Bradyn walked quickly across the grounds, the light from his wand bouncing to his steps. Once again, he was being led into a scary place that he didn't want to go by Shay Bourke, the typical life of a teenage boy. "The passage is this way, under the Whomping Willow." He said and stopped when they were just out of the trees reach. "You stay here, and when the tree stops run down the hole."
Bray quickly changed into his feline form, knowing the more smaller and agile he was, the easier it would be for him to push the knot that supposedly stopped the tree for a while. Dodging the attacking branches, the small cat ran as quick as he could toward the trunk of the tree. 'Oh why didn't I listen to Bry. She's so right about him.' He paused to catch his breath when he made it through with only a few scratches. Changing back he punched the knot to vent some of his anger. "Come on, you twat!"
Bradyn waited next to the passage, determined not to be the first one to go in and see what laid beyond the hole. There probably hasn't been people that entered the passage in ages, and the floor of the legendary Shrieking Shack must be just barely standing.

Keeping up with Bray's fast past, the legendary Slytherin smirk was plastered on good ol' Shay's face. Yet again, he had suckered Bray into another creepy place, just to freak his friend out. "Alright. Be quick about it, I don't want to stand here looking like a bafoon." He snapped, folding his arms over his chest.
The tall boy watched as his friend changed into a cat, and snickered. "Run, kitty-kitty!" He shouted, laughing wildly. Scaring Bray, and making fun of his cat-changing deal, it was what Shay loved about Hogwarts. His eyes followed the cat, as it darted back and forth, until he couldn't find it in the dark. Pulling out his wand, he muttered 'Lumos' and the wand lighted. Hearing someone call out for him, and the tree's branches stop hurling around, Shafer walked towards where the other boy was now standing.
Smirking as he approached, he raised a brow. "To frightened to go first?" He asked, seeing as Bray hadn't moved as he approached. "Come on, it's just a little hole. There's probably only spiders, and boggarts, and who knows what down there." He said, shoving Bray into the passage way. "You wouldn't be scared of the dark, would you?" Torturing Bradyn was quite amusing, but he knew he had to stay within a limit, or he might just be snapped back with something about his brain power, or his loathed middle name.

Bradyn groaned and shrugged off Shay's hand. "Fine, fine. I'll go first, since you're obviously too scared too." Pulling his wand back out of his pocket. "Lumos." The passage looked very dark, and he wondered if even two lit wands would be enough light for them to see where they were going, it certainly was enough for whatever was down there to see. Sitting down on the ground, he decided to jump in feet first. When he didn't fall far he groan. "Don't tell me we're going to have to crawl."
Taking his wand he peered around the hole. "Nope, it gets higher eventually." He said and crawled the first bit, waiting for Shay once the ceiling was high enough for him to just about stand. He smirked a bit to himself, realizing that it would be a long time before Shay could stand up straight -- if he ever could in the tunnel. Bray continued to look around the tunnel, feeling the walls underneath all the cobwebs; he was curious if there were ancient runes in here, like there were that one time in the forest.

"I'm not scared. But you will be." He stated, frowning at Bray's comment. "It's more amusing watching you freak out every few moments." Shrugging, he followed after him, wand in hand. Shay was curious what would be in the Shack. Spiders? Dead bodies? Who knows. But whatever was there, he hoped it would scare Bray out of his pants, and send him running.
Absorbed in his thoughts, Shafer nearly bumped into Bray as he was on the floor. "Crawling? Oh great. Just what I need, your arse in my face." He mumbled, getting to his hands and knees, and continuing to follow after him. A couple times, he felt rocks poke into his knees and hands, as well as his back, which was up against the ceiling now. "Merlin. Does everything have to be for short people in this place?" Grumbling, he recalled times where he would have to bend down just to get into rooms. It was a pain to be tall sometimes.

Bradyn continued walking through the tunnel. "Oh, you loved my arse in your face," He said as he continued feeling the walls along the way. They were freezing and wet to the touch, surely this meant that they were almost there. Bray swore quietly as he hit his head on a stalactite. 'Odd, there weren't any stalactites or stalagmites before.'
"Watch out, there's sharp rocks on the ceiling and the floor." Bray usually put things in simply terminology for Shay's simply brain. In the time it'd take him to figure out what a stalactite was, he would've already hit one. "Lumos maximus." He muttered, deciding a brighter light would be necessary, and obviously the light was scaring away any night creatures that may have inhabited the long abandoned tunnel.

