Boggleworth had been stripped of his badge, he was shocked and dismayed, but he knew the perfect way to strike back at the invaders, as he thought of them. The last Guild meeting had been somewhat strange,a s they had all been, but this time he had a real agenda which he needed to get across. He hoped his fellow Guild members would back him up, but it would depend entirely upon how daring they were.
(ooc everybody please feel free to join in, especially if you've got something against the Ministry, chuckle)

'Amazing at how following a Hufflepuff can lead a person to a place that looks like this.' Jerred said, standing in the doorway in a place he'd never been before. 'What is this place? What is it used for? Who's in charge? Can I join? Who're you again? Who else is a member? Do you like donuts?' Jerred had spoken all the questions that randomnly popped into his mind. He looked over at the Hufflepuff and shrugged. 'I get bored easily, leave me alone.'

Liam walked into the room curiously, having decided it was time for him to meet a couple of other students. An illegal cult-like group of students seemed perfect.
Noticing two students in the room, he gave a quick smile before taking a seat. Leaning it back on it's hind legs, which was one of his usual habits, he turned to the Slytherin, eyes narrowing slightly.
"I'm interested in knowing what this all is about, as well."

Erin walked in behind Liam out of curiousity and looked at Jerred. She shook her head and nudged him. "You ask too many questions, Child." she said, humor and amusment in her voice. She looked at Bogglesworth and leaned against a far wall. She began to occupy herself with a small spider crawling up the wall.

'Y'know, Gryffindor, the whole Slytherin Vs Gryffindor battle is over, for now anyway. It's Slytherin Vs Hufflepuff now, the two strongest houses at the moment, so save the hate for later.' Jerred said seriously, looking away from the Gryffindor. 'Anyways, I just want that old hag gone, plus I was bored, which is usual.'

'No guess whose going to win that fight, mate,' Thom said. He had been leaning against the far wall in the sooty darkness, several long curtains of cobwebs distorting his presence. It had been a while since to the Guild had gathered in this dank little room full of broken boxes and useless artefacts. The broken flagstones and disturb filth on the floor were still there, reminding him uncomfortably of the dark spell book he had unfortunately had to destroy.
'Hufflepuff are giants in comparison to you.' He said, stepping through the cobwebs and into the lamplight.

'Giants?' Jerred said, grinning darkly. 'You're as tall as a goblin, mate, maybe one of your ancestors was one, who knows?' Jerred had looked at the Hufflepuff, who seemingly had soot in his hair.
'By the way, mate, is that cockcroachs in your hair or is it soot?' Jerred asked, losing all hint of emotion in his face.

Zachary entered in after after the Gryffindor, not particularly interested in Boggleworth's ramblings. In fact, the only reason he had come back was in hopes to find another dark arts book, or some other valuable item, that he could trade at The Hog's Head when he worked up the courage to go alone.
He knew Thom would be there, but couldn't help but let out a suffering moan as the boy walked out from a dark corner, cobwebs glittering in his dark hair and marks of soot scattered around his face.
"Hufflepuff's may be giants," he said with a glare, "but only physically. Their mental capacity is quite the opposite." He smirked slightly, kicking one of the cardboard boxes meant to suit as a chair and opting instead to lean against the cleanest part of the wall he could find.

'This place is rather... dark, sooty and disgusting. Trust a Hufflepuff to pick a place like this for a stupid meeting.' Jerred said to himself, not caring if anyone heard him or not. Jerred turned to see Zachary arrive, a smirk spreading on his face. 'I said they're as short as goblins, but their mind capacity of a goldfish sounds feasible enough.' Jerred looked back at Thom and gave the Hufflepuff a smug smirk.

'If I'm a goblin then you're a bloody house elf,' Thom snapped, personally quite proud of his six foot in height.
As he passed Jerred he ran a hand through his own hair, dislodging the soot. 'If you haven't noticed, we've all got soot in our hair.' he jabbed a finger at the ceiling. 'Its falling from up there.' Thom cast a glance as the beams above them. He wondered why it was falling - was it the vibrations of their speech, or was something on the floor above moving around silently? He also wondered why this particular room was coated in soot in the first place.
Zachary appeared in his vision, standing far too close for comfort. Thom moved away to stand behind Boggleworth. 'What the hell are you doing here, you nasty little newt?' Thom eyed him suspiciously. 'Not back for more treasure I hope?'

Erin walked over to Thom and punched him in the face. She glared at Thom, here eyes burning bright. "WILL YOU KNOCK IT OFF!!!" Erin screamed. "Seriously, you are acting like a bloody child. Grow up!" Erin turned around, flipping her hair, and walked back to her wall. She folded her arms across her chest and stared at the floor.

Jerred raised his eyebrow inquisitively at Erin. With a cheeky grin that he couldn't suppress and a mockful tone, Jerred spoke.
'Thom got hit by a girl!' He said childishly, not caring what anyone thought of him. 'Then again, she'd never hit Zachary for doing the same thing.' Jerred's tone was purely mockery, poking fun at both Thom and Erin.

"Silence everybody please," Boggleworth's voice boomed out cutting all conversations. He could afford no more beating about the bush and wished to get straight to the point of this meeting. "As you all know the Ministry has arrived in our dear hogwarts, will we stand for them being here? Will we let them trample all over us, Zachary? We have a greater cause here than inter-house rivalry, is there not more than that? Can we not stand together shoulder to shoulder?" He looked around the room wondering if his speech would invoke any feeling other than boredom in the people here present. "Anybody who is too afraid to get into trouble please leave now; if you will not stand against the Ministry then hogwarts will fall, some may think i exaggerate, maybe I do, but I have the guts to stand up for what I believe in, I hope you do too." Boggleworth could have carried on for hours talking of this, but if these first words would not rouse his fellows then there would be little point in contunuing. He looked each person keenly in the eye, daring them to speak. "Don't be shy, you can do what you want with this here guild, elect a leader if though so wish, do whatever you please, I'm beyond caring for it."

Erin laughed. "Bogglesworth, you are truly one of a kind and somewhat loony, but..." Erin shrugged, "I'll help you anyway I can."
