The Great Hall was alive with noise as both new and old students filled the long house tables as they waited keenly for the golden plates to fill with food and for the fest to begin. The hll itself was lavishly decorated with the multicoloured banners of the Hogwarts houses hanging from the enchanted ceiling which showed a perfect star filled night. The floating candles were already starting to burn low, the rivers of wax running down their sides. The hourglasses that stood behind the staff tables where empty ready for the start of a new term and beside it sat the house cup which was proudly wearing the Gryffindor house colours, something Dan would never be able to get over. ‘Bloody lions’ he would find himself muttering every time he caught a glimpse of it, the bitterness that Hufflepuff did not win for a sixth year in a row.
The Sorting Ceremony had been completed and the old tatty had and crooked stool had been removed and although the students wanted to eat Dan knew he was going to have to delay the feasting a little longer as he jumped up on top of the staff stable (of course making sure not to stand on his empty plate) and gave a loud whistle to get everyone’s attention.
“Oi! Eyes to the front everyone!” He waited to let the murmuring die down before he continued. “Welcome back to another year at Hogwarts! I am, sadly, going to have to do the boring announcements before I let you all become befuddled by our amazing feast. First of all we have a few changes to our staff this year. We have a new Dark Arts Professor…” He pointed towards Professor Grace. “I think you all know Professor Grace, please make her lessons as eventful as possible.” A wide grin filled his face as Dan wondered on down the staff table enjoying his moment in the spotlight a bit too much. “We also have a new Herbology Professor, please welcome Professor Barrows.” He shot the blond women a cheeky wink. “Also Emo-boy Ashton is our new Quidditch Coach!”
Quickly hurrying away from getting hit by a hex from Ashton Dan went back to stand in the centre of the table to where his empty chair stood. “Other then that please, and I am looking over at Gryffindor table here, please stay out the Forbidden Forest, it is forbidden for a reason.” Now his gaze switched over towards the Slytherin table. “Also no magic should be used in the corridors in between lessons! I do not want anymore Hufflepuff’s being turned into sets of furry pink slippers please…”Dan hesitated for a second “…but if you are being chased by a suit of armour I might let you off.”
He chuckled nervously at his own joke although he was not sure if it was funny or not. Swallowing hard and licking his lips Dan was about to order for the feast to commence when Dia behind him gave a small cough and she muttered the word ‘peeves’ and that jogged Dan’s memory. “Oh yeah, please also ignore the big red writing on the second floor that say’s the Chamber of Secrets is open, Peeves is being a pain and we can not get the paint off.” He gave a small shrug and after a small pause the headmaster clapped his hands and with his trade mark grin jumped off the staff table and onto his chair just in time for all the plates to fill with food.

The start of term feast. Something he had been looking forward to for the past two weeks. He had said that to Dan numerous times and told him that he wanted beef, turkey, chicken, lamb and pork on the plates, as well as numerous vegetables and soups. For pudding, he didnt really care what was there as long as a big chocolate fudge cake was present. Of course, before the feasting could even begin, there had to be the start of term announcements. Luke slumped in his chair, his stomach growling. He was sure everyone could hear it, it wasnt exactly quiet. It made a smile come to his lips.
As Dan went through his numerous announcements, Luke's mind kept wandering to the food which he was sure to love and of course, some sarcastic comments came to his mind as his cousin spoke. You might want to tell the Hufflepuff's to stay out too. Luke said thinking back to the time he found Ellie Rook in the forest. Gryffindor's were known for their curiosity and the fact they tried to prove themselves braver than anyone else, this wasnt going to change so Luke wondered why Dan was even bothering telling them not to go in when everyone knew they would. He looked over at Dan, wondering about the fluffy pink slippers though chose not to ask about it. It wasnt any of his business but he did find the fact that people were slippers was quite amusing.
Once the announcements were over and Dan sat back down, he leant across and nudged him. "What am I? Chopped liver?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. "Mr I'm-Such-A-Brill-Headmaster-I-Forgot-My-Own-Cousin?" Leaning back, a playful dissapointed look on his face he looked over to the students who looked as hungry as he felt. Finally, as the plates began to fill up, Luke began to grab as much as he could as though food was sure to go out of fasion at any given moment in time.

