As soon as she left her brother in the hospital wing, she didn’t know where she went. She had disappeared and ended up in a blank infinity, like starting a new slate. Looking around, she could see nothing. Frantically searching, yet glued in the same spot, she began to panic.
“This can’t be it can it? How do I go back!” she shouted in frustration. To whose ears she wasn’t sure the words would land, but she hoped someone would hear her, no matter who it was. Turning around, she came face to face with an old male ghost, one in which she was conversing with just a few days before. Before she opened her mouth to speak, she gave her a sad look and flattened down his moustache on one side. “Oh dear Alexa. How have you managed to come to this? Oh dear, dear, dear. I’m awfully saddened to see you like this pumpkin” he said in a sorrowful tone. She could see in his eyes that was disappointed to see her on the other side, he didn’t seem to enjoy seeing people’s new ghosts, just because of what seeing a ghost of a person meant the person was dead. “Derek, I need your help. How do I see my brother? I mean...” she paused, taking in a deep breath, although she realised she didn’t need to. How strange it was to not have any bodily functions anymore. Testing, she placed her hand to her heart to feel no beats beneath her palm. It was true, she really had died, and nothing was going to change that fact. She was never coming back.
“I don’t know how this all works. I need to see Cristian” she sighed. Looking back at the ghost infront of her, he simply gave a small chuckle in response before taking the time to answer her. “My dear, all you have to do is think of him and you’ll be with him. You’ll grasp it all in time, after all, that’s what you have now, and a lot of it” he said trying to make light of the current situation. Normally Alexa would laugh along, but it was too soon, and she was still sore about being dead, and having such little time living. She lived life as it came, but she didn’t realise that if she did, death would come so soon.
Closing her eyes tight, she concentrated on Cristian, and all the love she felt for him came flooding to her. She felt the urge to open her eyes, and sure enough, there sat Cristian, head in hands infront of her in a corridor. Tilting her head for a moment, she wasn’t sure what she should say to him. Waiting patiently, and collecting her thoughts, she floated to the side of him and crouched down, attempting to place her hand on the top of his head, but failing miserably. The passing of her hand through his head sent him shivering and he looked up to her, to be greeted with a familiar face. As he looked up to her, she gave him a sorrowful yet happy smile.
"Cristian"

"Hello?" Ellie said in to the corridor. She could have sworn she heard voices bounces off the stone. It could be coming from anywhere, considering the sounds usually traveled far distances before anyone heard them. It was the same idea as if a tree falls in the woods and no one is around to hear it does it make a sound?
Anyway, Ellie walked further on her way to, well, no where. She had just left Fay at the Library and now she had time to kill, not wanted to head back up to the common room just yet.
Another voice floated down the hallway. Ellie stopped. "Hellooo?" She said, stretching out her greeting before her. The voice sounded, not normal. It was definitely sad, but not the kind of sad Ellie knew. It was different, something Ellie felt that she couldn't possibly understand.
Again, she shrugged and kept on walking, turn the corner on to find two ghosts. An elderly gentleman and a girl. Ellie squinted to see their faces. The girl looked familiar. Was she in her potions class? Ellie's eyes widened. "Alexa?" she said softly, her voice carrying along the walls.