Shay frowned. "Oh, of course I do." He replied sarcastically, shaking his head, that was the owner of dirt-filled hair. Grumbling, he attempted to look around Bray's large arse to his face. "Isn't there a bigger way we can get to the Shack?" His sweater, shirt and pants were completely coated in dirt. His hair went from a dirty-like blonde, to a dark brunette. He wasn't exactly happy being covered in dirt.
"Really, I hadn't noticed." Grumbling, he was sure that sweater had holes in it, as well as his pants at the knees. He probably had a couple cuts here and there.
Wondering how he'd get back into the castle without leaving a trail of dirt, he was brutally hit in the head with one of the sharp rocks on the ceiling. "DAMN!" Shafer shouted, bringing his hand to his head to feel for blood. None. Good. "Does this damned tunnel get any bigger?!" He asked, irritated.

Bradyn eventually walked into the shack. It probably didn't take as long as they thought it did, it just seemed like an endless dark tunnel. He laughed a bit when he heard Shay swearing behind him. Continuing to block the tunnel, he looked around the shack. The most haunted place in Britain? Hogwarts seemed to have more ghosts than this, but it sure looked old. "Nope, the tunnel doesn't get any bigger, Tobias." Ah, even if Bray was afraid, he enjoyed messing with Shay.
'Bry just doesn't understand our friendship, she shouldn't judge it.' He thought bitterly, as once again he remembered what she was saying about them before. Sure, Shay was always mean to him but then again he was mean back sometimes. Plus with everyone teasing and beating on Bradyn, it didn't bother him when anyone did it. Probably the only person who really pissed him off would be Erika McCallister.

Again, he frowned. Why had Bray stopped. "Hey, smart-arse, move already." He grumbled, punching him in the back of his leg. Merlin, he wished he was shorter. Ignoring Bradyn's comment, Shay attempted to stand, and got to a point where he was crouching down. "Why did mum and dad have to be so damn tall.." He grumbled. No matter, they would be at the Shack soon, he presumed. Then he could find something that would scare Bray, and make his night. [crummy post ]

"Yeah, yeah." Bradyn grumbled and took a carefully step onto the floor. It seemed stable enough, but the house was well over a hundred years old. Caution was necessary. "This place is.. amazing." He said and moved over to one of the nearby windows. Once he looked past the dust he could see Hogsmeade, 'Honeydukes, Helia's, the Majestic Bird... this place has a great view. It could be handy for sneaking out, that is if we wouldn't be found out by locals.'
Bray continued to wander around the first floor and look through things. Perhaps this place isn't as scary as it's rumored to be, but no doubt Shay wouldn't leave without a good scare.

As Bray moved over, Shay could finally see the shack. He's been standing this whole damn time, and I can now just stand?! Standing up, he nearly hit his head on the entrance they'd just came through. The floor creaked as Shafer walked over to the window his friend had recently cleared dust from. "To bad there's no other way to get in besides the Whomping Willow.." He agreed. It did have a nice view, but this only made him realize that Bradyn wasn't about to be scared senseless.
Frowning at the thought, he wandered over to the half open door, and peered around it, making the floor creak all the while. "Wanna continue exploring?" He asked, looking over his shoulder at Bray. Maybe I can't scare him here, but perhaps there's something in this shack that'll scare him. Opening the door a little more -and listening to it squeak-, Shay stepped on the creaky floor, and looked around. This was going to be an interesting night.

Bradyn turned his gaze away from the window and back to his companion. "Yeah." He agreed and followed after Shay, being much more careful with walking on the floor. Surely Shay knew that wood got weak over time, and this shack isn't exactly new. The hair raise on the back of his neck at the sound of the squeaking door.
"Geeze, you're stirring up enough dust to kill us all." He grumbled, taking out his wand and opening the door with much more ease--not to mention it didn't squeak this way. 'He must be starting on his plan to scare me. I will not be spooked this time! Not like in the forest with Fay and Char.' Bray's determination had already started to cut the fear of the shack. Plus, what ghosts could be worse than some of the school's ghosts, anyway? Just around to scare the stupid muggles that never come to Hogsmeade. Yes, Bray was calmed and controlled this time; it would be a challenge to scare him at all.
