Felicity tucked her hands into the pockets of her jeans as she walked down the road. Hogsmeade wasn't as busy as it usually was, maybe that was because of the end of the term nearing. For whatever reason, students felt the need to stay at the school for their last few precious days of school.
Fay sighed and flicked some hair out of her eyes. Going to see her mother was out of the question, because she was fretting over what she should pack for her trip. Felicity, of course, was not going. She hated going on those erratic trips of her mother. She would rather stay home than go off there.
The veela leaned against one of the buildings and rested her head back against the wall. The day was bright, sun was shining down on them. So, naturally, it was a nice warm day. Usually on days like this, Fay would be found zooming around on her broom, with that ridiculous grin found on her face. But today, she wasn't really in the mood.
In truth, Felicity wasn't ready to leave the school. Who knew if she was going to see her friends over the summer. They could very well go off on their own vacations. And Bray and her weren't exactly on the best terms. Since he was avoiding her at every turn.
And then, there was Scott. He said he was going to be coming back to school after his term was over, which was good. But Fay still hadn't told her friends about him, even though she really wanted to. Most of her friends had their own problems, and she didn't want to seem snobbish with rubbing her good fortune in their faces.
Felicity shut her eyes and hummed softly to herself. Calypso hadn't met again either. And singing was what Fay usually used to calm her nerves.
"Here I go, scream my lungs out and try to get to you You are my only one I let go, but there's just no one that gets me like you You are my only, my only one"
Felicity found herself singing softly under her breath and she turned to start walking again.

Ash stared down at the ground as he walked along, hands jammed into his pockets, which was actually quite a feat seeing how tight his jeans were. Not looking where he was going, he walked right into someone. Stumbling back, he looked up to see Fay. She didn't look happy. "Fay!" he said as he pulled her into a hug, he pulled back and examined her face with a small frown. "Why the long face love?"

Felicity had been planning to just go back to Hogwarts, but, it seemed someone was determined to keep her here. Some person slammed into Fay, and she fell back, landing smartly on her back end. Felicity blinked up at the person, ready to let a few pieces of vulgar language fly in their direction.
Oh, it was Ash.
Fay, still slightly confused, blinked when he pulled her into a hug. Did she miss something here? Must've. Felicity let a grin flash across her face as she attempted to stand again. Once she rightened herself, she brushed the dust off of her back end.
"Well, that might be because someone just walked right into me and I fell on my back end." Felicity shot a glare and Ash and then rolled her eyes at him. "Really it's nothing Ash. I just don't want the term to end yet." She shrugged. Well, that was very true, but it wasn't the whole truth. So, she wasn't really lying to Ash. And, under nothing less than torture, was Fay going to admit that she had fallen for Scott. Ash wasn't exactly in the best position to hear about relationships right now.
It would just be easier for Scott to show up instead of Fay going into a whole story of how she met him and blah, blah blah. Fay half wished that a dragon would swoop from the sky and just pick her up and fly away. That was much easier.

Ash grinned sadly, "I know what you mean. But luckily for me, I'm staying here over the summer so I don't have to deal with daddy dearest." his voice took on a sarcastic tone and he rolled his eyes as he said those last two words. "What about you? What're you doing for summer?"

Felicity heaved a sigh. "Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Mum's off going to Paris on a vacation so I'm left home alone in the house." She shrugged lightly. "But I was thinking of getting a cat to keep me company. Plus, I kind of want a pet for the next term." Personally, Fay wanted a Kneazle, like her Professor. But the chances of her finding one and it actually liking her were slim to none.
"I dunno what I'm going to do for the whole summer. I kind of wanted to visit people from school, but I have no idea if anyone lives near me." She frowned and blew some hair out of her face. "Maybe I'll see if anyone wants to stay with me for the summer, since my mom isn't going to be there. Not like she'll mind anyway." Felicity stood straighter. "Fay darling, why don't you bring any of your little friends over? You know how I love them!" She grinned, her voice a complete immitation of her mother's.

Ash laughed, "Paris huh? Interesting. I live in France! I live in Lyon though." He thought for a minute, "Why don't you just stay here at the castle? I'll need someone to keep me company!"

((Mind if I join?))
Scott was just leaving a nearby shop when he spotted Fay. She was with someone, but from as far away as he was, he couldn't make out who it was, besides, they had their back turned to him. With a smile he walked around them keeping his distance until he was behind Fay.
Scott finally noticed it was Ashton who was with her. He put a finger to his lips in hopes that he wouldn't tell Fay he was behind her. Suddenly, he wrapped his arms around her and picked her up. After putting her back down he smiled, "Hey, you two," Scott said placing something in his pocket.

((Not at all ))
Felicity laughed. "No thanks, I live near here anyway. So I can visit you sometimes then." She shrugged lightly. "No offense, but I'd rather stay in the comfort of my own home. My bed if much more comfy than the ones at Hogwarts." Fay grinned.
Suddenly, someone wrapped their arms around her waist and picked her up. Fay let out a shriek and was ready to hex the person to next week, until she realized that it was Scott who picked her up. Instantly, ehr cheeks flamed red and she hurried to hide it underneath her hair. Once the color resided she shot a playful glare at Scott. "What was that for huh? I nearly hexed you!"

Scott laughed, "Well you didn't now did you?" he said sending a playful look in return. "And what's so bad about a guy scaring you, huh? Besides, I was in the neighborhood and spotted you two. Is it bad for me to want to say hi?" he asked her.
Scott wasn't sure if he should give her a kiss on the cheek especially since Ashton was there. He could tell by the way Fay was around him, that she still hadn't told any of her friends about them. He wasn't upset about it, he was just worried that she wanted to keep it a secret. Yeah, it was his last term at Hogwarts but he promised Fay that they'd see eachother again. He didn't want to leave her alone anyway.
Scott looked at the ground and kicked a rock, "So what are you guys up to?" he asked with a smile.

Felicity stuck her lower lip out in a pout. "Well then you're lucky. Because if I wanted to, you'd be plastered to one of those walls." She glanced over to Ash and grinned at him. Ash had probably seen the monster Fay more than once in his term.
She glanced over to Ash, then back at Scott, then back at Ash again. Well, it was now or never right. "How about we go get some butterbeers eh? I need something to drink anyway." Felicity hooked her arms with both of the guys and started to steer them over to Three Broomsticks.

Ash groaned and dug his feet into the dirt road to prevent Fay from draggind him any further. "Fay-Fay, I've had enough butterbeer to last me a lifetime! Let's go to Honeydukes instead. Please? If you don't want to go in, just tell me what you want, and I'll go in and get it." He gave her the puppy face, "Please?"

Felicity continued to drag Ash along, regardless of him shoving his heels into the dirt. She was stronger than her little seeker friend, maybe that was because she was a beater? Eh, who knows.
"No, if she saw you, then she would think I was here. Then she would come outside, drag me back in, and proceed to swoon over me." She shuddered and glanced over to Scott. "And then, she'd start freaking out over you and we'd be in real trouble then."

Ash pulled his arm out of Fay's grip and stood and glared. "Felicity. I do not want to go the Three Broomsticks. I am sick of that place. You can go there, I want to go to Honeyduke's."

(Could I join?)
As she was heading towards the Three Broomsticks, Helena saw Ash and Fay fighting. Helena headed towards them. She walked up. "What's wrong? Are y'all alright?" Then Helena realized that she was being a bit annoying minding others' business. "Sorry, you can ignore me," she and backed away but stayed around, just in case.

Ash huffed and crossed his arms, "No, I'm not okay. Fay keeps trying to drag me into the Three Broomsticks, and I don't want to go in there!"
