[Forest] Sneaking away...

Perry had waited in the Gryffindor coomon room until most of the older students had gone to bed, or else were just looking considerably drozy and wouldn't notice his sneaking out. He stole down the corridors dodging the prefect patrols with some considerable difficulty, they were quite frequent and would have caught out a lesser mischeveous young boy, but not Perry. He stood now underneath the boughs of the Forest trembling with excitement, he took his first tentative step in...
nothing happened so he continued onwards becoming more confident with every step. this is too easy he thought, little did he know what was out in the deep dark forest.

Jac jumped out from behind a bush and yelled, "RRRRRAAAARRRRR!"

[Jerred Boneman]

Jerred had followed the Gryffindor 4th year since he entered the forest and just as he was about to pounce on the unsuspecting git another Gryffindor appaered, scaring the wits out of the younger Gryffindor. With a sneer Jerred climbed a tree and sat on a branch behind dark leaves, waiting and watching, an intense smile of glee on his face.

Jac doubled over with laughter. She rapped her arms around her stomach and tried to keep it from bursting, she was laughing so hard.

"Oh, Perry, I'm sorry!" Jac mumbled through her laughter. "I couldn't resist!" After she had calmed her hysterical giggling she stood up straight again and cocked her head to the side. "So ..." she said thoughtfully, "what you doing here anyway?"

Perry gave a very girly scream when Jac jumped out in front of him. He nearly collapsed onto the ground but managed to grab a branch to break his fall, but of course the branch broke too, so he landed with a loud "ouch!" onto the hard ground.
"Damn you," he growled gingerly checking for breakages,
"you scared the stuffing out of me," he snarled. "I'd have done the same, but still," he smirked "couldn't you even help me up," he moaned.
"and in answer to your nosy question, I'm just here for a, stroll, is it a crime? I presume you're here for the same thing,"

[Jerred Boneman]

Jerred had to clasp his own mouth to stop himself from laughing loudly after the Gryffindor boys actions. He shook his head stupidly, a grin of utmost delight on his face. Little by little Jerred was feeling better, his eyes set upon the prize of snaring two Gryffindor's.

[Jac Shaw]

Jac's dark grey hair fell loose and wavy around her face as she bent down and grabbed the boys hand. She pulled him up and smile radiatingly at him. "The reason why I'm here was just to do that," Jac laughed pointing her thumb over her shoulder to where she had jumped out from.

Jac's eyes shone a radiant moon blue as she looked piercingly at the small boy. She had noticed the sneers and jeers and did not appreciate the insinuation. She decided to ignore it. "Well, Perry, if you want to stroll, let's stroll!" Jac stood aside and waved her arm in a semi circle indicating the path forward. "After you!"

A whisper of a smile appeared on Perry's lips, but then he remembered where he was, begrudgingly he admitted
"great prank, you wouldn't usually get me, only I was err, trying to think of a spell, for my homework," he lied knowing she wouldn't believe him but trying desperately to hold onto any shreds of dignity he had left.
"Ok I'll stroll with ye then," he laughed "but you can go on before me cause otherwise you'll scare me again," he grinned beginning to feel a little better, as she was a Gryffindor afterall and the prank had been good, not as good as his own of course though. He stepped in beside Jac and said with a smirk "well at least I didn't wet myself!"

Jac nodded in agreement. "That would have made ya look like a fool and that would not have worked, would it?" As Jac spoke she slung her arm around the boys neck, tucking his head under her arm and rubbed the top of his head.

She let him go and smiled. Her hair was now gingery red matching her freckles. "Let's go then," she said and began swinging her arms wildly in any direction, whistling loudly and march into the forest. Branches crunched under her feet and she was hitting branches off trees and bushes; Jac was making so much noise.

Perry blushed furiously as Jac grabbed him, it was just what his sister did, and he was helpless to resist too.
"Get off," he growled, shoving Jac away and blushing even more, he was at the age that he didn't know what to think of girls. Perry frowned at the apparent lunacy of the girl how she could make so much noise was beyond him, but then again, she was actually quite like himself really.

Jac stopped dead in her tracks and turned to see Perry was were she had left him. She put her hands on her hips and cocked her head to the side. "You coming?" she called. And not waiting for a reply she turned and continued to walk into the forest.

"Unless you'd rather stay, of course?" she called back over her shoulder.

[Jerred Boneman]

The almighty Gryffindors act like looney little children!? Jerred thought as he began to follow them wherever they went. Jerred sighed, pulled out his wand and cast a silencing spell he was taught on his feet so he didn't make a sound. He leapt down from the tree, landing lightly on his feet and began to walk after the two Gryffindors, hiding behind tree's to keep an eye on them.

Jerred waited until the lone male was left behind the other and with a wicked grin, Jerred walked forward, tapped the Gryffindor on the shoulder, then disappeared into the shadows, laughing loudly as he did so.

Perry shook his head resignedly he didn't know whether to laugh or cry in frustration around her.
"Nah, I'll come with ye, ye need protection," he teased "ye're that crazy ye'll end up in a pickle...mark my words as my sister always says,"
The forest had seemed a grand idea half an hour ago tucked up in his nice cosy bed, but now he was beginning to have second thoughts, but he couldn't loose face in front of Jac, she was one of the only Gryffindors who hadn't been immediately been put off by his mischeveousness.
He tried not to hurry but he caught Jac up quickly,
"wh-what's further in?" he asked straining to keep his voice steady.

Jac abruptly put out her arm to stop Perry and hit him in the stomach. They had stopped walking and the sounds of the forest had been amplified. A wolf howled, an owl hooted. "There are many things that go bump in this wood, Mr Largon, and not all would be pleasant to meet in a dark ally or any ally for that matter."

Jac's face was straight as she spoke, her one hand still outstretched in front of Perry, the other waving airily, slowly in the air. She looked at Perry and smiled nastily, "not scared, are we?"

Movement behind the boy's head caught her eye. She dropped her arms and cocked her head. See stared at the spot for a moment then added, "let's not let that deter us, lets continue."

Jerred had quickly climbed a tree, peering carefully down at the Gryffindors. He was concerned he may have been seen, but the fun of tormenting two students from a rival house was too hard to pass up.
