Ash sat atop the large rock overlooking the lake, he smiled as the breeze gently ruffled his hair. He often came to the lake to think things through, or just to relax and enjoy the view. This time, it was the latter. However, it would not be for long...
Ash heard footsteps behind him, but did not bother to turn and see who it was. He felt someone kneel behind him, then a familair voice, a voice that send chills down his spine, and made him freee with fear, spoke "Well hello there, bet you never expected to see me again did you?" the voice whispered, low in his ear. Ash paled even more, and turned slowly, "A-Adam? Adam Grier?" he whispered, eyes wide as he came face to face with the old schoolmate he knew far too well...

Adam laughed darkly, "Well of course, who else would it be?" he asked. He leaned back on his heels to look at Ash. He was just as beautiful as he remembered. The same midnight-black hair, those stunning sapphire eyes, sparkling with laughter and life- although now they looked scared- and Adam didn't like that. That same smooth, pale skin. Yes, Ashton was just as beautiful as he had been back at Beauxbatons, maybe even more. "So, tell me" - he said with a smirk- "did you honestly think you could get away from me? That I wouldn't find you?"
He stared at Ash, daring him to do anything, if Ash was still anything like he was back at Beauxbatons, Adam knew he would surrender. So he was surprised when the exact opposite happened...

Ash glared and got to his feet, it was true that Adam still scared him, but he couldn't let Adam see that, it would mean that he had won. "No, I didn't think I'd ever see you again." he snapped, "Although I guess I shouldn't be surprised that you're here. You always were a desperate loser." This however, seemed to be the wrong thing to say...

Adam's eyes blazed with a heated anger as he jumped up. "Listen here you little brat!" he snarled, grabbing Ash's arm in a bruising grip, "You belong to me! I don't care if you are engaged!" He saw the look of fearful realization on Ash's face, and smirked. "Oh yes, Ashton. I know everything about you. You see, I've been following you. Watching your everymove." His eyes suddenly became dark with rage as he pushed Ash up against a tree, "I know all about that scumbag Cristian, how you think you're going to marry him. Well, I'm here to tell you, that that will not be happening. Because you are mine!" he hissed low, in Ash's ear.
He pressed closer against Ash, cutting off all means of escape. His voice become low and smooth, like honey. "You see Ash, I can give you everything you want. I can give you so much more, just let me prove it to you." He whispered. Suddenly, he grabbed Ash by the waist, and pulled Ash towards him for a hard, brusing kiss...

Ash's eyes widened in shock and pain when Adam grabbed his arm. "Adam, let go." he said, Adam paid no heed. Instead he went off into a rant about how Ash belonged to him and that he wouldn't be marrying Cris, he even called Cris a scumbag.
Ash glared with pure hatred, he'd had enough. "Shut up!" He hissed angrily. "I am marrying Cris! I love him, and there's nothing you can do about it! And don't you dare call him a scumbag, the only scumbag I see around here is you!"
Suddenly, he felt himself being jerked forward, Adam's lips were on his, but the kiss wasn't like Cris' soft and tender, and filled with love. No, it was hard, agressive, brusing, and filled with anger. Ash struggled to push Adam off of him, but it was to no avail, Adam was simply too strong. Oh god, Cris where are you? I need you! he pleaded silently, as Adam continued to kiss him. Ash tried to push Adam off of him, but only recieved a slap in return.
"Please don't struggle darling, it makes things so difficult." Adam said in that silky, smooth voice of his. His hand slipped underneath Ash's shirt, running his hands across the soft, smooth skin. Ash began to cry with fear, "Adam, stop it. Please stop!" he cried quietly continuing to stuggle against Adam's advances. Where was Cris? Why was this happening?

