Amie was at Hogwarts now. Yay. It wasn't a bad thing in Tenley's mind. After all, Ten and Am were almost as close as Ten and Jase. So now Ten was back to being the third wheel, at least back in America, she had Mike to keep her company when Jase and Amie would run off lallygagging but now she had no Mike to rescue her. Damn. She'd get over it eventually, she always did.
So there she was outside the room of requirement. It was a rather interesting room actually. Imagine a room that would turn into whatever it is you wanted or needed. Today, it would be Amie's and Ten's 'hideaway' from Jase. He couldn't always have Amie to himself, Am's was Ten's friend too so she only felt it fair. Besides, Jase should be used to Ten stealing Amie by now.
She sat herself down next to the entrance waiting patiently for Amie. She had given her clear, well detailed instructions on how to get to the room of requirement, but she never made it clear on what time. Ten just figured her friend would show up when she was good and ready, it wasn't like Tenley had things to do anyway other wise she wouldn't have been waiting for so long.
In her lap was one of the girls' favorite movie. Sure, it was a love story and probably the cheesiest one you would ever see, but they didn't care. Ten figured it'd make for a good reunion type deals.

Amie, simply put, was ecstatic at the opportunity to hang out with Ten just like the old days, and it seemed like forever since she'd done so. At most, it's probably only been a month but she wouldn't bring logic into it now. Although, Am still did feel horrible for leaving Mike back there by himself and tended just to tell herself that he'd be fine, and he was a strong lad, unlike her. Or maybe, he'd come over here too. Oh, that would be an exciting day indeed. Relocation of them all to keep lonely Jase company.
She was rather insulted that Ten thought she needed such detailed instructions and she didn't like to admit that she needed them to be just like that. Walking slowly down the corridor and stopping to glance back down at them every once and a while, she probably looked like a complete idiot. Others must have noticed, because among her usual catcalls she received, she also got little mocks about being lost and needed some valiant boys help. Yeah, right.
Finally finding her way in what she'd call a good time. A good time being a hell of a lot better than the twenty minutes it took to first find Jase. Maybe that was more of an embarrassing reunion that she imagined, but she was happy none-the-less. Spotting Ten sitting outside a door, Am grinned at her immediately. "Who might it be that your watching out for? Surely, you didn't expect little ol' me to get lost." Chuckling softly, she danced over to Ten and peeked down at the movie. Ohh, a chick flick and one of her favorites. "Score!" She said as energetically as usual, and held out her hand to pull Ten back up.

So it wasn't exactly the way she wanted to be waiting. She was sat on the floor, leaning against the cold stone wall with her legs straight out in front of her. Many times, students (Mostly arrogant guys) would stop and ask her if she was alright, only they were acting as if she never heard of word of English in her life. "Arrrre - yoouuu- allriiight?" If Ten wasn't the sensible girl she was, she would've punched one of them already, instead she sent them a smile, nodded and simply replied, "Oh, I'm Fine! But you seem to need a bit of speech therapy, might I recommend a great therapist?" They, in return, sent her a glare. "Don't they get the fact that America originated from damn England?" she said out loud.
Tenley didn't have a problem waiting, she was patient compared to Jase who'd nag about Ten and Amie taking so long to get ready when in reality, he'd only been waiting for a few minutes. Typical Jase. Wanting to go when he was ready. It was always nice having a girl friend around. You didn't have to listen to them point out which girl was hott, or who'd they snog or even how big and mighty they thought they were. You could say Ten had been hanging with Jase and Mike far too much. She could tell you almost anything about the two, except what kind of boxers they preferred. No, with Amie, she could be a typical girl.
"Who might it be that your watching out for? Surely, you didn't expect little ol' me to get lost."
Tenley grinned, "Well you of course!" she said rather excitedly. "You, lost? Ha," Ten commented rather sarcastically. It was great seeing Amie, even if it did mean less Jase to herself but Ten was the friend and always would be. Ten caught Amie peaking at her movie and she held it up, "Figured it'd make a great "reuniting" party favor or whatever you want to call it." Ten reached for Am's hand and stood up.

Am smiled at Ten, she seemed just the way she used to be so obviously the English didn't eat her soul and break her. She was still the sarcastic girl she always was. "Of course not, my sense of direction is perfect!" She said, knowing full well that it was probably worse than the average man's. Go figure.
Amie smiled at Ten after she'd pulled her back into standing. "I'm just glad you remembered it's one of our favorites.. although I guess it would be weird if you forgot one of your own favorites, wouldn't it?" She contradicted herself, but that wasn't anything unusual as she sounded dumb on a regular basis. Now, being judged into houses she realized how far of a different playing feild her and Tenley actually were. Brains and Beauty were not lies, even if Amie would surely love to deny it.
"So, are you going to show me this magical room you raved about? Or are we just going to stand her and strike a pose in the hallway?" She said smiling, and of course joking at the last part.. even if it sounded like something she'd do for fun.
