(H)Ice Cream Place

[Kim Rivers]

kim walked into the ice cream bar, ordered an extra large toffee ice cream showboat with chocolate sauce and a nice big drink to go with it. She felt in the mood to pig out so thats what she did. She found an empty table and sat down. Her ice cream staring at her. She had a couple of mouthfuls then stopped. She never ate it all strait away. She got her book out and buried her head in it. She found the whole thing great and the air was just perfect. It was relaxed enough she could chill out and not too relaxed so she'd fall asleep. Every now and then she went back to her showboat.

[Helia Ollivander]

She walked up to the counter and ordered a mint sundae with raspberries and chocolate sauce. It had been her favorite treat ever since she could remember. Her fondest memories were of her and her big brother sitting around and eating these sundaes while casting air doodle spells in the living room of their house. She sighed, "God I miss you Alec..." she muttered before seeing Kim, "Oh, hey." she smiled, waking up from her daydream, and walked over, "Mind if I join you?"

"Of course i mind!" she joked "Why would i mind idiot? Your one of my best friends. Sit down" She looked at her mountain of ice cream that had practically melted. "So..." she said, she still had her nose in the book she had got.

[Helia Ollivander]

"Good book?" she asked sarcastically as she dug into her sundae

[Kim Rivers]

"Mmm" she said holding the book up so she could see the title Stars: what they tell us, how to read them properly and the other prospects "I started reading this after i realised.. well" she looked at her "So you and brian? anything happening there yet?" she said diversing the conversation. She felt that wasnt something any of them would like to discuss

[Helia Ollivander]

"Sort of, but... not really. Malfoy seems to think we're a couple, but I don't think Brain has the same thought..." she shrugged.

[Kim Rivers]

She placed the book down and looked at her friend. "Can i disagree to that? cause im disagreeing... majorly disagreeing. If you cant see he likes you girl.. your blind" she stopped "Joking about blind isnt a good thing.. okay.. lets try this approach.. if you cant see it your thick.. no no.. um.. forget it.. you must get what i mean"

[Helia Ollivander]

"It would help if he'd say it." she mumbled. "I mean, I told him... and the fact that he was unconcious shouldn't count. I still said I loved him to his face..." she slouched in her chair and continued eating her ice cream.

[Kim Rivers]

"Try telling him to his waking face" she joked "That might work because you know.. he'll probably say it back" she flipped open her book again

[Helia Ollivander]

"And what makes you think that? Besides, if he doesn't say it back it would just make our friendship weird, I don't want to lose a friend as good as Brian."

[Kim Rivers]

"Well your never going to know if you dont ask are you.. and besides.. i think and feel were all growing apart"

[Helia Ollivander]

"I don't think any of us can really grow apart after what we've been through together... but yeah... I know where you're coming form..."

[Kim Rivers]

"It seems only you and brian are remaining close. The rest of us.. well... maybe its better that way. I dont know"

[Helia Ollivander]

"You and I are staying close, and surprisingly, Jerred and I are getting closer. I think it's just Fin and Jerred that are having problems, and it's not that hard to see why."

[Kim Rivers]

"Fin wont stay in the same room as me for more than five minutes unless he's forced to and Jerreds hiding behind rocks and god knows what. Its only by chance we see each other now. And Brian.. Well.. I havnt seen or spoke to him for a while. Nows the first time in a while weve spoke. Guess its me just drifting away then" she laughed
