Girty was walking back from the library after doing a good hour worth of staring at a blank piece of parchment hoping words will appearer on it so she could hand it in for homework. As she walked in the corridors she noticed that they seemed rather empty. Must be a nice day outside With this thought in her mind and the empty corridors Girty decided she was going to take the quick way to get outside. She hugged the left wall and followed it around corner and after corner. but when she went around one she ended up bumping into someone or something.

Bailey was walking towards the library to look for a book to aid her with some dragon research, when someone walked into her. Bailey fell over and looked at the person that she had collided with, to see a familiar face...

Girty was taken a back when she was hit. She stumbled backward but thanks to the usefully suit or armor near by she was able to regain her balance. After blinking a few times to get her mind straight she looked down at the other person who was involved in the crash. "I do not believe it." Girty bend down by the other girl and held out her hand. "Is it really you Bailey?"

"GIRTY!!" Bailey said with disbelief Bailey stood up and shaked Girty's hand rather formarly. "I must say i am rather impressed that you managed to gain some balance! you must have had balancing lessons?" she laughs. "i haven't seen you since that reunion thing...what was it again? Something to do with auntie Barbara?"

Girty blushed when Bailey mentioned about her balancing. It was true she had got better, mainly it was because of the Quidditch and also now she was wearing glasses again it made things a lot easier. When the reunion was mention Girty’s eyes grew wide. “Oh my I remember that erm… auntie Barbara and the guys with the mullet.” Girty waved her hand franticly around her head trying to think of the name of there uncle. “it was a wedding anniversary or something or other.” Girty continued to jester madly in hope that Bailey may start to remember something.

"ooo yeh it was a wedding anniversary thing wasn't it?" Bailey pondered which one it was.. "Hmm.. i don't remeber... But guy with the mullet...didn't he have a weirdish name ... like bob or george or something??" Bailey waved her arms round frantically as the lack of memory on the subject began to aggitate her. She laughed at the thought of it being a family trait.

Girty made the arm waving even bigger to exaggerate the use. She laughed along with Bailey. "I remember it his face, long thin...dam it all I can remember is the mullet and laughing at Aunt Barbara with her false teeth." Girty started to laugh some more and tapped Bailey on the head. "Use you noggin!"

Bailey shuddered at the thought of auntie Barbara and her false teeth. "oww!" Bailey said jokingly whilst she poked Girty back. "hmmm use my noggin eh" Bailey thought more, Bailey tried hard to remember. Then suddenly the name came to her "uncle FREDERICK!" Bailey shouted happily. Now that she had remembered the name it did not matter whether she had known the occassion or not.

As Bailey erupted with happiness as the name came into her head Girty stood still and ran the name through her head. "Yes I think it is. He always wore terrible orange knitted jumpers that would hurt your face every time he tried to hug you." She shuddered at the thought and laughed. She then thought about what they were on about int he first place. "Anyway how the devil are you?"

"oh yeh i'd forgotten about those nasty things, awful jumpers, thank god i never had to wear one!" Bailey took great pleasure at being able to state that fact, because other relatives had not been so lucky. "haha yeh we kind of went off on a tangent, but i'm absolutely magical thanks, and yourself?" Bailey looked out the window, and saw how sunny it was. "Want to go for a stroll Girty?, with your balancing lessons and such i'm sure there is a lot to discuss and chat about!"

Girty smiled and looked out the window too. "I'm fantastic thank you. And in a way i hope you were magical to get into this place." She smiled and pulled her bag up onto her shoulder. "Well outside seems very tempting but i do not think it would be as fun with this thing." After only a few seconds of the bag being on her shoulder Girty gave up and drop it on the floor.

"True, very true, i wouldn't be here otherwise would I, but then i spose you would not have walked into to someone either!" Bailey laughed. She watched as Girty struggled to keep her bag on her shoulder, "hmm perhaps to the commonroom then, would be useful, i'm sure. and maybe then you shoulder will be hurt less!"

Girty nodded. With a small smile on her face she sighed and picked the bag up. "Good idea dear chap. i think we should make a b-line to the common room." Girty giggled and started to walk off toward the destination. At what could be called a very slow pace.

Bailey laughed at the thought of walking so slowly, and wondered how far they'd get before the bags contents would empty over the corridors hard stone flooring. Then she followed Girty along the corridor towards the commonroom.

Girty kept on walking dragging her bag with her. "So how are the crazy people sometimes known as your parents?" Girty was trying to make some casual conversation as they plodded off the the common room. Her bag started to make a scrapping noise as the buckles rubbed against the pave stones.
