Bradyn, deciding that the common room had far too much drama that he didn't concern himself at all with, took a stroll through the corridors rather than going to his potions class. Vance probably wouldn't even notice that he, and probably half the class, wasn't there and he'd probably be delighted. Just the potion extremists, and really that is a few number, should sit in his classroom. Shuddering involuntarily at the thought of the cranky old man, he decided to stop walking before he ran into a Professor, specifically May, and had to offer up a lame reason for him to be out of class.
Taking a seat against the wall of the corridor, he started to wish that he thought to bring his guitar. He didn't even have any of his books, and odd sight considering he was supposed to be a Ravenclaw. Bradyn Reed, the ravenclaw that dislikes reading but still knows it all. How odd.
Stretching one leg out, but keeping the other bent up, Bray sighed and leaned his head against the wall. He was still bored, maybe he should've gone to class, not that it would be any more fun than just sitting in the hallways. He pulled out his wand on sheer whim to entertain himself, then spotted a decent sized rock in the hallway. Random, but there, obviously the groundskeepers were treading through here lately. Picking it up, he weighed it in his hands for a moment, before pointing his wand at it and transfiguring it into a tiny toy car. Navy with a little silver guitar on top instead of a number, obviously he hasn't lost his touch and still considered himself one of the few students that actually deserved their animagus form. Hell, if he survived training for it with May, then he deserved it.
Putting the tiny car back on the ground, he lightly pushed it with his finger to test if the wheels would actually turn. They did, and this amused him greatly, so much so that it was actually shocking. Smirking, Bray pushed down harder on the end of the car and let it travel up his shoe and onto his pant leg, humming Greased Lightning to himself as he did so. Obviously, he still didn't care what other people thought of him.

Felicity tossed her books into her dorm and spun around, planning on heading over to the door. She paused though, and turned to look in the mirror that one of her dormmates kept. Fay pulled her hair back slightly, and winced as she saw the scar still evident on her side. Her hair fell back into place, covering the scar once more.
Fay slipped out of the common room and sighed. Well, she had nothing to do now. Most kids had classes at this hour, including Fay, but she had an excuse to ditch. Her head was still hurting, even after a few days, and she found that being around chatting students didn't help it. What a shocker.
What to do, what to do. Felicity found herself wandering down the corridors, humming to herself. She paused in mid-step when she heard someone elsehumming as well. Another ditcher? Now who might this be? Fay grinned and rounded the next corner. What she saw had her on her knees, clutching her stomach in laughter.
There was Bray, playing with a little toy car, and humming some muggle tune to go with it. She tried to stiffle her laughter behind her hand, so as not to alert any Professors that students were ditching classes today.
"I leave you alone for a few minutes and suddenly you're playing with toy cars?"

Bradyn continued humming the song, and making some engine noises in the pauses where he had to catch his breath until he heard someone laughing at him. Unfazed by this, he was just about to shrug it off and tell them to shut up when he easily recognized the voice. Fay, oh great. 'Driving' the toy car back up to his knee, Bray made an exaggerated break squeak as he stopped it and rolled his eyes at Fay. "Geeze, could you be any louder? Someone's going to bust us." He said and flicked the little car at her as punishment for laughing at him.
Smirking up at her, he just shrugged innocently. "Toy car? What toy car? I think that head injury has you hallucinating." Even Bray's sarcastic tone couldn't cover the bitterness as he mentioned her injury. An injury that she still hadn't explained properly to him, and he had to go hunt the information out of Laney. Her, of all people! Obviously that shows how determined he was to know. Then, seeing that he should just brush over the mention of her injury like it was just another of his stupid wisecracks, he stretched his other leg out.
"Shouldn't you be in class, young lady?"

((Mind if I join you ladies?))
Ash walked down the halls humming Thnks Fr Th Mmrs to himself. It was a nice day, and he was ditching class. As usual. Turning a corner, he heard voices and stopped humming. He cautiosly walked along until he saw who it was. Fay and Bray. "Well hello there, fancy meeting you two here." he said with a friendly smile.

