill, trying to reach the top to go down the other side. She turned back to see Malfoy still sprawled out on the floor. Idiot

Draco's eyes widened as he watched Rivers leave, his neck throbbing slightly and a sharp pain in his back. "We aren't here to make jokes," He finally called, still slightly shocked. Then, pulling himself up off the ground, he shook his head.

"That girl has some serious moodswings," He mumbled to himself, running to catch up.

She turned to him. "For gods sake! Lighten up a little would you?" she told him. She saw him running towards her. She put her hands on her hips "And what are you muttering?"

((It's more like this- Kimmy likes to beat me up and I have too much pride to back down from a challenge. So basically, I think i'm going to die, Rofl.)

"None of your business," He said with a glare, "And I think you're forgetting why we came here in the first place," Draco said stiffly, narrowing his eyes and nursing his sore body. "Where are we going, anyway?"