September 1st, the start of a new term, and Ash resided in the castle once more. This time though, as a staff member. Dan had offered him the position of Quidditch Coach a few weeks back, and Ash had jumped at the chance. So here he was, at the Start of Term Feast, listening to Dan prattle on about the usual stuff, sitting at a place he never expected to be, the Staff Table. Ash knew, that as the youngest member of the staff (he was only 18 after all!) he had alot to live up to, he was confident however that he could do his job and he could do it well.
Ash listened half-heartedly to the announcements, not paying much attention. After all, they were the same ones he'd listened to for three years straight, no magic in the corridors between classes (like anyone listened to that), stay out of the Forbidden Forest, it's Forbidden of course (no one listened to that one either), ignore Peeves, he's being a pain as usal (No surprise there). He doubted they would change or get any more interesting.
He did notice however, the Emo-boy comment from Dan. Ash glared as the Headmaster dodged out of the way before Ash could fire a hex at him. "I'll get you for that..." he muttered under his breath, knowing of course that it was an empty threat. After all, what could Ash do?
"Finally!" Ash muttered to himself as the plates filled with food and the feasting commenced. He was starving! Filling up his plate with a bit of everything but the meat (he had never really liked meat) he began to eat and listen discreetly to the conversations around him. His eyes swept across the room, and landed on the Ravenclaw table where his little cousin Heavenly sat. Heavenly beamed at him, giving him a wave, which he returned. Ash had to say, he was extremely excited that his cousin would be one of his students. He also saw his friend Dante, whom he waved too as well.

Thank the heavens Dante didnt have to come by boat. He didnt think he'd have handled it in this weather. It was pouring down with rain outside. He was so glad he was sat nice and warm inside the great hall, not drenched through like the first years which had been through the hall and were now sat at their seats. He had his head on his hand, his elbow resting on the table not really speaking to anyone, just nodding. His stomach was paining him, he hadnt eaten since the train and had worked up a lively appetite.
Now, once the hall had settled down, Dan Hubbles stood up and and began his usual speech. Dante sighed aloud, barely listening. It was the same thing as always, welcome back, dont go here, dont do this blah blah blah. Like he really cared. In fact right now the only thought in his mind was food. Lots and lots of food. He'd probably stuff himself so much he'd be ill tomorrow. He always did. It was awful waiting for the feast to begin, you worked up such an appetite on the way from London to Scotland, and the food cart on the train was never enough.
He caught Ash waving to him, sitting up he gave a broad grin to his friend and waved back. Rose looked at him oddly and Dante stated "Ash." As though it was the most obvious thing in the world. Once the speech had ended, the food piled up on the plates and Dante grabbed anything and everything in sight and began wolfing it down, Rose was looking quite appalled by it but Dante gave her a chicken-mouth-full grin, which she almost smacked him for. Looking back up to the staff table, he raised an eyebrow at Ash, wondering silently why he hadnt even told Dante that he was becoming a professor. Dante made a mental note to corner him for that later.
Ash had written him loads of full letters --mostly consisting of news of him and Nick-- but he conviently forgot to tell him about becoming a professor. Looking over at the Gryffindor table, he saw Max who was looking up at Ash with a strange look on his face. It was no secret in Hogwarts what had gone on there, but Dante couldnt make his mind up whether Max looked amused, annoyed, disgusted or just plain confused. He looked away from Ash and began eating again, talking to Bryn who was sat next to him. It was strange really, but Dante didnt think much of it at all and continued munching away happily.

With the eyes of hundreds seemingly staring at her Erys felt an odd feeling tumble in her gut, not quite anxiety but something close to it. It was simply unusual and foreign to her, this new seat at the staff table, as she was but a student all of last term. Was she supposed to feel like she had an added weight of responsibility, aside from the fact that the education--at least in the Dark Arts sense--of these students was on her shoulders? At Hubbles introduction the Slytherin managed a tight-lipped smirk, staring at him with eyes not of burning coal but a cool smugness. "Oh, they will be interesting, I assure you." She responded confidently, sweeping a glance across the four House tables expectantly. Well now, this term would be interesting. Hopefully she wouldn't get fired for dealing with troublemakers in her classroom in her own special manner. What would they do without her there to shake things up, anyway?
As the headmaster's eyes slid to the table dominated by green- and silver-accented robes and the comment of not turning Hufflepuffs into slippers, Erys' face broke into a grin, openly proud of her own house and their accomplishment. Careful to angle it in a way her hair was concealing the expression from Hubbles, however, was difficult, but she managed to achieve it. As he jumped off the table to hop back into his seat she rolled her eyes, finally presented with the trifecta of deliciousness as it appeared in front of her. Silently licking her lips she began assembling food on to her plate, tearing into a turkey leg with as much animal furiosity as a lion elegantly picking at its prey. She couldn't very well break down like a barbarian right there, could she?
Wishing someone would start a food fight like the epic one the twins and her had started a year or two ago--where had the time gone?--the professor's fingers clasped around a goblet of red wine, but with one sniff she put it back on the table, nose wrinkling in distaste. Whisky was much more preferable. Choosing instead to refill it with pumpkin juice Erys' eyes drifted to the Slytherin table, watching Ricky as he laughed and joked with their group of friends. Ignoring the hollow feeling in her stomach she fell back to staring at her food, suddenly losing her appetite.[/color]