(( Hope you don't mind me joining in. I'll delete if you want. )) Ah, another beautiful winter day! How could Polaris not be outside by the lake. With a red, fluffy scarf wrapped around her neck and black, red and white hoodie under it that read 'Only Death Is Real' on the sleeve, Polaris was fully prepaired to face the mild, for now, January winds.
With a smile, she continued on walking and was nearing a large rock overlooking the lake when she began to hear two people speaking. Or arguing. Which ever. And it didn't sound friendly.
Sneaking a bit closer, Polaris inched her way behind the rock and poked her head out, looking to the two boys. Oh, Ash! I know him. I hope he's alright.. But the other boy, she didn't know, and so far, didn't like. He was a Ravenclaw and looked to be making unwanted advances toward Ashton.
"Please don't stuggle, Darling.." Was the silky line that came from opposing 'Claw as he slipped his hand under Ash's shirt.
Tears were rolling down Ash's cheeks right now as he cried out desperately for the boy to stop. "Adam, stop it. Please stop!"
It seemed like that was all in vein, seeing as Adam did not stop, nor slow down. Polaris was becoming disgusted by this point and stepped out from behind the rock, hands balled into fists. "Hey, Adam. Leave Ashton alone, can't you see that he doesn't want you touching him? Besides, Cris will be rippin' when he finds out you touched his one and only!"
Quirking a brow while waiting for his reaction, Polaris kept her hand on her wand at a ready, just in case he tried to try something sketchy.

((I Figure Laney could Save the day... sorta))
The day was boring and couldn't be spent inside the castle. It seemed the more she was stuck inside, the more she disliked Hogwarts. Laney needed to be outside in the fresh air, even if it was January and still freezing cold. Carolanne dressed herself in her winter warmest, her wand tucked in her pocket for safety and her hair pulled up and out of her face. Even the light wind today was cold against her face but she wasn't the one to wear a scarf, that was Maxi.
She told Ash that she'd meet up with him later, she didn't exactly specify a time nor place but she figured she'd find him when she wanted to talk to him. So here she was, scouting the grounds for her brother. She decided she'd rather be annoyed by Ashton than be bored with nothing to do but complain. So, where would Ashton Laurent be on a day like today? Probably his favorite spot... the lake. So Carolanne headed that way and sure enough, she spotted that dark head of hair.
Something wasn't right; she could feel it. This feeling was verified with the appearance of a past acquaintance, someone she didn't like, Adam Grier. What an arse if she remembered correctly. What she saw next made her fume. Who the hell did he think he was? Running over there, she stood behind Adam, her wand pointed at his head. "Get away from him, Adam," she said coldly, a glare directed at him. She wasn't the only one telling the boy to get away from Ash, Polaris was also there. "I'm serious, Damnit."

Luckily another 'Claw showed up. Laney! Polaris had heard of her, but never had gotten the chance to be introduced to her. "Serious? Hell yeah!." She said with a smirk, trying to get everyone's hopes up.
Glancing over for a moment to Laney with bi-coloured eyes, the animagus felt a bit awkward not having her wand out. She always did prefer hand-to-hand, but she thought otherwise for this situation. In that instant, Polaris whipped out her wand, aiming for the offenders midsection, since Laney had his head covered.

Ash continued to stuggle against Adam, to no avail, when he heard voices, one sounded like Polaris, the other, Laney. He looked up for a moment, relief covering his face. "Laney!" He finally succeeded in pushing Adam off off him, and started to duck around him, unfortunately Adam was too fast. Grabbing Ash again, he jerked him back, slamming him against the tree. Ash heard the sickening crack his head made as it slammed against the tree trunk, and he stood there dazed, fighing of feelings of nausea as Adam came closer, disregarding Polaris and Laney.

Adam just laughed, "Honestly darling, you underestimate me. I always get what I want. When are you going to figure that out?" He turned towards the two girls and sneered, "And if I don't? What are you going to do? Hmm?" he asked, before turning back to Ash. Giving an evil, malicious smirk, he pulled Ash towards him for another kiss. Ash however, decided that he was having none of it, and as Adam leaned forward, he pulled back and twisted his head to the side. Adam glared, grabbing Ash by the jaw in a bruising grip, he turned Ash's head so that Ash was facing him once more. He glared with rage as he raised a hand, swiftly backhanding Ash, "Alright, I will tell you this one last time. You are mine, I don't care who the hell this Cristian guy is. You belong to me!" He turned to Laney, whom he remembered from Beauxbatons, and the other girl. "As for you two, you would be wise to stay out of this!"

