Still in parseltongue Marishka scoffed. 'Then why help him? If you don't know this Morziak then why should you risk killing him? All we know is this zombie in front of us can't do it himself for some vague reason!' She shot Leigh a vicious glare. 'Morziak could actually be useful to us, Mandrake. He may be HIS enemy, but how do we know he's ours?' Marishka was infatuated with the idea of meeting Morziak now. Why not try talking to him rather than attacking him? What would it take to convince Mandrake to reject Leigh's offer?
'Let's just find out about him properly first.' She finished, accidentally reverting back to her normal tongue. She looked at Leigh with wide eyes, hoping she had not just given away too much of her proposition.

Mandrake sighed. "Believe my Marishka, Leigh is harmless compared to Morziak. Hes a dangerous man and I've only met him once and I don't want to do it again. He is looking for the weapon to, and thats one reason to try and kill him. Believe me we want Leigh on our side." and he turned to Leigh. "I accept your offer."

'Mandrake, no!' Marishka shouted angrily, looking from one man to the other in completely disbelief. An intense bitterness filled her suddenly, the feeling she always got when she did not get her own way - but this time it was different. She had never felt so deprived of something in her life. 'You're making a mistake trusting him.' She heeded darkly, moving away from the two of them.
Frustration swam through her head. Mandrake is smart, but he's letting Addis sway him far too easily. If only I could get to Morziak first - then I could warn him, speak to him...
'Well... where is he?' Marishka suddenly turned on Leigh. 'You want him dead? Take us to him.'

mandrake intervened into Marshikas conversation. "You just don't get it do you? No one knows where he is and if we did we could find him wewould be killed or worse before we got close to him. He is dangerous Marshika. Thinking like the way you are is a good way to get killed. Think about your options before you speak. We cant go see him." and Mandrake turned back to Leigh. "Leigh I accept your offer and I will do this deed tonight."

Leigh crossed his arms over his chest and snuffed a laugh. 'The girl is as stubborn as any other, but she may be right... I may not be trusted.' Leigh said, flashing his eyes wide. 'I may not be able to speak it personally, but I do understand the way the language works so speaking it around won't hide anything, understand girl?'
Without as much of a thought, Leigh looked at Mandrake and smiled. 'Nice to come to an agreement, ally, not friend yet, but ally would be the right assumption.' Leigh uncrossed his arms, opening his hands as he spread his arms out wide, his palms beginning to glow. He closed his eyes as he felt the energy channelling through him, before he opened them suddenly, staring at Mandrake before seeing the man opposite him was engulfed in the same bright light that shone from his palms.
Slowly returning to normal and seeing the look of awe on Mandrakes face, Leigh smiled. 'Now you have the power of a dragon flowing through you, I've done my part and now I have to flee again, he will know I'm up to something.' Leigh said to Mandrake, before looking at the girl, narrowing his eyes. 'I lost my life to Morziak and so wish not to lose it again any time soon, he swallowed me whole, forcing me into the cold depths of the shadows he controls and consumes. I was there until I felt him trying to consume that man standing next to you and his brother, I used my own magicks and escaped, leaving Morziak alone, as well as using Morziaks powers against him to vanish without a trace. He knows where I am if I'm outside of the castle and Hogsmeade and he can trace my steps, especially here in this sanctuary. He'd as soon kill me as he would consume me again but Mandrake has a uniqueness about him that disallows his consumption by Morziak, I don't know what it is, but I do not doubt that Mandrake here can kill him.'
Leigh looked at Shiela, her opal like eyes reflecting his own thoughts back to him. Despite the pain they both felt, they knew this was the only they could win their freedom from a being of power that neither of them, whether combined or not, could vanquish. Leigh knew that Mandrake would try, but ultimately would die himself, but Leigh hoped that Mandrake would sufficiently weaken Morziak before Leigh stepped in and finished Morziak off once and for all, wiping two birds with one stone as they say.
Looking at Mandrake, Leigh smiled. 'Morziak is mortal again with his new body in which you should know. He has used the decaying remains of many dead, even creatures, to build himself a body as a way to come to us when we're in the light of day. He has slowly grown weaker and now is the time to strike.' Leigh said, looking at the girl again. 'And there is your explanation.'

Mandrake stared as Leigh explained, and when Leigh gave him the powers of a dragon, he felt a flood of energy fill him. It was a good sensation. He turned to Leigh. "Explain these powers Leigh if you be so kind. And another question. How am I supposed to find Morziak?" mandrake started to feel uneasy about the whole idea. He still had nightmares from the horrible night.