Hannah had been out for a while simply getting her bearings. There was a new term beginning and she wanted to be ready for anything this year. Being out in the Forbidden Forest wasn't usually the type to go traipsing around the forest for any reason. Of course she was longer afraid but the forest still gave her a case of the willies, though today it seemed to be the only thing that kept her calm. Being deep within a cluster of trees she felt the cool evening air hit her face offering her a friendly caress. Turning her face up to the sky she welcomed it even smiled at it. Smiling was something that had come few and far between for the brunette. Things last year hadn't been good, a lot had happened, the school going crazy, what she knew about the headmaster that could ruin his marriage to her friend Dia, and the situation with Will that really hadn't been resolved yet. It was no wonder she didn't want to go into the Great Hall.
Try as she might she knew that she would simply have to just suck it up and go in there. The head of Slytherin should be at the staff table representing her house with pride. So with a sigh Hannah turned her back on the forest, not noticing the pair of menacing yellow eyes staring at her retreating back. Making it back into the clearing she walked slowly back to the castle. From outside on the grounds everything looked serene and peaceful. The lights were on, there was no noise. To anyone looking around it was the most picturesque setting. Hannah knew better as she climbed the stairs and opened the front doors.
The hall was virtually empty, most of the students had already made their way into the Great Hall for the feast. So going through another set of doors she turned up behind the staff table. Finding herself an empty seat near Erys Hannah sat down. It was nice to have another Slyterin on staff. "Good on you getting the Dark Arts job Grace it's about time we had a competent teacher" she said her air of superiority back in place the way it should be.
Dan stood and went on with his little speech, the moment he opened his mouth Hannah seemed to tune out, her eyes went in and out of focus as her mind thought about anything and everything else. That's probably why she hadn't even noticed when he was done. It was the scrape of a chair leg on the floor that brought her out of her reverie. Pretending to smile though not really caring about much Hannah grabbed a goblet and filled it with pumpkin juice, she suddenly felt extremely thirsty.
Turning to Erys she asked the younger professor "So are you excited?" It wasn't the most well though out question but she was looking for a bit of small talk, so that she could keep herself distracted.

Seventh Year Head Girl Quidditch Chaser & Captain

Post by Ellie Rook on Jul 17, 2009 3:21:56 GMT
Had just walked in the great hall after watching the first years cross the lake, making sure all was safe and sound. One of her first jobs as Head Girl had come off rather well. She now got to enjoy the feast along with the rest of the students until it was time for bed and she had to make sure no lolly gaggers decided to stay in the great hall for sweets after lights out.
Ellie sat at the head of her Hufflepuff table. She looked around and seeing the House cup and Gryffindor colors, she grimaced a little, not having forgotten the horrible beating the Hufflepuff's had gotten. She knew that this year her Puff's would be out for blood, like they say, where in the Hat's song does it say Hufflepuff's are nice?
Coming back to the castle was a happy sight for the now Seventh year. It was hard to believe that Ellie was almost completely done with schooling for the rest of her life. The sad part was that Ellie was still completely unsure about what she was going to do with her life after Hogwarts. She would have to talk to Professor Hubbles about that one.
As Ellie thought about this, the very man she was thinking of stood up and gave the ceremonial pep talk and new introductions. Ellie showed no emotion as he introduced Erys as one of the new Professors. Ellie looked at the former Slytherin and secretly hated that she would still have to see her face in the halls of Hogwarts, except now, Erys had the ability to take away house points from her. Ellie smiled, however, as the new Herbology teacher was introduced. Ellie thought she looked nice, though, look could be deceiving. As Ashton was introduced, Ellie tried to get a glimpse of Bray and Fay to see their reaction of one of their ex-best friends now being put on the staff, but she couldn't spot them over at the Ravenclaw table. The usual warnings were handed out and Ellie smiled as the jokes the Professor made, making sure she was setting a good example, she even let out a little laugh at the armor joke; for she knew all too well what he meant.
With the mention of Peeves, Ellie making a mental note about seeing if she could hex him solid for an hour or two in retaliation, the food appeared in front of her. Sadly, a large bowl of spaghetti and meatballs appeared directly in front of her. Ellie's nose scrunched up as the sweet smell of sauce reached her. Ellie had met her parents in Taiwan at the beginning of summer, but only three days later, they moved on to spend the whole summer in Rome. Ellie was sure she would never eat another bite of spaghetti ever again in the life. Ellie asked the girl sitting next to her if she could pass the bowl of mashed potatoes, and with her mouth watering, Ellie scooped a large spoonful onto her plate, created a little ditch in the mound and poured gravy all in it. With a lick of her lips, the seventh year dug in, smiling broadly.

