(Courtyard) Wishing....

Yer had it up to her dark brown eyesbrows with the crap she heard in the Commonroom. She was sick and tired and being stuck in that stuffy place with none other than giggly girls. What was it with them anyway? She grabbed her spring jacket and headed for the courtyard. At least I'll be able to think clearly, she thought to herself.

Yuri approached the fountain and sat on the edge. She placed her fingers in the water and moved her hand in a figure eight motion. "What I wouldn't give to be back home," she said outloud. Yer missed the bright lights, the poeple, the music!

It was her mother's idea to send Yer to Hogwarts when she turned 11 and Yer was grateful but at the same time upset. She missed her muggle friends dearly and hated lying to them. To Emi and Oki, she was at boarding school. They'd have a trip if they actually found out where she was.

Yer smiled and looked into the water. She stared at her reflection for a while wondering what it'd be like to morph your appearance. The thought quickly escaped her mind, Yer wasn't the type that wished she was someone else. She only wished people would except her for the fashionista nerd she was.

[Felicity Locke]

Felicity had her hands over her ears as she walked out of the building. Ug, all she would hear is that girl's annoying laugh. Fay had the right mind to sock her. But that would earn her a detention, and that wasn't very nice.

She shoved her hands in her coat pockets and walked over to the fountains. The breeze blew her unruly dark hair out of her face, and she noticed another girl standing near the fountain. As she neared, Felicity noticed her to be Ravenclaw. Yuri was it?

Fay plopped down on a bench beside the fountain and grinned at the girl. "Yuri right? Felicity Locke. I believe you're in some of my classes." She grinned and gave the girla little wave.

"Did ja come out here to escape the insanity in there?" She jerked her thumb back to the building and rolled her eyes. "I think all I'll be hearing this week is that annoying giggle." Felicity shuddered.

Yer laughed, "Tell me about it," she said sarcastically. She looked at the girl and nodded, "Yeah, that'd be me," she said with a smile, "Though not many people call me Yuri, they usually just go with Yer. Feel free to call me whichever though. I think I've seen you in a few classes, not sure which ones though. I'm usually too busy with the work to notice anyone," she said with a laugh.

Yer laughed, "Yeah, those girls can be pretty annoying at times. You'd think they would calm down after a week of the gossip but they don't. These girls are worse than the ones back home," she commented adding a small laugh.

[Felicity Locke]

Felicity wrinkled her nose slightly and laughed. "They never run out of gossip, that's for sure. I've been the topic more than ocne though. Should I feel honored?" She laughed again.

"Worse than back home eh? I actually think my mother gets the gold medal for gossip and anything else girly." Fay shuddered. "Always sending me those frilly girly outfits. She never gives up." Felicity made a face and continued. "And she always expects me to be the center of attention because she was when she was in school. Like it matters."

Felicity sighed softly and looked back up at Yer. "But, enough about me and my insane family. What's up with you? We never really get a chance to talk during class." Fay grinned up at the girl again.
