This is a character that is from the books e.g. Albus Dumbledore, unlike an original character such as Professor Wigglyfish.
Any extra rules for becoming a canon character?
Only that if you are e.g. Harry Potter, you can't start saying how you want to see Hagrid, if there is no Hagrid on the site. Remember that the site is after HP, so you are actually the descendant of the canon.[/font]