Gryffindor always has been an easily amused species. Tell them they won something and they'd get excited no matter what it was. So with the cup under their belt and finally ripped away from the Hufflepuffs, everyone was excited to get back to school and beat the Hufflepuffs down once more for a double victory. The Russo twins were flying solo, and couldn't be happier. Caleb was certainly not a favorite brother and not even on good terms with the girls. Prude, prude boy -- and she was one to know what that word meant!
The Russo twins were back in action, and this year they were rewriting the definition of twin. With matching hair, they had already received a few confused looks from their friends and Prue swore she saw someone cuss under their breath because they couldn't tell who was who anymore. Hah! No more blonde hair crutch for you fools! Prue was sat at the Gryffindor table as per usual, and she wasn't paying much attention to whoever sat with her. Instead she just saw Dan Hubbles stand up on the table and try to get the whole school's attention and ended up laughing at his efforts, laughing enough that she got several shushes and a twinly hand stuck over her mouth while she continued to giggle. Ohh, naughty Gryffindor was going to go into the forbidden forest. Hell yeah they were, unless you wanted to keep out attention by bringing the danger into the castle. Oh wait, you already did that.
As soon as his speech was over, they were finally allowed the good part. Food! Prue's hand went straight for the turkey and slapped away her sister's before being generous and serving out her portion too. "That was a cute little speech.. although we go through professors like water. Maybe we're just too damn scary." She said to whoever was listening before filling her goblet with pumpkin juice.

Izzy had been looking forward to the start of term. She had been working in the green houses for days rearranging the plats and re-rearranging them, trying to get the perfect look to the room. She wanted it to feel open and inviting. Izzy had finally found the perfect fit with using two green houses for teaching, and the others for holding the plants that she wasn't using for the specific weeks lessons. Izabel had also rearranged her new office, putting her desk in front of the window that looked out directly onto the green houses. The natural light shone in on her desk, which was already covered in papers and potting soil bags.
However, Izzy had gotten caught up in trying to feng shui the rest of the furnature in her office when she realized that she was late for the actual start of term feast. Without realizing she wasn't in her professor's robes, she ran out of the office and into the great hall, just sitting down as Headmaster Hubbles introduced her with a little wink. She smiled and waved, her hair flopping in a messy bun atop her head. Izzy realized that she probably looked like she just climbed out of bed, but the new Professor didn't care. She gave a little wavy to her new students, and continued to listen.
Soon the food was served. Izzy took a decent amount on her plate and turned to talk to the Professor sitting next to her. She hadn't had much interaction with her new coworkers, but she thought now was the perfect time to start. However, the man was leaning forward and saying something to the Headmaster. Izzy sat and ate her food and soon her leaned back and started piling food on his own plate. She recognized him as a Hubbles himself, she smiled and said to him, "So I take it your new too, new and neglected." She said, cutting up her chicken. "Izzy Barrows, as you probably heard the introduction. As you didn't have one, I'm not quite sure of your new." Izzy said, joking around, hoping this guy wasn't the sensitive/insecure type.

