[Puddifoots] Strawberry Tea

Dax listened to the Two girls talk and he almost felt in the way. the two girls were getting along well from all he could tell.
With a sign he picked up his cup again and took another swig only for yet again him to pull such a face as if sucking on a lemon.

"Gee I really need to stop drinking this." Dax absentminded blurted out. As he looked up form the cup he noticed that other people around the room where looking at him still. The women in the corner started to give him another smile signalling for him to join her again. With a very nervous laugh Dax looked back at Grace and Loren pretending to join in with there conversation.

Loren noticed Dax once again wincing as he took another sip of the sickly sweet tea. Two more couples had since passed through the door, and Madam Puddifoots was getting a little too crowded for comfort. Loren stood up, pushing her chair back, managing the knock over the one behind it. A woman and her skinny little dog stared menacingly at her for it. 'I have absolutely no idea why I like this place,' She admitted with an impatient sigh. 'It was nice to finally meet some Hufflepuffs - especially two on the same day - but I think its about time I got back to the library and checked on my fellow Ravenclaws. I swear, they may be smart but they'd forget to breathe if I didn't pull their noses from their books sometimes,' She laughed.

Slinging her messenger bag over her shoulder, Loren shuffled past the back of Grace's chair, giving them both an appreciative wave as she swept from the tearoom and out into the teeming street, disappearing into the crowd without a trace.

Dax watched Loren leave the building with a slight grin on his face. He could not work out what he though of her and in fact what she must think of him.

With a deep sigh he looked away from the door and towards Grace with a small smile.
"Mind if I remain with you until Boggleworth shows up?"