"As for you two, you would be wise to stay out of this!"
Stay out of this? Stay out of this?! Who in their right mind would stay out of this type of situation?! Surely not Polaris. Stubborn, as always. Completely disregarding his words, Polaris gave a quick glance to Laney before jumping forward and aiming a kick directly at Adams knees. Not much of a wizard, but a barbarian, this girl was.
"Wise? Perhaps. But I'm not going to stand around and let you hurt him. Besides, he can't even defend himself properly! What's the fun in that, Adam?" Polaris mocked with a grin.

Silent as smoke, quiet as shadow, Katya crept upon the scene, having heard the sharp words and felt the angry feelings from quite a ways away. Cocking her head to the side, curious as to why there was fighting going on, the 'Claw followed the voices until she found her way beside Polaris - or rather behind her, seeing as she had run up and landed a kick somewhere on his leg - as she frowned. Flashing Laney one of those 'whats going on?' looks, she realised Ash must be in some kind of distress. Her friend Ash, the one who had accepted her disability right off the bat, who played songs for her in the common room. Whomever this new fellow might be, she didn't care, all she knew was he was bad. The type of guy you didn't want to bring home to mama.
Well, seeing as Katya couldn't exactly voice her opinion, she decided to step up instead, fingers poised at her sides as she had left her wand back in the common room - didn't need it to do magic. She was mute, after all, couldn't say the incantations. She had to feel them, visualize them, and think them inside her head. Easy peasy, right? Much easier than stumbling around trying to fiddle with a stick. This method fitted her just fine, and kicking shins wasn't going to be enough to pull them apart.
Figuring he would have moved a bit to recover from the kick, Katya shot in front of Ash, throwing her hands up and concentrating on the jinx, ' Reducto! ' with the hopes of it hitting him and flinging him back. If this didn't work, well, she'd be in for one hell of a beating. Luckily she was on Ash's side, so the others would have her back, like she had theirs. With an angry glimmer in her ice blue eyes, Katya flashed him the deathglare, staring him down despite her being much smaller than him. She had that eerie air about her though, it was possible.

Ash flinched as Adam backhanded him, he was definitely going to have some bruises later. Then, someone seemed to jump in front of him, and basically hexed Adam away from him. "Kitty?"

Adam suddenly felt himself being thrown backwards, he landed hard. Scrambling to his feet, he pulled out his wand, pointing it at the girl who had cast the spell. "You're messing with the wrong boy!" he snarled, glaring at all three girls. He looked back over at Ash and laughed, "You're just as weak as I remembered. Needing three girls to save you! You're father was right. You're worthless. You'll never amount to anything."
He walked over and grabbed Ash around the waist, pulling Ash towards him once more. "What a shame, such a pretty face wasted on such a worthless boy." he sneered, kissing Ash hard. He glared when Ash pulled away, "Come now darling, there's really no need to struggle. I won't hurt you." he said in a low, dangerous voice that implied otherwise. He released Ash and glared at the girls, "You may have won this round, but mark my words, I will be back. You can't protect him forever you know."

"..Kitty?" Present and accounted for. Still in front of Ash, Adam had no time to grab him around the waist because the moment he stepped closer she had her palms out again, and quiet little Katya threw a Bat-Bogey hex at Adam, eyes on fire. ' You will stay away from him. ' She mouthed angrily, fists clenched at her sides now, ready and willing to fling up again to block an oncoming spell. ' And do you want to know what? Someone as filthy as you does not deserve Ash. Do you know what you deserve? ' Flicking her wrist out, a huge pile of mud suddenly projectiled towards him, so large that it would probably slap against his face and cover him entirely. ' That is what you deserve. Now get out of my sight. ' The Claw snarled, still silent, but the tone in her absent voice was still evident thanks to the menacing growl on her face. She had never felt so angry before.. It was incredible.
If he hadn't moved already, the Claw would whip her hands out, hoping to hit him with Reducto again. It was time for him to pack it in, because Kitty had fully-functioning fingers and a whole chunk of time. Narrowing her icy eyes, she waited for him to turn tail and retreat, 'else there would be a whole lot more jinxes heading his way. And fast.