Five minutes after the food was served, Luke's stomach began to feel less empty and was making its way slowly to 'full'. The wine that was served was too sweet for his taste buds and so he left it alone. He wasnt a big wine lover at all and much preferred his firewhisky but knowing full well you can not have firewhisky at the staff table, even so, it was wine or pumpkin juice and as he absolutely despised anything with pumpkins in it, he didnt really have much of a choice for beverages. Maybe he should pull a Moody and bring a flask with him in future?
As he was about to take another bite of his chicken, someone spoke to him. Looking across he found himself looking at the new Herbology professor. Placing his chicken back down he smiled to her, "Yeah, I'm new." He told her, "I was here for two weeks before the end of last term. As for being neglected, I'm used to it off Dan." Looking back over to his cousin he gave a shrug. "He remembers anybody with a pretty face but anybody male and with family connections seems to pass him by without so much as a 'how do you do'." Still, it didnt bother Luke much in the slightest, he found it quite funny. Luke took Izzy's hand and gave it a shake, "Luke Hubbles. Care of the Magical Creatures Professor."
He looked back over to the students tables and caught sight of Ellie Rook, he gave her a broad smile. Remembering their near death experiance now made him laugh. Being chased stupidly by three mad people, well Dan would have been proud of him. How much trouble he'd managed to get himself in when he'd only been there a few days. He just hoped he wouldnt be finding himself in any near death experiances this year, he'd had quite enough of that last year. Turning around the staff table he took in the look of the other students. He had of course heard of Emo Boy Ashton and he knew Erys by her reputation. This year was going to be either really really good, or really really bad and Luke had yet to make his mind up which one it was.
"Oh, Dan!" He pulled a letter out of his pocket, "Look what I got over the holidays." He was laughing as he handed Dan the letter from Alice. His favourite Welsh Green Dragon back in Australia. It had made him laugh so much how Tiffany had written to Luke and making it seem as though Alice had written it. Turning back to Izzy he smiled, "I used to work with Dragons, but I didnt know they had the ability to write very long letters." Turning back to his dinner, he began eating once more, looking forward to the puddings which was sure to come at some point very soon.

Ash noticed Dante staring questioningly at him and shrugged, giving his friend an all-too innocent look. You see, it had kind've 'slipped his mind' that he hadn't told Dante about his new position at the castle. Well, okay... to be honest, he hadn't forgotten at all. he just hadn't told Dante because he wanted to surprise the younger boy. Looks like it had worked.
Unfortunately for Ash, it also loooked as if Dante could murder him for not being told. Not that he could of course. Ash hoped Dante didn't insist on calling him 'Professor' or something... it was weird enough right now being one! Well, technically he was the Coach... same thing though, still responsible for the kidlets. First years anyway. Ash was highly relieved that he had lots of experience with kids as he had always been the one babysitting his cousins when they came to visit.
Ash overhead Hannah's comment to Erys about needing 'a competent professor around here' and couldn't help but lean forward around Erys and addressing Hannah who was on the other side of her "A competent professor?" he asked with a laugh, stressing the A so as to not make Erys think he was insulting her, "What am I, a duck?" he teased, giving Hannah a slight smirk.
Despite her being Head of Slytherin, and him being a Ravenclaw, the two actually had quite a good relationship. Couple years ago, it had been a student-teacher relationship, now though it seemed it would be a teacher-teacher relationship. She was after all, the one who had intercepted on his behalf when a Slytherin had attacked him right in the middle of her class.
Noticing Erys' bored look, and him being bored as well, he did something he never expected to do... he leaned over just enough so that Erys could hear him, and in a low-voice said, "You know, no one can possibly eat all this food," he gestured towards said food, "What do you say we put the leftovers to a... better use?" he smirked as he awaited her reply, but then decided that maybe Start of Term Feast wasn't the best time to start a food fight, "Or we could wait and wreak havoc at breakfast tomorrow?"

Sarie stared up at head table. It was the start of her 4th year but she actually looked like a fouth year. She had grown quite abit over the summer. She smiled when she heard Ashton's name called. She stood up and whistled. Ash and her had been Friends in school.
She was jumping till the head master called for quiet. She then she was shaking with excitement. SHe was so happy for Ash. His life was really turning around for him after his childhood. She ate and wondered how Ash was. She was happy to know she could find him now with out having so much touble.

