Jack ignored the Slytherin. Lousy git! she thought.
Instead she laughed at Bog. "Well," she said, "it's good to see you too!" She run to where she had heard her wand clatter to the floor. She searched behind an old crate and found her wand in a spiders web. "Sorry," she said to the spider and carefully removed the wand from the web without breaking it.
She stuffed her wand back into place and spun around. "Hey Bog," she said and clapped her hands together, "toss me one!"

"Or-" Zachary interrupted, his mouth a grim line, as if being in a room with his current company was a most gruesome prospect. "You could hand it to her, unlike the barbarians you lot obviously are."

'Hello everyone, sorry I'm - oh God its you...' Thom said drearily as he set eyes upon Zack, entering the dusty little classroom. 'What are you doing here? Do you actually have any bloody friends in Slytherin? You're always alone!' Thom looked at him suspiciously for a moment before shaking his head and turning to look at Boggleworth, Grace and Jac. 'Is this it? I was expecting more. There were loads last year.' he pulled up a dusty, rickety chair and sat on it. Immediately it gave way with a loud splintering noise...

Liam wasn't entirely sure what this Guild was about, but he had heard that everyone was welcome. Frowning as he entered the classroom's door, which was slightly ajar, he looked around. It was an odd group, dominated by Hufflepuffs and absentmindedly Liam moved to stand beside the other Gryffindor.
Hearing one of the boy's starting to speak, he turned and saw that it was a Hufflepuff boy who a little older than himself. He smiled brightly, about to turn to the Slytherin to see his reaction when the seat the older boy took collapsed beneath him.
Startled, Liam bent down slightly with eyes wide. "Erm- Alright there?"

Zachary snorted in amusement, watching Moen's seat give away. "I'll have you know, I have plenty of friends in Slytherin." He said loudly, declaring it to everyone. He rolled his eyes at Liam who immediately asked the Hufflepuff if he was alright. "Us Slytherins just don't rely on companionship unlike all of you. We know how to get along by ourselves." He glared at Moen, before going back to ignoring the others completely.

Thom's face burned a violent crimson, and he scrambled up from the dusty floor as quickly as he could - only slipping over again once. 'I'm perfectly fine,' he said to the Gryffindor stiffly as he straightened his robes furiously. 'And if you're so bloody independent then stop following Hufflepuffs.' he said hotly.

Zachary's eyes narrowed, though a hint of amusement flashed through them as Thom grew a deeper shade of red. "Following Hufflepuffs? The only reason I always find myself within their presence is because they're always there - Everywhere I go." He scowled, before crossing his arms over his chest. "I wasn't even expecting a band of your lot to be here, which is why I was so looking forward to it. Of course, we all see how that turned out. Hufflepuffs and Gryffindors- Joy." He rolled his eyes. Boggleworth smiled as people entered the room and there was even a new face. He grinned as Thom's chair gave way and muttered to Grace "whoops the chairs aren't the best quality," As Thom and Daniels started argueing Boggleworth thought it was high time to intervene. His voice boomed out drowning the little conversation there was "welcome everyone, yes even you Daniels, you know you really should grow up and stop judging people by their house, I'm quite sure you're not really a terribly sly evil Slytherin, you just don't seem the sort, far too nice!" he laughed "Now the plan is to elect a leader for the Guild, yes I know some of you are new but you'll soon get the hang of it, what is this Guild I hear you cry, well I shall divulge, it is a gathering of like minded people" he grinned seeing the looks of scorn passed between Thom and Daniels "it is anything you want it to be, primarily for mischief and a general laugh, now over the summer we began our first operation which was a grand success, by that I mean we all escaped and have made it back in one piece, anyway enough of my babbling please take parchment and scribble down who you wish to be the leader, there's some muggle paper for you Daniels if you would prefer," Whilst Boggleworth had been conducting the speech he had had gazed around the room looking each person in the eye in turn, they seemed a reasonable bunch he thought as he settled himself more comfortably on his crate.
(ooc ok we're going to elect a leader the easiest way is probably to PM me please, so you can have one vote each and if you really want to you can vote for yourself. So PM me the name of the leader you would like with an explanation as to why if you so wish, unless anyone can think of a better way of doing this? Also to make it fairer you can post underneath in character who you write down and why for other people to see, if that makes sense, any probs don't hesitate to PM me. For example as follows) Boggleworth tore a piece of paper adequate for scrawling a name down, he pondering only a moment then scribbled- Jac Biggerstall He didn't want to be biased and put the name of his girlfriend down and Thom probably wouldn't want to be leader anyway. So he folded the paper then placed it in the ballot box waiting for the others to do likewise, still hoping for more people to turn up.

