Cristian had woken up early so than Him and Laney could spend the say at Hogsmeade. He had a suprise for her later when they got there, he just had to get her to pick it up.
He got dressed into black jeans, a black shirt and a crimson silk tie. He fixed his hair into it's usual style and then grabbed his wallet on the way out of the Dorm. He was to meet Laney in the common room at 9am.
He walked down the stairs, his trousers falling off his hips as per usual revealing his boxers partially. He didn't care as long as they didn't fall down.
He sat in the chair facing the stairs where the wizards chess board was, and he began to randomly move the pieces about and pretend the horses were alive. He re-enacted some sort of battle on it. He heard a noise and looked up the stairs to see a pair of legs making their way down.

The weekend had finally come and all Laney could hear was a rather loud buzzing. She shot up in bed as she heard some of the other girls grumbling at her while others threw their pillows in her direction. She hit her alarm clock, immediately turning it off.
Once out of the shower and all dried off, she did her hair pulling it half up and letting the rest lay down in loose waves. Getting dressed, she pulled a pair of faded blue jeans on then slipped a mid-thigh length dress over her head. The dress was strapless, so making her neck look less bare, she put on one of her mother's necklaces.
After slipping on her favorite shoes, she made her way down the stairs to the common room. She was only a few minutes late, but knew Cris wouldn't leave without her. Once down the staircase, she walked over to Cristian with a smile. She laughed at the little display he had made with the chess board. Sitting down on his lap, Laney wrapped her arms around her amazingly sweet boyfriend. "You ready?" she asked.

Cristian smiled at her as she walked down the stairs, he twirled round a little to make room for her on his lap.
"Good morning, you look beautiful today" he complimented her, giving her a quick kiss.
"Ready when you are" he said, as she stood up he grabbed her bum gently and playfully. He began to laugh.

Laney smiled at the compliment, "Thank you," she said before returning the kiss. As she stood up, she gave a little sqeak and looked back at Cristian, "Hey," she said playfully before hitting him in the arm softly.
Laney led the way out of the Common room as well as the castle. She figured Cristian would like the veiw if she was infront of him for a while. Once they reached the gates of Hogwarts, she let Cristian lead the way to Hogsmeade.

They set off and Laney walked infront of him, making Cristian check her out and realise how lucky he was.
Once they were out of Hogwarts, they made there way to Hogsmeade, Cristian grasping Laney's hand. He smiled for a while to himself, thinking of what Laney's face would be like later on.
They eventually reached Hogsmeade for Cristian to find it looked alot different a year ago.
"So where shall we start?" he said to her.

As they walked hand in hand to Hogsmeade, Laney kept taking in the scenery. She wished she had grabbed her camera before they left. With a soft sigh, she looked at Cristian and grinned.
When he spoke to her, she looked at all the shops. "Well, why don't we just start with that one, since it's closer," she said pointing to a small shop in front of them. She didn't know what was in it, but it didn't seem unusual in any way.

"Alright" he said, walking towards the petite shop.
He opened the door and a bell above tinkled as he let Laney through.

Walking in the shop, Laney almost thought she had gone through some sort of time loop. The store was filled with Antiques dating way back before Hogwarts even started. Highly interested, she walked around the store examing some of the items. Occasionally, she look back at Cristian to make sure he hadn't run away from her. Carolanne picked up an old doll and looked it over. It's features were fragile and the hair was a dirty blonde.

Cristian began to look around, and found a few very old, probably ancient books. He searched through them and found a couple that were of interest to him. He checked the pricetag and it made it even better.
"These are amazing, they are really cheap too!" He said in Laney's direction, holding the books up to her, one in each hand.
He decided he would take these. He picked up a basket and put them in.

Laney set the doll back down as she walked up behind Cristian and wrapped her arms around him. She peered into the basket, "What are they about?" she asked nosily as she grabbed one and started to page through it. With a shrug, she placed it back into the basket and walked to a display of old cameras.

"Books about history, they look hundreds of years old" he said smiling. He saw her spying the camera's.

Carolanne smiled and nodded. Of course, history books. She admired that about Cris. His interest in History was like her passion for photography. She smiled, everyone needed a passion in life.
She shrugged at his question, "They're all interesting, Hon," she said looking at him over her shoulder. She turned back to the camera's, "They're like your history books but different, of course. Each camera tells its own story about history depending on the type, how it was used, and who used it," she explained.

Carolanne smiled, "I like them all, but if you're asking which one I want, I'd have to say none. I have a camera already and it was my dad's so until that one dies, I don't need nor want another one," she said walking over to him with a smile, "But it didn't hurt to ask," she said with a grin.

Cristian stamped his foot.
"Damn, was I really that obvious?" He smirked.
"Ahh well, you'll have to settle for your other present then" he said turning away mysteriously so she would wonder what he was doing.
"And by the way, it's in youir favourite shop" he said over his shoulder.