Izzy received a friendly smile from the Professor sitting next to her. She vaguely remembered seeing him in the Charms room, but she couldn't be completely sure. Izzy placed a piece of steak in her mouth and chewed softly as the Professor relayed to Izzy that he and Dan must be good friends, actually family. Izzy smiled as he pointed out that he would remember a pretty face.
Izzy smiled as Luke returned the greeting. "Nice to meet you. Nice to meet someone finally." Izzy slipped her fork into some peas and took a little mound into her mouth and chewed. She looked out over the students and smiled to herself. She couldn't wait for the lessons to start.
Izzy heard the little comments Luke yelled to Dan and smiled. She watched him take a piece of paper out of his pocket and hand it to the Headmaster. He then turned back to Izzy, who smiled at him. Izzy laughed, "Neither did I, but i don't know much about dragons." Izzy said. "The closest I get to working with dragons is working with the Fire Dragon Plant." She said, finishing up her steak, filling her stomach, hoping she would have room for some turkish delight.

Post by Adelaine Russo on Jul 18, 2009 16:51:44 GMT
The Russo twins were by themselves in school now, and they couldn’t be happier. Caleb was such an overpowering force in their lives, always telling them to not do this, and don’t touch that. It was really horrible. Of course, they had gotten back at him more than once for his protective older brother ways. Can you say pink hair? He certainly wasn’t a happy camper that week. The twins were quite popular with Caleb’s friends though, because they found their antics against their brother simply hilarious, and Addy relished the attention.
Now they were back in school, but it seemed like there was something different. Instead of one blonde and the other brunette, Prue was supporting a head of brown hair, just like her sister. Good luck telling them apart now. Adelaine grinned when she saw several people do a double take. Once they sat down at the Gryff table, Addy heard several grumbles about their appearance. In their own house too! How rude, those students should already know how to tell the Russo twins apart.
Hubbles stood up for his usual speech. Blahblah, teachers, blahblah, forbidden forest, blahblah, no hexing other students. The same old song and dance. But—as Addy noticed with glee—Hubbles seemed rather reluctant to admit that Gryffindor had won the house cup. Take that Hubbles, the Gryffs were going to own this year too. Prue found the speech amusing too it seemed, because she couldn’t stop giggling. Addy stuck her hand over her twin’s mouth and glared at her. The last thing they needed was to get in trouble before the year even started.
Finally the food came. They should really do food first, speech later. Because Addy knew that she wasn’t alone in spacing out the speech while thinking about what food they were going to have. Adelaine’s hand instantly went to the turkey, before being smacked away by Prue. She grumbled and rubbed her hand, instead grabbing some mashed potatoes. She globbed some on her twin’s plate too as Prue handed her some turkey. "Must be us Poppy seed, teachers simply can’t handle how amazing we are.” She shrugged lightly as she spooned some mashed taters into her mouth. "Maybe this year we’ll get a teacher that stays the whole year! Hubbles doesn’t count. He’s a nutter anyway.”

Lucille opened her eyes and starred at the brown ceiling above her. Her head was throbbing. She groaned at her sat up, the sunlight peeping through the curtains hitting her eyes. She squinting and groaned again. She took a moment to gain her composer and then looked at the ticking clock that sat beside her bed on a little wooden table. It was 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Lucy groaned again and placed her head in her hands. Lucy had fallen asleep a top her covers, so she didn't have to throw off the covers. She was in her clothes from the night before, though she had managed to take off her muddy boots before dumping herself into bed.
Lucy had gotten up and taken a shower, dryer her hair, styled it nicely and picked out a very presentable outfit. By the time she grabbed her crocodile handbag and left the Hogshead Inn, it was 6:45 pm. Lucy made her way up to the castle. Luckily the rain did not carry over to this night. She saw the Hogwarts Express in the station and smiled. The kids had already gotten off and the sorting was probably under way. Lucy made her way up to the castle door and stepped inside. By the time she came close to the Great Hall's door, she could her the commotion of dinner already under way. Lucy fixed her bag on her shoulder and enter the great hall.
Her heels clicked on the stone floor as she entered down the middle aisle. She starred straight a head, and got the gaze of the headmaster. She smirked. Half way to the staff table, her wand came out and flicked toward a chair and table setting with flew to the end of the table where she could sit. She turned and walked down in front of the teachers and up the stairs. She stood behind her chair and looked down the row of Professors to the Headmaster. She grinned and sat herself down, taking a piece of turkey that appeared before her.
