When Karis rested her head against his, he grinned, and something inside him bubbled. Alright, no more being bashful, he was going to be more upfront. He was normally a social butterfly, and he believed Karis hit something inside him, denting his social butterfly wings. He shrugged when he picked his head up. "I dunno. I thought you'd be offended with me, possibly coming on to strong?" Now that he thought of it, he looked like a fool. He was too kind-hearted, and cared too much about others.
A raindrop fell on his shoulder, and then another. Karis stood up, leaving Noel feeling cold now. Standing up as well, he looked up at the sky, and watched as several more raindrops fell, some in his eyes. Whipping his eye off, he chuckled, forgetting the fact that they had come out here for a picnic.
Looking up again, he laughed. "I knew this would happen." He muttered, grinning and looking at Karis again. Then came that urge again. The urge to kiss her, like he did minutes ago. 'Well, here goes nothing.' He thought, stepping closer to Karis, smashing his lips on hers once more. This time, he didn't pull away, but he sure did hope she wouldn't.

Karis smiled as the rain poured down harder now. Looking up, rain trickled on her face. As she brought her head down again, her smile continued and Noel came closer to her.
Opening her mouth to speak, she felt his lips pressed against hers once more. Being true to her thoughts, she kissed him back straight away, and pulled him into a hug as she did. Wrapping her arms around his waist, she couldn't help but smile as they kissed in the rain, it was like a muggle movie.
After a moment, she pulled away smiling. Looking up at him, she grinned. Today was a very strange day. So what was going to happen now? Here she was, kissing a fellow Hufflepuff who she'd never really spoken more than two words too, and only started talking to him just a few hours before.

As he felt Karis wrap her arms around him, he did the same. Okay, this had to be some dream. First, he had ran into a girl he never had a conversation with. Then, they some how had managed to skip arm and arm to the kitchens to grab a picnic. After that, they were goofing off, and acting like three-year-olds. And now, they were kissing in the rain, like one of mum's romance films. Someone wake him up now, before he got to attached to this dream.
Noel grinned back at her when she pulled away. Yeah. This was a dream. He was going to attempt to smack himself in the face in a minute, but feared that if it wasn't a dream he would look like an idiot. Looking up at the pouring sky, he laughing. "We're soaked." He said, looking back at her, and smiling.

When she looked back at him after the kiss, she studied his face for a moment, taking in every little detail about it. Smiling as he smiled, she laughed when he mentioned they were soaking.
"I don't care" she said, coming closer to him once again and wrapping her arms around his waist. She was so happy right now, and nothing could ruin it, not even the rain.
"So..." she said. She didn't know whether this was just a kiss and that was the end of it, or whether Noel wanted more. Things began to run through her head and they got so jumbled she didn't even know what she was thinking anymore. Somehow, the second kiss from Noel had given her some confidence, and she leant up a little to kiss Noel once again.
