If a thread is classified as a ‘Joker Thread’ this means that it will be worth lots and lots of lovely house points! The thread will be like nay other thread although maybe more of an adventure rather then your traditional sit down by the lake and have a good old chat. These threads shall be used in an attempted to make the site a bit more active and also help increase those house point tallies.
How the House Points are scored:
- 10 points for initial post
- 5 points for every post after that
- 2 points for making me chuckle
- 5 points for making me laugh out loud
- 5-10 points on the quality/length of the post
- 5 points for moving the thread on
Other random rules:
- House points can also be award in the thread by Professors if necessary.
- If seen fit due to bad behaviour house points can be taken away just like any other thread.
- House points will be awarded to the house which the character represents, if the post is done by a non-student please contact Professor Daniel Hubbles to let me know which house gets the points.
- You must seek permission to set up a Joker Thread! Once again please ask Professor Daniel Hubbles.
- The creator of the Joker Thread can not score house points. Any other characters the creator brings into the thread can only score points for posting.
- A role player can join with as many characters as they wish.
