Bailey span round to see Dax heading in her direction, as she looked she noticed that he had removed his shoes and socks. "thats an idea!"She souted with a grin, laughing she stood on one foot attempting to remove her shoes and socks without falling over.
Bailey ran to the left, remembering there a nearby bench and placed her shoes on it. Looking up through the branches of the tree above, seeing small pieces of blue through the mass of green leaves.

As Dax moved closer he saw Bailey take her shoes off too and place them on a bench. He was a bit confused at first but then thought she knew what she was doing put his shoes next to hers. “So then what do you normal do here then. I hope you have not roped me into help weed to garden.” He gave a nervous laugh as it dawned on him that he had in fact never met this person in his life before and now he was in what seemed like her childhood garden. Suddenly becoming very nervous he put his hands into his pocket and began to tap his left foot up and down repeatedly wondering if his joke would break the ice.

Bailey laughed "Only if you wish too! However I was never much of a gardener I just enjoyed spending time here!"
"hmm.. well generally I would admire the general splendour go for walks, and when I was very young.. I used to play in the sandpit we have around the corner, ooo and then in a play park in the middle of a clearing on the other side of the stream!" She smiled as she remembered. "Did you ever have a place such as this?" She asked wonderingly.

“No” croaked Dax as he thought bout his childhood play area. “No I never had anything like this.” He sat down on the grass and looked at the pleasure that was building up inside of Bailey. “How big is the stream? Are there any fish in it?” Dax had only occasionally gone into the countryside and seen a fresh stream. He always wanted to try and catch fish with his hands or even put together a botched up fishing rod.

"The stream is rather wide, yes it has a fresh supply of fish, my grandfather took my brother fishing once or twice, however I had to watch... no fun, except for laughing at them!"Bailey giggled.
"why fancy attempting to catch a few?"she asked. Bailey offered her hand to help Dax up off the grass. "It's only a short walk!"

Dax smiled and accept the hand by Bailey and pulled himself up. He brushed the grass off himself. After making sure he was clean and jumped up to try and see if he could see the stream. After a couple of jumps he was convinced he could see something shinning in the distance so started to head off in that direction. He turned around to see Bailey and smiled at her. “I bet I could beat you to the stream.” Dax then started to run as looked over his shoulder to see where Bailey was.

Bailey helped Dax up and watched as he bounced around, she laughed, watching with interest, waiting for him to hurt himself somehow. Dax then began to run off in the direction of the stream, Bailey smiled at him as he turned. "I bet you probably could!..but at least i can try!" She ran barefooted after Dax, twisting and turning attempting to catch him up, by distracting him as he looked over his shoulder to see where she was. However she had the advantage of knowing the place! Bailey ran slightly off track toward a tree, she saw a familiar piece of rope hanging from a branch. Grabbing the rope as she ran, she lifted her feet from the ground and allowed the rope to swing her forward and up in the air.

As Dax looked back he saw that Bailey had run onto another path. He skidded to a halt and turned around. By the time he was on the trial Bailey had been on she was swinging on a rope. He started to pick up speed and ran as fast as he could. When he reached the same place where the rope once was Dax leapt into the air. It felt like he was suspended in the sky for a moment but he soon start to fall. He waved his arms around trying to change where he was landing. He soon noticed that the stream was coming closer. Before he could do anything he landed into the stream. “I think I won.” He laughed as he sat hopelessly with the water covering his legs.

Bailey swung through the air, the air rushing through her hair, breifly closing her eyes to accept the full feeling of momentary weightlessness. She opened her eyes just as she was reaching the top of the rope swings height, she looked behind saw dax was approaching the sparkling stream. Bailey leapt from the rope swing in to the air, did a flip and landed elegantly on a patch of grass the other side of the stream. She heard a splash and twirled round. Dax hand landed directly into the stream, amongst the weeds and fishes. Bailey laughed, "well you certainly beat me into the stream!". Whilst taking a small step backwards so as not to be splashed by dax. ((thoguth i should reply its only been what .. 5 months or so ))

With a small laugh Dax looked around him and then back at Bailey. “You mean we were not meant to be in the stream? Well if you told me that at the start then I would not be all wet now.”
With another chuckle Dax stood up and let the water run out of his robes. Slowly he walked over to the shore where bailey was standing and pulled out his wand. Soon there was no trace that he had even been sitting in the river (apart from the small puddle of water on the floor.) With a rather wild grin Dax stood by the side of Bailey and with all his force pushed the girl sideways straight for the water.

Bailey laughed at Dax as he left the depths of the stream and made his way toward her, drying himself off. "well thats a useful spell is it not! oh dear dax what a place for a puddle!!" She began to laugh some more but was completely took by surprise and pushed toward the water.
Bailey let out a rather loud squeal and fell into the stream. She sat up with folded arms and attempted to pull the most serious facial expression she could, which she found considerably difficult as she dearly loved to laugh. As Dax starred at her, she quickly leapt forward splashing dax with a large wall of water. She giggled and began to stand.

Dax could not help put laugh as he saw Bailey sitting rather unimpressed in the water. He was about to give her a helping hand out of the water when she started splashing around and getting Dax wet again. After a rather rage wave came crashing into his side Dax stood with his arms outstretched looking at his robes, dripping wet once more. “You are so lucky I do not care about my image…that much.”
With yet another chuckle Dax stepped back into the water and helped pull Bailey out. AS the two of them stood on the bank dripping with water Dax pulled out his wand once more and with two flicks this time both he and Bailey were dry.

Bailey watched with great interest whilst stiffling a laugh, as Dax became drenched with the wave of water she had cast upon him.
Bailey smiled at Dax's comment, "not caring about one's image eh!? How interesting very hard to come across nowadays. However I do not care for my own image as perhaps you can tell!" she took hold of the now wet ginger mess that was her hair and stated with glee. "Look, it's a great improvement!"
She took Dax's offered hand and stood up, within a moment she was no longer remotely wet. "Well that was a relaxing and refreshing dip, was it not!?" Bailey giggled. However Baileys laughter ceased, when she her a bird call, she turned from Dax, looking to her left.
Bailey suddenly began walking down a pathway to her left. She turned and glanced at Dax and then continued down the pathway which led through twists and turns of hedges. Bailey entered a clearing and at the other end was a spectacular avery, just as she had remembered it.

As Bailey walked off Dax stood still looking on at her disappearing. With a rather confused expression filling his face Dax gave a small shrug of his shoulders and walked after the younger Hufflepuff. As Dax caught up with her he looked over the mass of ginger hair to see an avery, full of birds of many colours. With a small laugh he placed his hands on his hips and looked at all the different feathered creatures. “Well if this is not a stereotypical Hufflepuff garden they I know not what.”
Dax slowly walked closer to the wire messing and looked through it at a pair of pink and blue budgies sitting on a fake twig tweeting away.
