Archi smirked as the support system for the beaten professor toppled over, Daniel Hubbles slumming over the other man. There was a moment when Archibald thought it served him right, to be flung about like a rag doll for getting himself beat on. He was a man and should be able to protect himself. That moment passed quickly and he came back to himself. Archi put his bag on the cobble road and laid his jacket on top of it before walking around the fallen mass of limbs and taking one of Dainel’s arms.
The other man pushed the professor off of himself and the man’s limp body rolled onto his back, knocking Archi onto his backside. Frowning, Archi put both hands on the road and pushed himself up. Wiping his hands on one another, he frowned down at the professor as the other spoke. Archi rubbed his stubble and frowned down at the unconscious man. “Nish,” was all Archi said, with raised eye brows in response.
Archi thought that if the professor woke up one of two things may happen. He would either be able to help with the transportation of his self back to the castle or he would be so disorientated he would be less help. Shaking his head, Archi was reminded how he could have had a normal eight to four job but that he had chosen this one where the work never stopped. No matter which will happen, he thought, he needs to get to the school and to the Hospital Wing.
Archi moved to his bag and took out a small vial, which would have looked dark green in normal light but that looked near black in the dimly lit street. He walked back to the professor and knelt down by him. Uncorking the thin bottle, Archi waved it under the man’s nose a few times. “It’s potent,” Archibald informed the others, “if he is waking it will wake him properly. Then we can get him to the Hospital Wing if he allows co-operation. Otherwise I’m sure I have a sedative in my bag.” He raised his eye brows to the man. “I didn’t catch your name either,” he said, “what is it?”

Dan always joked that you knew a night turned out to be a good one if you slowly came too in the most unusual of places. Those either being some ladies bed, a middle of a field or even on the rare occasions on a boat in the middle of the sea. However waking up dazed and blurred eyes was only ever any good when you had been drinking and seeing as Daniel Hubbles had not touched a drop of liquor in many months waking up in the middle of the straight in a complete Dax with a small man leaning over him was not a good sign.
At first there was the most potent of smells filling his nostrils, and with a sudden jerk and the want to vomit Dan’s eyes snapped open and he tried to make out he blurs and splodges that were surrounding him. As his eyes slowly started to focus he could taste blood in his mouth, his head was spinning and his jaw was throbbing.
“Whaa iz owin on.” His mouth was full of blood and he was finding it so hard to actually talk through the pain of his jaw. So instead Dan just lay still on the pavement waiting for the world to stop spinning and hopeful he could make some sense of the situation.

Funny, how she managed to turn up during shifty situations, at best. Amelia Grace had been strolling around Hogsmeade after her trip to visit her dear brother Edgar. The one who owned one of the many popular Dark Arts shops in Nocturne Alley, whom Erys delighted upon visiting so many times. The meeting was pleasant, but brief - she never took to staying so long in one place. She wasn't the slightest bit afraid of any organizations that might lurk out there, hoping to harm her, but that didn't stop her from being wary. After all, a careful person was a living person.
Tea was not the focus of her attention this hour. No, it was the person lying, surrounded by various witches and wizards. The smell of blood was thick in the air, an aroma so undetectable to the human nose that only a powerful animagus or other creature could smell it. It was what drew Amelia towards them, as the Ministry woman peered over to look. Lets see, who do we have here? She thought to herself, noticing the victim was a popular Hogwarts professor. Charms, wasn't it? Ah, yes. And the healer, too. She noticed Sebastion at once, being he was a fellow Ministry employee. A Hogsmeade shop owner was here too, she was fairly certain. Maybe not, maybe the girl was someone else. At least Amelia had the general gist of the assembled parties.
"Sebastion." Amelia greated him with a curt nod, "Something happen worse for the while?" There was a playfully mocking tone in her voice, one that partial coworkers seemed to master while conversing with each other. Whether he returned it or not was up to him, for she wasn't here for pleasure. Business, as it always was every time you ran into someone bleeding on the street. Ah! Hes waking up, lovely. Deciding to stick around a while longer, just in case, Amelia crossed her arms over her chest, waiting for a possible explanation as to why this man was here and what happened.

Dan was waking up, this was always the crunch moment in his line of work. If the spell had not worked then he would start to point and shout about him beating him up, (This had only happened once or twice against powerful wizards…and Dan was not one of those) if Sebastian had things his own way he would carry on being dazed and not know what happened…and that is just what happened. Carrying on with his act Sebastian over looked the little mans request of his name and turned his attention to his younger cousin and acted concerned over his well fair until he heard footsteps approaching and someone say his name.
Looking up from the bashed up and blooded face of Dan Sebastian’s eyes fell upon Amelia Grace. Seb and his gang had had a few run ins with this department before as they travelled with a few unregistered Animagus and although Sebastian was not one he still got called up to the board to try and defend his colleagues. But what ever the circumstance was that they had met before a member of the ministry knowing his name and greeting him in such a manor was not good for his act of innocence. Giving her a weary smile Sebastian looked back down at Dan and summoned the water to his eyes once more.
“These people are going to help you Dan.” He crocked “Whaaa” “You were attacked Dan.”
The younger Hubbles just looked up at his cousin with a blank expression as he had no recollection at all of the event, he must have hit his head harder then he thought. Sebastian turned to Mr Nish and gave him a look urging him to do something to help him, however that was not before shooting Amelia a dangerous look, he did not care if she was high up the ranks in the Ministry, if she messed this up he would have Esther van Haestregt breathing down his neck and that was not a pleasant thing.

So this wasn't a mere coincidence. So Esther had something up her sleeve for the other Hubbles? Whatever that was, it wasn't her business to dig into. She had enough to deal with, with all these snotnosed animagus brats running around schools like cretins. Amelia then caught the hint, returning his dangerous look with a smooth one of her own. "My apologies, I won't interfere. It seems your friend is in good hands." Her tone was cool, seeming to give them whiplash at how polite it suddenly became.
Many thoughts literally slithered throughout her mind. Should she help him? There were already so many at his beck and call, a healer and that other woman. He would be fine. There was some other plan behind this, Amelia was sure of it. To get herself involved would only give Esther an excuse to chew her up and spit her out. This made her inwardly laugh a little. The Ministry business was so cruel at times! As if she could be afraid of a colleague, now that was blasphemous. But it wouldn't do well to stir up un-neccesary drama, so..
"If you'll excuse me, I must be off." And with that, Amelia strode off, not changing into her animagus form like many did to get around faster. One, it was still chilly out, and that rendered her slower as her form was a reptile, thus cold-blooded.
{ I might as well jump out of this, seeing as I'm off to China soon and wont be able to keep up. ^^; }

As Archibald awaited an answer to his question, the man who was the professor mumbled something. Quickly turning his head to look at the man whose eyes were not quite open and clearly unfocused. Archi slipped his small hand under the professor's head, steadying it. Digging with his other hand in his pocket, Archi pulled out a flip lighter. Flipping the cap, the flame ignited but as another someone came waltzing down the lane a wind blow the flame out.
Flipping it closed again, Archi looked up to the woman who had just arrived. She seemed to think very highly of herself as she held her head up high and greeted the other man with the name Sebastian. Finally, having an answer to his question, Archi turned back to the man, glowering at him under his heavy fringe.
Ignoring them, Archi lifted Daniel Hubbles' head again and flipped the flip lighter, its flame erupting into light. Holding it in front of Dan's eyes Archi observed his reaction. As the woman waltzed off again, the healer watched her leave, flipping the lighter closed again. "We need to get him to the Infirmary," Archi said thoughtfully, still watching the woman saunter off. "I can treat him properly there."
