Magic Around the World. A subject Hikaru had thought of himself. It had come to him one day when he was sitting in his room thinking of the differences between Hogwarts, and the school he had attended in Japan. Hikaru had realised that magic from one place was not always the same as magic from another. For example, there were Japanese spells that would not have been known or used in England, and vice versa.
So, Hikaru thought why not study the different kinds of spells, charms, and curses from all over the world? After all, nothing said these kids would remain here their whole lives. They would have jobs, they would travel, they would have families. They needed to be exposed to the world.
Hikaru leaned casually against his desk as he awaited the students. Class was set to begin in about fifteen minutes ansd he could hardly wait!

Sarie hurried down the stairs. She was ready for a new class with Hikaru. It was still strange to call him by his name. She skipped down the steps down the stairs. She pushed opened the door "I'm here!"

Rosalind enjoyed different sorts of subjects. Her mind was always focused on new things, unlike Paige who would always prefer to take the easy route. Rosa on the other hand liked anything new, different, and exciting, so when she heard about this new class Magic Around the World she had to sign up for it. Magic was great but she often wondered if the magic they learned here was the same magic learned in other parts of the world, just like she wondered what the other schools of magic were like.
So she was excited for this first class and hoped that it would be as good as she thought it would be. Entering the room she found the professor there already, he was the handsome one that used to teach flying or something like that. Also in the room was Sarie a second year Gryffindor if Rosalind wasn't mistaken. "Hello" she said to the room at large before taking a seat and waiting for the class to begin.
Sitting in a seat right in the front of the room Rosalind started to take the things out of her bag and placed them neatly on her desk.

Hikaru laughed as Sarie burst into the room. As usual, the young Gryffindor was a ball of rambunctious energy. "Whoa, slow down Sarie! I'd rather not have any injuries or accidents before the class even starts!" he teased the fourth year. "Actually... I'd prefer not to have any accidents at all." he said seriously, but with a slight smile on his face.
He turned as the door opened once more, revealing 6th year Ravenclaw, Rosalind Matthews. "Hello Ms. Matthews, nice to see you." he said greeting her with a smile as well. "So, what have you ladies been up to lately?" he asked the girls, leaning casually against his desk.
Hikaru, turned to look at the clock behind him. "Hmm... I'll give the rest of the class about ten more minutes to show up." he turned back to the two girls. "Does that sound fair? Or should I give them a little more time?"

Sarie smiled at the teacher. Everything felt normal again. She was going to enjoy life and not worry about what was happening after the sun when down. "Nothing really Professor." she said. She put her things down and was ready for class to start.
