The Character
Name: Marcel Wynnes

Job Title: Young, Troublesome ghost
Age: 109 years.
Blood: Pureblood

Personality: Marcel is a ridiculous spirit that had spent his first twenty-five years of being a ghost trying to actually haunt the Divination Tower. Though, he realised the hard way that neither Witches nor Wizards found ghosts frightening, especially if they weren't headless or bloody. With his endearing appearance and slightly clumsy personality, he also failed in his attempts to haunt Muggles, even taking on the nickname "Casper" from his last family.
With his plan to haunt Hogwarts spoiled, he turned a new leaf. When he was alive, Marcel had been known to be very innovative and a troublesome prankster. Finding he still had the enthusiasm for causing havoc, even though he was no longer living, Marcel decided that it was more fun to cause the students Hell, than to sulk around the Divination Tower, brooding.
Appearance: Though he is very, very old, Marcel has the appearance of an eleven year old boy as that was when he died. His hair was once brown and he has a small dusting of freckles on his cheeks. Short, but slender, he doesn't have a menacing appearance but many students describe him evil because of his silly antics.
History: Marcel had grown up in an old manor with very wealthy parents.
However, the wealth was acquired in a very illegal way and Marcel's father had found himself in much trouble with various dealers across Europe. Selling and purchasing dark items, which the ministry had banned long ago after the rise and fall of Voldemort, Marcel soon was the target of not only Ministry officials, but those whom he owed money.
Both Marcel's father and mother were brutally murdered by a mysterious group which Mr. Wynnes was known to have done much of his business with.
Marcel was soon their next target, being murdered much in the same way.
Though, instead of dying, Marcel felt he still had a purpose-- Visiting Hogwarts. The school he was to have started attending the month after his death.
