Grace's eyes went wide when she heard her name. "Really?" she asked, "I'm .. I'm Grace Marks!" She turned in her seat. "Are you sure?" she asked, disbelieving that Mandrake Black would have left her anything. "I ... I have Mandrake's broom!" she admitted quietly. "Would you like it?" she asked sheepishly.

"That falls under the category of your's according to the will. Along with..." Caleb said pulling a peice of parchment out of his robe pocket. "His Invisibility cloak, his dog, and a sum of 20,000 galleons." Caleb said putting the list away sniffing.

Girty walked down from the castle, the wind was sending a cold breeze around the grounds and the sunlight was deserving this was a cold day. Girty pulled her cloak around herself and slowly walked off the lake. She knew where she was going would not be the happiest of places but also due to a past incident when the certain professor nearly killed Girty she knew she would not be in the need for any tissues.
As she approached the lack she gave a small smile, it was a nice day and it was good to see a lot of people coming to remember the professor. “Maybe if I went to one of his lessons I would have more respect for him” she mumbled to herself as she made her way past the rows of chairs. She noticed Bog and the respect he was showing. “I suppose I could make it look like I’m sad.” She groaned guilty as she moved closer to the coffin.
After reading the inscription a shudder ran down her back as in her mind the screaming voice of Mandrake could be heard and the flash of green. Taken a back Girty spun around taking a deep breath and walked toward Bog flopping on the chair next to him. Her breath was sharp and her hands were shaking. Fear of a person who is now dead is a powerful thing.

Already growing tired of the funeral, Leigh stood and without any acknowledgement he proceded to leave. On his way, he walked past Grace and the new Potions Master, a nameless man he had not met. With a side glance, Leigh could have sworn that he recognised the Professor, but for some reason could not make a match. It wasn't until he passed the professor and Grace that he realised. [Stopping suddenly and looking at the professor wide eyed in fear, Leigh uttered a shocked gasp. '20,000 galleons? Three year old son? How can a student handle such money and take care of a child when she, herself is still a child and partaking in a stressful year of school?' Leigh said, utterly horrified at the professor] (( Yes, change it please ))

Brianna looked at the Ravenclaw and smiled. Nodding she said kindly, "most people are nice once you get to know them. It only takes time." She looked out over the lake once more, smelling the fresh smells that were set about the breeze that flowed from that direction. After a moments contemplation she looked back to the girl next to her. "How rude of me," she giggled softly, "I am Professor O'Donnell, pleased to meet you, Ms ... Riley, is it?"

Grace gasped, mouth dropped and all word fled from her mind. His Invisibility cloak, his dog, and a sum of 20,000 galleons, and his broom! No ways! Grace was disbelieving. She closed her dry mouth and licked her lips. "What?" she asked, "that can't be this-" she pointed at herself "-Grace Marks, there must be another one." She mulled what the professor had said over and over and over in her head. "Are you sure, sir?" she questioned softly.
