Felicity clutched onto her wand as she moved further into the forest. The tip of the wand glowed, lighting her way through the unknown. The veela must've been mad for venturing out here alone, what with all of the things that could eat her. But Fay was never really frightened of the forest.
Fay stumbled through the forest, moved her wand this way and that, as if trying to find something. Her foot snagged on something and she flew forward. Her hands scraped against several twigs and her knees skid across the ground. Felicity winced and turned to see what she had caught her foot on. As she turned, her ankle seared with pain, and Fay let out a small scream. A root had wound itself around her ankle, and there seemed to be a cut in her ankle. The root constricted again and Felicity winced.
She twisted her body so that she was laying on her back now. Fay sat up and aimed her wand at the root. She muttered a spell and a merlin of red burst from her wand and hit the root, but nothing happened. Felicity cursed under her breath and tried to wiggle out of the root's hold. All that got her was another wave of pain.
Something started to snake up her arm and Felicity froze. She looked over to see a vine wrap around her arm. Felicity twisted and squirmed, trying to get it to release its hold on her, but to no avail.
"Help."

Addis had ventured into the forest to escape from a few of the higher MInistry officials, though they could only be considered middle management. He leapt into the nearest tree and was soon bombarded with spells aimed at stunning him. He barely missed them. He changed his form to his Tiger Animagus form and raced through the treetops, fleeing from the officials underfoot. He didn't know where to go, as he was in a part of the forest that he had never been before, possibly the only part. His senses played havoc with his mind and he didn't know whether or not to just stop and fight.
He leapt over a large branch and saw a deep ravine below him as he leapt and landed on another branch that was several feet away. He changed his form and held onto the branch now with his hands and looked down, swearing he couldn't see the bottom.
A smile appeared on his face as he turned and left the area, hearing cries of surprise behind him. Nothing like a natural formation in the ground to give him some time.
He quickly made some distance, running quickly before finding himself once more staring into darkness. A cry for help was heard near him and he recognised the voice as belonging to someone young. He panicked and ran off in the direction, finding a 5th year student ensnared in a vile plant.
He shifted his face to Octavious whilst still in the darkness befor he emerged and pulled out his wand, casting a fire spell that struck the vines and everything around it. The student was now free.
'Help is at hand.' Addis said with Octavious' voice.

Sarie sighed she hoped she could find the thestral again. She love the creature. To her shock she heard help is at hand. She sighed. Then she looked around a tree. "Hello, a little pit of a party hun?" She asked. She came all the way around. She looked at Professor Octavious Everritt the wandless Professor at the school she didn't take his class. She met him many times in the forest. She smiled remembering the first time they met.

The vine had by now snaked across her mouth, and she struggled to get free. Oh now she was in for it. Stupid stupid stupid! Felicity would've screamed if it hadn't been for the fact that she couldn't speak.
A firespell was shot past her head, and her eyes widened. The vines shriveled and fell away, leaving Felicity on the ground, stunned. Slowly, her gaze flicked up to the man who had saved her. She couldn't place his face, or his voice for that matter. Fay struggled to stand, but cursed again when she fell to the ground on account of her ankle. It was most surely broke. Stupid tree root.
Felicity gripped her wand tighter and looked back up at the man. "I guess I should be thanking you for saving me, but I must ask who you are." The veela probably didn't look the best at the moment, on account of the scratches and bruises she received from the vine and the root. Her hair was unruly as usual but still framed her thin face. Dark eyes still remained locked on the man, as she refused to let her guard down even for a moment. This was the forest afterall, no one could be trusted.

Addis' eyes looked over to his right to see the same Gryffindor 2nd Year that always appeared in the forest. His frown only worsened because of it.
'Sarie Thimble, for disobeying the school rules consistently this Term, you are receiving Detention with me every afternoon of next week.' Addis said. 'The Forest is not a place for students to come and play games. There is a war going on, the Rogues and the Ministry. The Ministry will see you as a student who has allied themself with the Rogues and that marks you for death.' He said bluntly, before looking down upon the Ravenclaw girl.
'I am Professor Everritt.' Addis said. crossing his arms as his wand floated back into his pocket in his robe. 'And why does it not surprise me that another student has decided to come into the forest? Surely you, older than this Gryffindor, should know better?'
He then saw the ankle and he frowned, clicking his fingers as a medical kit appeared before him. He took hold of it and leapt down and landed lightly before the Ravenclaw student. 'It needs to be bandaged, sit down,' He said clicking his fingers as a stool appeared, 'And raise you ankle.'

Felicity's eyes widened slightly as he introduced himself. She winced again as she tried to shift her position. "Sorry Professor, didn't mean to be rude in any way. But, this is the forest and there are some questionable people running about, as you stated before. Never hurts to be sure."
Fay glanced back at the stool, then grudgingly pulled herself onto it. She pursed her lips slightly at the Professor, still wary. Her gaze flicked to the Gryffindor for a moment, one eyebrow raised in question. What was a young Gryffindor doing here?
Slowly, she shifted her attention back to the Professor. Well, Fay would probably get questioned why she was venturing out here in the forest. Surely being a fifth year she should've learned not to go alone, but Fay was always the risk-taking type. "And where should I place my ankle sir?"