Helia stumbled through the doorway, catching the end of Bog's lovely speech. "Heh heh, hey everyone. Sorry I'm late, got... caught up," she smiled weakly, then let herself fall into a sitting position by the wall. "So we're voting for leaders, hm?" she asked before pulling a piece of parchment and her Quick Quotes quill pen out of her book bag. She set the pen on the paper, whispered something and the implement went to scrawling. The end result looked like this: Henry Boggleworth, for founding this illustrious guild and causing much mischief over the summer months to keep the guild members from dying of boredom. She folded the paper into an airplane and threw it into the ballot box. She knew everyone in the room would know which paper was hers but she didn't particularly care. She was far too tired to make the trek from where she was sitting all the way over to the box just to put her vote in. This worked much better in her opinion.

Boggleworth grinned as Halo bustled into the room, he exclaimed "late, for what? This isn't a lesson!" he chuckled turning serious he walked up to Halo and whispered into her ear so nobdoy else could hear "that shop of yours is taking your time up I must say and I saw you stifle yawns in Defence Against the Dark Arts, not a good sign for you, are you sure you don't need some sort of assistant up there? Not saying you can't cope of course, but everyone needs a little help sometime, even you" he whispered full of genuine concern.

She smiled weakly, "I know I need help. The trouble is finding someone I trust enough that has the time to do the work that needs to get done up there. Not to mention how much trouble it would be to try and train someone in Gaia-speak, and even I had trouble with the incantations for making wands the first dozen or more times I tried. The magical drain is just killer," she shook her head. "I'm managing for now. Maybe we'll get a transfer student with no previous attatchments that I can get to help me. Too many of the kids here already have homework and extra-curricular activities they're a part of. I couldn't ask any of them to take on this responsibility," she said with a shrug.

He crouched down onto a crate and didn't bother to whisper now "Well tis quite a predicament that, but never fear, I have the solution to your problems, while you get the shop on it's feet I shall do your prefect duties, and I may in fact know somebody who may be more than willing to help. You've many friends Halo, lot's of people will jump at the opportunity to help you out I'm sure, all you need to do is ask. So I shall see what I can do for you, leave it my grimy hands."

Zachary watched Henry with a scowl, his eyes following the whispered conversation between him and Helia intently, trying to read their lips. Giving up, he leaned his head against the wall with narrowed eyes. Far too nice? he thought with a snort. Hufflepuffs really did delude themselves with thinking everyone was nice on the inside.
"I should grow up?" He muttered sulkily, looking pointedly toward Thom, his lip curling.
Snatching a piece of parchment, looking at the Muggle sheets with disdain, he quickly grabbed a quill from his robes.
Zachary Daniels as leader because he's the only one in this room with half a brain.
He smirked, before placing it on the table.

Thom crossed his legs as he picked up a minute piece of parchment, withdrawing a rather battered looking pigeon feathered quill from his robes. Thom had not exactly purchased the quill from a professional seller, but had rather stolen it from a pigeon (a living one that had not exactly been willing to part with it).
The Hufflepuff flicked a flea of the end of it as his hand hovered over the page. He ran a hand through his already messed up hair, wondering who to vote for. He did not want to be leader of course - he was far too lazy - so who?
He shut his eyes and did a little sing song chant as he moved his finger round in a circle, having not really paid attention to whom had been sitting where. When he opened his eyes his finger was pointing at Zachary Daniels. 'Oh bloody hell...' Thom muttered, feeling a little self-defeatists as he wrote 'Zack D' on his parchment and tossed it towards the table in front of him.
They're all going to kill me, he thought.

She shook her head, "No Bog, I can't let you do that. If I were going to just give up my rounds I might as well relinquish my Head Girl status, and that is something I refuse to do, okay? Look," she said, trying to find a way to level with him, "I'll let you take over my weekend rounds if you feel you really must. Then I'll have time to study, and search the forest for supplies, and have the Ravenclaw practices, alright? And while I'm at it I'll start looking for someone to help out at the shop during weekdays after school. Now will you stop worrying? Your worse than my Uncle," she said with a roll of her eyes.
