Diana looked up at where Ian would have been and was happy to hear his voice. "Oh my God Ian.. I thought.." she spoke still clenching onto the bark.
She tried to lift herself up but she kept on falling. Each time she would try her leg would hurt worse. Diana's eyes were watering now and she could feel herself close to tears. "Ian my leg is broken," she said trying not to let her voice sound weak.
Once again she pushed against the tree for support but the mud slipped from under her. She couldn't help but think herself hopeless. Then getting out her wand, wait where was her wand. Diana looked around for her wand like the blind finding there cane. "My wand," Diana breathed then noticed it had gone into a spot where the leaves covered it.

Ian winced as he heard Diana tumble to the ground continuously, before taking pity on the Slytherin and shuffling over. His hands were outstretched in front of him, feeling around until his fingers brushed across the hood of her cloak.
Then, setting himself next to her, he pulled out his own wand. "Fortuna, haven't you ever jumped off a tree before?" He said, smirking despite their situation. He, himself, had jumped (or perhaps fallen) off hundreds of trees, and was now immune.
"Ferula" He whispered, aiming a bit blindly. He began chewing his lip as a splinter and bandage propped the girl's foot up.
"It'll have to do. Now, about your wand..." He knew wizards and witches alike became very attached to their wands, and didn't exactly want to tell her she might have to find a new one. "Have you ever met Helia--"
He paused as he noticed a large, sickly looking leaf covering the slender wand. Then, for some reason, a foreboding feeling rose in his chest as he went to reach for it.
Just as he pushed the leaf aside, the entire Forest floor began to rumble, and the trees surrounding them shook off at least half their leaves. The snarling of werewolves was heard once again, as the commotion caused them to realise where Ian and Diana really were.
Cursing, Ian tried to feel around for Diana again, before the bark slipped from his hand, falling to the floor. The ground immediately swallowed it.
Visible once more, the Gryffindor sucked in a sharp breath, both his and Diana's wand in his hands. The werewolves spotted him, and lunged immediately, giving Ian hardly any time to react.
It was then he noticed where Diana's wand had lain, their was a gigantic hole forming, and without a second thought he stumbled toward it, tripping at least three times over moving roots, before diving inside, dirt flying inside his mouth.

Diana felt so incredibly stupid. She was lucky to be invisible because otherwise he would see her blushing. Diana wasn't one to be embarrassed but this really beat every other situation she had been in lately.
As Ian spoke to her, she tried to show a calm voice. "No... I don't usually hide myself in trees," she said truthfully. "I mean... well yeah I don't climb trees," she sighed as her face grew redder with the more she spoke. How could I be so stupid, she hissed to herself.
As a splinter prompted her leg up she sighed. "Thank you," she said unsure if she should feel anymore embarrassed. First she broke her leg, then her pitiful try at getting up, and now her wand, could she be anymore stupid.
Diana hissed as the bark fell out of his hand. "Ian" Diana's voice sounded worried. Then letting out a hiss she stumbled to where he was, falling into the hole that he had went into. It was dark and she could barely see anything.

Ian grimaced at the dirt flooding his mouth, spitting it out and finding himself in a heap inside a very cramped tunnel. He could barely prop himself up on his knees, much less stand, and let out a sigh as he looked up at the hole, watching it grow smaller and smaller--
Then Diana's face became visible, and she was tumbling into the dark hole with him.
Lighting a quick Lumos Ian shook his head with wide eyes. "That was a very Gryffindor--" His substitute for the word idiotic "--thing to do, Fortuna." he whispered.
Though, he was definitely glad for the company as crawling through dark tunnels alone weren't exactly high on his list of "Fun Things to do in the Forbidden Forest". Sadly, he actually did have such a list, with meeting a Centaur as his top choice.
"Right," He paused, wiping his cheek with his sleeve and smudging dirt all over his nose. "Did you find your wand?"

As she fell into the tunnel, she gasped. It was cramped and she wasn't very fond of cramped places. She looked around and took a deep breath. When Ian spoke to her, she smirked. "I guess you could say that," Diana sighed. Yeah OK Slytherins and Gryffindors weren't suppose to like each other, but when did Diana care. She didn't care about the house more or less about the typer of person they were.
Diana picked up her wand when he asked her a question and smiled back at him. "Umm... Ian," she smiled lightly at the dirt on his nose. "I'm sorry," she spoke as she lightly wiped the dirt off his nose. "You had dirt on your nose," she smiled at him sweetly. "So... tunnel... did I mention i'm claustrophobic." she let out a deep sigh. "But it's OK I'll live," she spoke truthfully. What better way to get over one of your bigger fears than to face them in the Forbidden Forest, right?