Sarie sighed. She didn't care about detention should he had taken points she would have been upset. She didn't care detention that she could detention. "Sorry, Professor." She muttered kicking some dead leaves on the ground.

'Raise your ankle,' He said, kneeling, 'place it on my leg. Your shoe will slip off automatically as the bandages wind themselves around the ankle before they start the healing process. Shouldn't take anymore than a day to recover.' He said.
He kept his senses wide, in case any Ministry officials came. He still carried the documents on him that he needed to get to Gobien, but how could he when he needed to do his actual paying job. With a sigh, he forced himself to forget the mission for a moment.
'Can you explain to me why students come here, even when they know of the deaths that have occured?' Addis asked genuinely, looking at the Ravenclaw girl.

Felicity sighed and placed her foot on his knee. She didn't wish to watch while the bandages wound around her foot. Her attention was on the Professor's face. He seemed anxious to leave, like he had an errand or something.
At his question though, her gaze instantly hardened. "I wish to keep my reason my own thank you very much sir. Again, no disrespect meant." She moved her foot from his knee and grabbed a tree branch. Fay attempted to stand up, but found it, once again, near impossible. "Treacherous tree." She collapsed back onto the stool.
Felicity had her own reasons for keeping what she was doing in this forest a secret. It was better that less people knew about her, what she was, what she could do. She hated voicing it to everyone.
With her lips still pursed, Felicity tried to stand again. She actually stood this time, but her balance wasn't the greatest, and she had to hold onto the tree for support.

Addis laughed at her reply. 'You're not the first student to use that excuse.' He said, standing and brushing off his leg. The bandage was now wound tightly around her ankle, but not tightly enough as she still couldn't stand on it. 'I used that one as well, and my reason was because I was keeping a pet mongoose in here. So, whatever the reason is, there is a secret behind it and secrets only reveal themselves over time at Hogwarts.'
He was using his cousins story, though he himself when he was a student had kept a dog in here, though he never really visited the dog much as it died during one winter. Pity his dorm room was full of prats who had cats.
He soon saw the student stumble and quickly shot out his hand to help her balance, though she was using a tree branch as a stave. He kept a wary eye on her.

"Yes well, I think my reason is a bit more...strange than a mongoose Professor." Felicity grinned and attempted to hop to another tree. She probably looked comical, hopping along on one foot to the next tree. Fay grabbed hold of another branch and rested against the tree.
"I'm Felicity Locke by the way, if you hadn't heard of me already." Fay pulled some hair behind her ear and shut her eyes for a moment, trying to motivate herself to move to another tree. It was going to take a while for her to hop out of this forest.
It was probably lucky for the Professor that Felicity had tripped on the branch, thus breaking her concentration. Otherwise her little adventure in the woods might've ended badly.

Sarie had heard the teachers question but wasn't really sure if he wanted to hear her answer. She had already got detention with him. Maybe he's like the truth. "I have a few reasons sir. I know about the war, I want to know more about it. Also as you know I have a bit of a sleepwalking issue I haven't shaken it quite yet. I ended up in the forest again a few nights ago and I cut my leg when I tripped over a tree root rather like she did." She nodded at the Ravenclaw who was steadying herself on a tree. "A thestral found me and well licked my cut for a while after it stopped bleeding it stay for a while like it was making sure I was alright and I wanted to thank. I just was looking for it tonight that's all. Do you want some help getting back to the castle Fay?"

'A tad bit more strange?' He said, watching her curiously. He looked at her and studied her for a moment. He didn't know why, but he couldn't help but feel there was indeed something about her than he has felt in someone before, though what it was he didn't know.
He turned to the Gryffindor and looked down on her. 'Thestrals? Yes, I see them all the time.' He said. 'They are not to be played with, Sarie. Help her return to the castle, I will watch over you two in case any Ministry Officials come this way.'
He frowned at the thought of the trio coming across them, but he knew that they would sooner or later and Addis prefered them later than sooner.

"Please don't wound my ego sir, I can walk back to the castle just fine." Felicity placed her foot gingerly on the ground. "I'll just have to hobble or something." She heard a snap nearby, and turned her head toward the noise. Fay gripped her wand, glancing around.
Well, in dire need she could switch her charm on, if it indeed was a man of some sort, the teacher might be caught up in it though. Her gaze flicked to the Professor, then away. That would be bad. Well, Felicity could hex her way out of it, Bray said he'd never want to duel her because of it.
The castle was too far away to shout for help, and she was not really able to run. Felicity looked to the Gryffindor. This wasn't really a place for her if something did come. "Sarie, why don't you go to the castle ahead of us. I'd only slow you down, and I wouldn't want you to get in more trouble because of me." She grinned, hiding her true reason for wanting Sarie to leave.

"If you're sure you can get there on your own. "She glanced at the Professor. Then she lowered her voice for only Fay to hear. "I rather like the trouble." She brought it back to normal. "Then okay see you. I'll walk slow just in case though just yell if you need any I'll come back." She smiled then headed to the castle.
