As Errol got up from his seat Shayla asked him about the time it takes to make a nutiusmalim. “Shayla, there is no other item in the runic trade for it. It has to do with minerals and symbolism. There is only one item you can make. It takes only a few hours for the runes to take hold of the item, but it takes months to find the correct materials. The marble must be carved from a certain place at a certain time and runes may only be engraved at the certain time. There is exactness to the art. Six months is a short time for something of this nature.” Errol smiled, he loved sharing knowledge, especially with people who thought the magic would be useless to them.
Standing up, Errol tossed a few sickles onto the table for the waitress. In answer to Shayla, he said, “then, I’ll send an owl in the next week. I hope to see you again. It was pleasant talking with you, but I have a few things I have to get done in preparation for my first class.” Errol smiled back at Shayla as he headed for the door and back into the clipped wind of the Scottish countryside. Taking a deep breath he began walking back toward Hogwarts.

Shayla listened to Errol though she would have to admit that half of what he was saying went right over her head. Of course she wasn't going to tell him that. No instead she shook her head at all the right times, nodded in agreement and simply tried to look somewhat knowledgeable. When he was done she felt even more lost than before. "It's understandable or course no worries we'll just wait it out." Smiling she watched as he roe preparing to leave.
"I'm looking forward to out next meeting Errol. See you soon." He placed his money on the table and soon left. Shay stayed back a little longer thinking about things in her mind. She was hoping he would be wrong, and with that as her last thought she took placed some currency on the table and headed off to the ministry. At least there she could fight bad guys she knows.
