Tim smirked, "Do actually think I'd go without paying." He was obviously not going to go let her pay. As they walked into the cafe he sighed. It always smelled so good and it was pleasant. "Yes actually I think I might," he said lightly. "And yourself?" he asked curiously.

Vanessa shrugged her shoulders. "Good point," she commented, letting the waiter finally seat them somewhere in the back. She slid into her chair, pulling her pink blazer off and placing it on her chair. "I actually planned on going with Tyler Rockwood. And who, may I ask, has the pleasure of escorting you?"

Tim smiled as she spoke. "Tyler," he said lightly. "How quaint," he responded to her. "Well i'm going with Maeve Malfoy," he said lightly. Even if they were going as friends it was fine because she was hot enough to be his date.

Vanessa gave him a small nod, reaching over for her menu. She passed him one and opened up her own. "That should be nice," she said sweetly, immediately closing her menu. She got the same thing at nearly every restaraunt, so there wasn't much to think about. Now, Vanessa wouldn't have minded going with anyone other than Tyler. Ty was fun, and other than that, he was her best friend, but she hadn't gone on a real date for awhile now. "Are you two going as friends..or..?"

Tim looked at his menu and decided on what he wanted. As she spoke to him, he nodded. "Just as friends from what I know... she only wanted me to keep another boy at bay," he said lightly. "It's rather funny, but I don't mind..." he said shrugging. "What about you guys?" he asked curiously. "Wouldn't he be bothered if he saw us together eating lunch?" he asked curiously with a semi-devious look on his face.

Nessa quickly shook her head, eyes widening a little bit. "No, no, no. Tyler and me..we're not..anything like that, he's just a close friend," she said, regaining her usual bright smile. It was actually more of a grin than a smile. "And if I told him we were out for lunch, he'd probably just ask why I didn't invite him," Nessa said, giving a careless shrug. "I don't really..date."

Tim looked at her curiously. "You don't really date?" he asked. "How can you not date?!?!?" he asked her curiously. "I mean the world is filled with plenty of possible people," he smirked lightly. He wouldn't know what he would do if he didn't date. He'd probably be a very bored person.

Vanessa gave a small shrug of her shoulders, about to speak, until the waiter interrupted her. "What can I get you two love-birds this evening?" Nessa cleared her throat, giving a little shake of her head. "Oh, we're..definantly..not love birds. But I'll take a water and a salad. No dressing, please," she said, offering a clearly fake smile.
Once Tim had taken his order aswell, she went right back down to buisness. "I don't date because I can't find anyone..worthy enough. Half the guys in this school are awful-repulsive."

Tim smirked when the waiter called them love birds. However, he didn't say anything, he allowed her to speak. "Club sandwich," he said lightly. Then as the waiter left with the orders he looked back at Nessa. "Repulsive..." he spoke lightly. "Ha..." he smirked and then looked down at his water.

Vanessa frowned, taking a small sip from her water. "Why is that so funny? Do you think I'm repulsive or something?" She spoke half jokingly, placing her glass back down and clasping her hands on her lap. Nessa never really could find a boy worth her while, or one that was single atleast. The boys Vanessa sometimes found herself interested in, her parents would never approve of.

"Do I find you repulsive," he smirked when she asked him this. "Dear you are everything but repulsive," he spoke lightly. "That is why I am astounded when you say you don't go out very often," he spoke truthfully. "And my reason for laughing is because I have never heard anyone talk about Slytherin boys like that," he said truthfully. "You just haven't been meeting the right ones," he winked at her playfully.

She gave him a small grin, shaking her head. "Well, it's not that I find boys in Slytherin un-attractive. It's just the fact that most of them are taken, and therefore undatable. Besides, what's the point in dating when I'll end up in a pre-arranged marriage anyway?" She gave a small sigh. Oh, the effects of being from a Pureblood home. "Are you going to have one aswell?"

Tim smirked when she asked if he would be arranged. "Yes if I don't find a pure-blooded girl before I graduate," he said simply. "I mean my parent's know almost all the Slytherins parents, and so that makes me capable of marrying any of them... somewhat like giving them a choice," he said simply. "But marriage really isn't on my mind..." he said truthfully. "I need to first find someone capable of handling me and putting up with me," he smiled charmingly.

Vanessa gave him a small, cunning grin. "Good luck with that," she said simply, taking another sip from her water glass. "I'm not so into the whole marriage issue right now. It's just more like..waiting for my parents to tell me who and when," Nessa explained, leaning back in her chair. "Although I do doubt anyone could handle me if they tried."