Felicity wiped her eyes, letting out a few more stray chuckles. "Sorry. It's kind of hard not to laugh when you find your friend driving a toy car up his leg." She quickly moved to the side as Bray flicked the little car at her. Fay wagged a finger at him. "Play nice Mr. Reed otherwise no nap time for you."
Ignoring the head injury comment, Felicity moved to sit next to Bray. But, it was hard to ignore the bitter tone he wove into his voice. She glanced at him from the corner of her eye, then turned back to looking at the wall opposite of her. Technically, she did trip, just not in the way he was thinking.
"I could say the same to you Bradyn Reed." She smirked and rolled her eyes at him. "But if you must know, sitting in a classroom gives me a very large headache." Fay brought her hand up to the side of her head, hesitated, then pretended to fix a hair. As far as she knew, Bray had only caught a glimpse of the scar when she was fixing her hair in the common room. He didn't need to see the full-blown, close-up thing.
Another voice announced it's presence, and Fay stiffened in response. She glanced up to see Ash, standing before them, and ditching like them. Did that boy ever go to class anyway? She just responded with an 'Mmhm' and glanced over to Bray.

Ash raised an eyebrow. "Mmhmm? that's all the response I get?" He grinned as he sat down on the other side of Bray. "So, what are you two up to? Besides the obvious. Ditching class." He looked down at Bray's leg. "Um, is it just me, or are you playing with a toy car?"

Bradyn tried to stay scowling at Fay, but he couldn't help it, especially after that little nap comment. "Aw, no! You can't take away my nap time." He wailed exaggeratedly and rolled his eyes. Sometimes it felt like he saved most of his sarcasm for Fay, and El and that other people just didn't appreciate it.
"Well, if you did, then I would respond with; I'm so ghetto that I ditch classes. Then I'd stick my tongue out at you, like so." He said, demonstrating the gesture even though he did it multiple times each day. Maybe he should get his tongue pierced, then change the guage out to a different color every once and a while so he could surprise people when he did that. Maybe. "Oh, no. Poor poor Fay's head hurts. Maybe she shouldn't try to break up fights, especially when these guys are nearly twice your size." Well, he didn't care if he let it slip now that he knew what went on and that she lied to him. She pretty much deserved to feel guilty.
Then, hearing someone else approach to mock his little car escapade, Bray glanced up but frowned as soon as he saw who it was. "Oh, it's you." He said dryly, noticing that Fay seemed to be ignoring him, or maybe the term was giving him the cold shoulder, still. "Technically, it's a transfigured rock." He said rather icily to Ash, waving his wand lightly with a silent accio to bring it back to him.

Felicity grinned and patted Bray's head. "As long as you're good I won't need to." It suddenly occured to her how long it had been since she had actually had a real conversation with Bray. She forgot how much she missed talking to him.
"Ghetto?" Snort. Bray and Ghetto only followed each other in a sentence if 'not' was present. Fay stiffened at the next comment, and sent a glare Bray's way. Of course he had found out, he always saw through her lies somehow. Stupid lie-detector man. "Oh yes, I'm such an idiot for trying to stop some kid from beating up one of my friends. Of course I should've just stood by and watched!" She crossed her arms across her chest and glared at the wall.
Felicity's lip twitched into a small smirk as Bray greeted Ash. Bradyn had never really liked Ash, and was only happy to see that Fay had cut her close connections with the older Ravenclaw. "You always were the best at transfiguration. Figures though, your sister is a beast."

Ash sighed and rolled his eyes at Bray's chilly attitude towards him. "You know Bray, if you never liked me in the first place, then why the hell didn't you tell me?" He ran a hand through his hair, frustrated. "You honestly think that I don't feel bad for how I treated you when we were friends? I know I was an ass, and I'm sorry. But you can't change the past. You can change the future though." He smiled slightly, "I mean, come on. Why are we even fighting? None of this makes sense."

