This thread is all OoC, so there's no need for brackets, "OoC:" or "x. oh-oh-see;;". As the subject suggests, this is where all discussions should take place. That is conversations like this: John Doe: I want my animagi to be a flying horse that can turn into a small trapezium-shaped bacteria that can kill anything it touches. & Grace Marks (also Hufflepuff) will turn into a sparrow hawk.
& Jac signed up but never actually got to a lesson. *snifs*
But now what is to be done about the Ministry clamping down on registering any and all animaguses ... animagusie (plural of animagus)? Shall this lesson, if indeed it shall go on, be in secret or within the full knowledge of the Ministry?

Even though my account says I've been on this account for almost half a month, I'm still fairly nw to the site as I haven't had the time to get on due to end of term tests, projects and mock exams. This is why I'll need your help. I had no idea about the ministry thing, but if that is true, this lesson will continue in secret. I think I have unknowingly decided my character's alliance via his passion. xP Jac: Could yu please elaborate? As I haven't been attending to my Riddikulus duties, I haven't an idea as to how I'll begin the lessons. However, I would like them to have some sort of shape and plan. If you particularly want something to be included, give us a shout on this thread. All: I'm going to do more research before I give you specific answers. Thanks for your patience.  - E D I T - As the road to becoming an Animagi is absolutely treacherous, I've decided that all students must be referredby the Transfiguration teacher. Gives me the willies! Anyways, welcome to our humble site! We all love it very much and I'm sure you shall find that all people would be more then happy to help you, if you need it. And whatever the teacher says goes, so if you thing we should get a recommendation from Deputy Head Morley (the Transfiguration teacher) then it shall be done. |

I haven't done much. Just organized it a bit and made it look prettier. You think people wouldn't join my class if it was up to me to choose their aimal and not them?

Well, everyone will have an idea of what their characters creature should be. It should be an open discussion between you, the teacher, and the student. It really shouldn't be an open and shut case scenario. The relationship should be free flowing, not simply you dictating! Now that would blow your "this should be a fun" class idea.

Ha ha. I suppose. But I don't want a gazillion majestic wolves and stuff. Maybe I should get them to give me one word that describes teir charrie. I do some research to see whch animal is often depicted in relation to that trait, and ask them to choose an animal from that category.
Example: John's word is "loyal". -does lots of research- Choose a breed of domestic dogs.
Better?
