So what would it take for Jackson to have an accident free day?
Well where to start on this list? No Man Eating Plants; No Man Eating Creature; No First Years Messing Up Spells In Class; Jackson Not Being Tired.
That was what was needed for Jackson to have an accident free day. That and someone who wasnt quite as accident prone as him, or what creatures wanted for their meals. He had been back in the school for little over a week, due to being ill for the start of term and not being able to make it back, and already he had been in the Hospital Wing four times due to students spells going awry and nearly being made wolf food in the Forest. It was a wonder Jax wasnt going grey yet.
So walking down the street of Hogsmeade on a Saturday afternoon, no accidents planned, not that he planned them anyway, and what should start happening? People walking into him and standing on his feet. He was just under 6ft tall so it wasnt like you could miss the guy easily was it? People were just being lazy now that was most certain. Someone barged into him which made him spin around, locking eyes with a male he raised an eyebrow as the man nodded and walked off.
Shaking his head, Jackson wondered what the world was coming to if you couldnt even walk down a street without getting phsically vandalised and as he turned around he smacked right into someone else. Cursing a rather loud and innapropriate word, he looked at his collidee as he rubbed his chest where the female had walked into him.
"I hate Hogsmeade!" He grimaced to himself as he looked at the girl again, "Sorry 'bout that. You alright?"

Simone finally had a day off from the dreaded work at the Ministry. It seemed everyday that passed by, she seemed to be doing less of her job description, and more of other people's. Her first full day off in a month, and she was in dire need of stuff for her home. The streets of Hogsmeade were busier than usual, and were overcrowding. Walking down the street she squeezed inbetween the crowds of people and bumped into someone. "Oh, I'm sorry. I'm fine, Are you okay?" she said a little worried that she may have stepped on his toe.

"Believe me when I say im fine"
He was used to being accident prone now, he had many scars to prove that fact and you could always count on Jax to be sporting a bruise or two. Usually coming from something he either shouldnt be doing, or wasnt doing properly. Either way it was usually his own fault, but pain had become a sort of friend to him, so to speak, so it neither bothered him, nor... Well it just didnt bother him anymore.
He nodded over to the side of the street, as though she wanted to talk to him, they had only walked into eachother but making introductions in the middle of a stampede wasnt exactly Jackson's best laid plan. Saying that, Jackson hardly had a good laid plan. Usually resulted in him being Hospitalised for a few hours. Which in total had happened four, maybe five times this week already.
Scratching the back of his neck as he leant against the wall, his stomach was still paining him from a collision he must have had, though he felt like grimacing in pain, usually people would have been yelling the street down for paracetamol or some form of painkiller but all Jax did was rub his stomach gingerly.
"Jackson Shaw" He smiled and outstretched his hand, "Defence Against The Dark Arts Apprentice up at the school." Though he didnt really have that as a career in mind, it was just something worthwhile to do while he figured out what it was he actually wanted to do.

Simone moved over to the side of the street to where the man seemed to of signalled as if he wanted to talk. When he mentioned his own name and extended his hand, Simone realised he wanted to introduce himself to her. Shifting her bag from her right hand to her left, she gave him a firm handshake. "Oh, Hello Jackson, I'm Simone Flynn. I work at the ministry...unfortunately" she laughed. "Defence Against the Dark Arts Apprentice huh? Wow. Do you find it interesting?" she asked. Simone pulled her bag onto her shoulder and shuffled her position into a comfy one, hooking her left leg over her right.
