"Please don't look anyway from me." Lidia whispered, placing her hand on his cheek. She desperately wanted Adam to grow to accept his family, even if he didn't like them now. "If you won't give them a chance how will you ever know why they gave you up in the first place. " She whispered, hugging him to her.

Adam laughed softly, "I'm not talking about the Mocenigo's silly. They're pretty cool actually. I'm talking about my 'other parents' the Carsons. I know they'll want to come, although for what reason I don't know. But I don't think I can handle having the people who ridiculed me, and made me feel completely worthless for fifteen years, to be at our wedding." He sighed, "I just don't want anything to do with them. Not that I ever did."

Lidia blushed slightly. She suddenly felt, well, stupid. "If you don't want them there, I'm fine with that." She said, trying to hide her blush. What a way to end a night.

Adam laughed. "Liddy, it's okay. It's nothing to be embarrased over." Still laughing he wrapped his arms around and hugged her closely to his chest. "You ready to call it a night?" he asked, running his hands through her soft hair.

Lidia smiled at him with a yawn. "I'm definitely ready to call it a night." She gently kissed him on the lips. "I love you, Adam de Mocenigo." Lidia whispered.

Adam smiled, "I love you too Lidia." he whispered softly. He covered a yawn of his own with his hand, "I'd say we're both ready to call it a night." He admitted laughingly.

"Well, then let us go." She said, taking his hand. It had been a most lovely night and it was only made better by the fact that Adam was there.

Adam smiled as Lidia took his hand, walking on the gravelly path back towards the castle, he looked up at the sky and was amazed to see a shooting star streak across the sky. "Lidia!" he gasped, "Look up at the sky!" he pointed with his finger at the streak of silvery light.

Lidia's head shot to where Adam was pointing. The shooting star brought a smile to her face. She gently laid her head upon Adam's shoulder. "What a beautiful ending, to a beautiful night." She whispered. Silently, she made a wish, for Adam.

A smile played on Adam's lips, "Actually, I'd say it was a perfect ending to a perfect night." He said. Adam gently kissed the top of Lidia's head, "And it was all the more perfect because you were there." he said softly.

Lidia just sighed and smiled. "I think that you might be right."

Adam smirked. "You know I am!" he replied smugly before poking Lidia and running off, he looked back. "Come catch me!" he called teasingly, running off once more.

"You're very funny" She said, when he poked her and ran off. She smiled and ran after him. Lidia could hardly remember when she had did something like this.

Adam laughed as he ran across the grounds, he looked back at Lidia, "What's wrong?" he called teasingly, "Am I too fast for you?"

At Adam's comment Lidia said "Disapparate." And just like that, it made a slight popping sound. A few seconds later she apparated just 3 or 4 yards infront of him. "Ha." She said, with a slight laugh.