Bradyn purred lightly as she patted him. Hey, he was the Ravenclaw kitty boy, afterall, who could blame him. Then he frowned as she passed the idea of him being ghetto off as jibberish. "I am ghetto, you better believe it." He said, trying to be serious but it was difficult to manage when he was grinning and holding in his laughter.
Bray narrowed his eyes at Fay for putting it that way, probably rising to the extremes to try and justify herself. Just like the time when she punched Daniel McLane in the jaw. Just like the countless other times when she protected someone else while all she received was the short end of the stick. How could Fay be so selfless, but just receive a pile of poo in return?
Trying to push those thoughts away, he smiled at the complement from Fay. "I have a lot of words I could call May, and I'd say that there's more negative ones than positive." He tried to ignore Ash, but as he just continued to talk and talk, Bray found that he couldn't just pretend he didn't hear the whole monologue. Plus, it would be very uncharacteristic of him not to point out the flaws in him.
"Are you serious? Most people don't need to point out their dislike of someone and just to clarify; I didn't dislike you, but I didn't like you either. I guess I just tolerated you." And of course, used him as a vent for other angers but that was beside the point. Rolling his eyes as Ash mentioned that their fight didn't make any sense, Bray bit back a comment about how if he couldn't even tell if someone like them or not then this fight when way over his head. Fay was usually better at putting it into words, but for now Bray would just be cryptic about it. "Hasn't someone ever told you, it's all fun and games until someone gets hurt, Ash?" He said quietly and glanced down at the toy car between his thumb and index finger.

Ash sighed, "I know I hurt you, and I'm sorry. But I still don't understand, if you only tolerated me, then why did you act like my friend? What about Calyspo, and last summer? What about all the good times we used to have? You're going to throw those away because of a misunderstanding?"

"Sure you are Bray, just keep telling yourself that."
More often than not, Felicity had always recieved the short end of the stick. She always tried so hard to keep her friends happy, to keep them safe, and many times it ended in something horrible happening to her. One thing that kept her going was the fact that she knew that something better would happen along the way. It was sort of sad, but Fay was used to taking a hit for her friends.
"I can certainly see why. Your sister frightens me."
Just tolerated Ash eh? Did Bray just do that for her sake? Maybe that's why he always became so mad when Fay did something for Ash, and got hurt in return. Hmm, she never thought of it that way. All fun and games until someone gets hurt. What was fun and games about this? Even if it was fun, Fay usually got hurt anyway.
"Just a misunderstanding?" Felicity looked back over at Ash. Did he really still think that this was all it was? Fay realized something then, something not all together happy. Ashton was never going to realize the extent that Fay had gone to so she could help him. He was always just going to see this as 'just a misunderstanding'. She looked back at Bray, then brought her knees up to her chest so she could place her chin on them.

Ash groaned, why did he always screw up like this? "Fay, I'm sorry, I didn't mean it that way. I know you did everything you could for me, and for that I am forever grateful. But, I'm trying to understand if all the good times were real, or just an illusion." He sighed and looked down at the floor to hide the tears pooling in his eyes. He looked up, "Come on guys, just give me one more chance. Please. That's all I'm asking for. Just one more chance. I can't get through this without my friends, and you two were my best friends, and I want us to be friends again. I'm sick of this fighting. Just one more chance, that's all I want."

Bradyn chuckled when Fay admitted that May was scary to her. In all honesty, May was definitely his favorite sibling and he was usually on her good side as her favorite sibling too. He could actually say there was two factions to the Reeds, the MayBray and the DecleRose, and those factions were forever at war. "Well, if she scares you, then I hope you never meet Rose. Just last summer she transfigured all of my boxers into butterflies and let them fly out the window." He said, blushing a bit at the memory. It'd taken May and him a couple hours to chase them all down in the grounds with their nets. But, of course, they got her back by charming her hairdryer to spit flames instead of heat. Victory to their faction.
Bray sighed a little and let himself be dragged out of the little reverie of his family against his will, then frowned at Ash. He could honestly say he just went along with Calypso because he loved his guitar like a child and just saw it as a chance to play it more and chill with Fay and tolerable Ashton, who usually seemed happier to a tune. "Throw them away, what are you talking about? They'll always exist, in memory. But can you really expect us just to bounce back to you like your obedient little puppies after such a low moralled blow?" He said, hissing the words quietly. Bray had the unusual tendency of becoming more eloquent when he was angry, opposite of most people.
