We can get exited over anything. I could look out my bedroom window and see something that makes me go hyper.....for example.
Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooo a lamp post that is switched on woooooooooooooooo!
See very simple.

I feel like I haven't been on here for ages -- but its only been three days! I've been doing my Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award! Which meant walking about 25miles over three days with a beefy rucksack thats got your food, tent, clothes --- everything in!
And can I just say --- HEAT RASH --- oooh the itchiness! I've also got the biggest bruise/bump/cut thing on my leg, as well as countless scratches -- oh yeah I also have worn away all the skin between my thighs with getting completely soaked and now cant walk properly. Haha -- it was such a fun weekend!! It really was!!
It was the hardest walking I've ever had to do though! Had to go up some beasty hills every day! But still, SO FUN.
So overall, If you havent seen me or Patrick around for a bit, thats why! (Though I think I just wanted to complain about the heat rash)

I'm glad to hear you had a good time walking shame the weather was not better for you...walking int eh rain for a bit is ok...but after 3 hours it gets annoying.

lol wow go Gail and Pat!
You should have just walked across London. =P That's 25 miles long, and you would have at least been able to shop along the way!

hahah, Leigh. Women stereotypes! Come on you female activists, hunt him down with pointy sticks!
Sounds fun, Gail. Well, actually it sounds like extreme torture...
But hey! You had fun... being extremely tortured! ...

hahah, Leigh. Women stereotypes! It's true! Seriously! We males just go into a shop, buy what we need and want and get out of there!! 5 minutes tops!! Unless you're either a metrosexual or gay.

Meh, I like shopping but I get easily bored with it.. so *hunts Leigh down with pointy sticks*
Haha, the walking is painful.. but you get to walk and camp with your friends for 3 whole days - which is hilarious.. so thats makes it un-torturous (yes its a word ... ) And I love the fact that you can look a complete and utter mess and no one cares...

DofE does kick some hairy man ass... especially when you've completed the award and start doing leadership... you dont have to carry a bag and instead get to go to the pub!
on to my point...
(tis Patrick BTW)
I'm off for the next week, i'm working in france. As is matt... it should be a laugh.... or indeed some sort of personal hell! I don't want to work... i'm scared!!!!
Anyhoo... if anyone is actually interested in the whole death of Gaia and Munchy buisness and wants to know what on earth a 'Mininster for Enlightenment' does you'll have to wait a while to find out...
