When Tim walked down to the entrance of the forest he smirked. He had planned to meet Matt there and so forth, so they could venture off into the forest. He was somewhat curious to see what would happen since, ever since first year, they always found trouble wherever they went.
Looking around Tim leaned against a tree. He might as well wait, since he knew Matty was always a bit late.

Matt smirked. He was already in the forest, and there was Tim, leaning against the tree, waiting for him to arrive. He was the one late. So he snuck up behind the tree Tim was leaning against, trying not to laugh.
"So I am the one late? If you ask me, I think it is you who is late, Tim." he said, fianlly laughing.

Tim heard the voice behind him and smirked. "Those are old tricks Matt," he said simply but with a smile on his face. He was always late, and so it he always tried to made himself seem like he wasn't. Tim looked at him and sighed, "I know you too well Matt," he spoke sincerely. They had known each other since they were first years and now look at them.

Matt's smirk disappeared. "Everybody seems to know me too well...but there are a thousand things I can name that nobody knows but myself and..." he said, speaking seriously. He came from behind the tree to in front of Tim.

Tim's eyes met his as he came out from behind the tree. "I can only imagine..." he said truthfully. "But you do have to give me some credit, I have been friends with you since first year," he said now looking him in the eyes.

Matt lifted his thoughts from Emilie to reality. He smirked at Tim's last comment. It was true. They had been friends since they were eleven years old. "Fine then, I give you credit." he said, looking away from Tim's gaze to the way too bright moon.

Tim smirked lightly as he gave him credit. "So let's bounce?" he said starting to walk into the forest. He noticed the bright moon and smiled, "We could run into a werewolf..." he said playfully.

Matt was again thinking of Emilie. Earlier he had gotten something in the post from her. It was a letter explaining how much she loved and missed him, her father. He felt so guilty, leaving her like this. He heard Tim start into the forest and he had followed him. Then he heard Tim say something about werewolves. "It is not even a full moon. Didn't you pay attention to the Dark Arts teacher in, like, third year?"

Tim smirked when Matt spoke. "Oh... I thought it was full," he said now looking up and realizing that a leafs had blocked the other side of the mood. "My bad.." he smirked making his way further into the forest. Tim then waited a bit for Matt to catch up. "So Matt, how's Emilie?" he asked curiously. He didn't know the whole story of how Emilie came to be, but he did respect the dude. He took good care of his daughter from what he had heard.

Matt looked at Tim. Not everybody knew about Emilie. How Tim had found out, he had no idea. He decided to play cool. "She is fine. My mother is taking care of her now. A couple of days ago I got a letter from her. She said she misses me a lot. I feel so guilty leaving her like this." he said, still walking ahead. He could see a clearing in the forest. They must've been walking for a while. He has been there before, but normally it takes an hour or so to get there.

Tim nodded as he spoke. "I'm glad that she is doing good," he gave Matt a truthful smile. Tim knew about Emilie through a friend and she knew by eavesdropping, well they are Slytherins'. "Leaving her?" he said somewhat surprised at his choice of words. "You needed to finish school... you do want to have a good future for the both of you," he said strictly.