'He'll find you.' Leigh answered before anything else. 'For the powers, well your magicks have increased several fold, so if you use your fabled Avada Kedavra spell, it should hurt him quite a bit, may even stun him along enough for you to pull out a skill that only a dragon knows... The way to kill an immortal being.' Leigh crossed his arms and smiled darkly, seeing the way Mandrake looked at himself and the look of glee on the mans face.
'Dragons have a unique power of being able to kill immortals, even permanently removing those from existence whose souls are attached to Horcruxe's.' Leigh said, looking at the girl then slowly drifitng his eyes over to Mandrake. 'You see, girl, Mandrake here died in a more savage way than I did, but for him to come back he needed a horcrux, and I presume as a Slytherin you'd know what is needed to be done to do that sort of dark magic?'
Leigh felt a tinge move on the back of his neck, the hairs standing on end. He looked over his shoulder as he felt Shiela tremble in fear as well. Leighs eyes widened as he realised what was coming, as he saw the shadows moving in a way that no other could see.
'He comes!' Leigh said, looking at Shiela and climbing onto her back. 'Girl, get on if you wish to live! Mandrake, it's up to you! I can't explain how to unlock the power but it should come to you when you have a certain sensation flowing through you, now come girl!'

Marishka stepped away from Leigh and Shiela, a determined sneer on her face. 'I shan't leave.' She stated, stopping only when she was far enough from the dragon and its rider to feel safe. Mandrake had grown uneasy, his new found senses obviously playing cruel tricks on him - what had Leigh done to him? Was Mandrake's mind now addled too? Could he be trust?
The air was stirring differently now, the hiss back in the wind but an entirely more sinister voice echoing quietly. Was it real, that gentle monologue? She could hear words, but they were talking so fast she could not comprehend them...
'Go on then, coward! Run! Leave another to do your dirty work!' Marishka turned from Leigh and glared at Mandrake now, her eyes full of cold contempt. 'You won't beat him, you know. He'd be better as an alley. Why not kill him instead?!' Marishka pointed a finger at Leigh, a destructive gleam in her eyes.

'Your life is no longer your own, stupid girl.' Leigh said, letting Shiela know now was the time to leave. Shiela began to beat her wings, but before she took off, Leigh looked at the girl and the savage look she showed him. No longer caring, Leigh pulled his wand out and aimed it at her. 'Stupefy!' He growled suddenly, his spell striking the girl. He looked at Mandrake and laughed. 'She's better like that then what would happen to her when Morziak gets here, you can do it.'
Shiela let out a mighty roar, soon soaring into the air as Leigh left Mandrake and the Slytherin girl.

Emerging slowly from the shadows, Morziak looked about seeing no one but a man standing before him. He smiled as the darkness swirled around him, soon laughing as he felt the energy coming from the man.
'Where did he go? No matter, a soul likes yours will suffice for now.' Morziak said, raising his hand at the man and sending forth his shadows. Columns of shadows erupted from the ground around Mandrake, spikes sprouting from them as they crashed down around Mandrake. 'If you think you can stand up to my power then you're a fool!'

"I can stand up against you Morziak! Prepare to die!" and Mandrake ;feeling the dragons strength within him; jumped out of the ring of spikes. He started to circle Morziak. "I have waited for this day Morziak. The day that you no longer haunt my dreams and thoughts, the day you no longer steal souls, the day you no longer live!" and Mandrake whipped his wand out and with a scream of rage "Avada Kadavra!" and the green light struck him in the chest.

Morziak was flown back, hitting a tree and snapping the thick trunk if half. The pain the riddled his body forced him to cry out in inhuman rage before standing and glaring at the man that had attacked him. Morziak stepped forward and smiled as he felt the pain increasing his powers, which he flung at Mandrake, again and again, striking the man in several different places, screams of pain eruptng soon after each strike.
Soon Morziak melded into the shadows, moved through them and reemerged behind Mandrake, standing tall and throwing his arms around the man, crushing Mandrakes ribs as he squeezed in tightly.
'That spell... was stronger than normal... How... did you do that!?' Morziak said, stressing as he squeezed harder. 'No matter, your life is mine!'

Marishka stirred, a small moan escaping her lips. The last thing she remembered was being hit with a stunner by that scoundrel Leigh Addis as he took off on the dragon... but what was happening now? Her body was defenseless and immobile, and she willed her limbs to twitch into action, to give her enough strength to just lift her head at least...
Opening her eyes, Marishka saw at last who they had all been waiting for. Morziak stood with his arms wrapped around Mandrake, an army of monstrous black shadows swaying around them. The air was impossibly cold, and Marishka gritted her teeth as she managed to heave herself up onto one elbow, unable to go any further. Morziak! She wanted to shout. Stop - he doesn't know what he's doing! It's Leigh Addis you want!
She flopped back down onto the ground, her head spinning, but unable to stop her eyes from witnessing Morziak's torture upon Mandrake...

Morziak felt the presence of a new life form near him. The soul beckoning him towards the source, he felt the pull of the soul towards him. He wanted her soul to become his, one of many he needed...
Morziak dropped Mandrake, the mans body falling hard. He slowly turned to the girl who was standing on shaky legs, his eagerness to consume her soul shown in his eyes as he stepped forward, smiling greedily as he opened one hand towards her.
He felt the control of his shadows easily come to him as he pushed them towards her, the inviting coldness of the girls soul more than enough to attract the shadows on their own.
Morziak stood over the girl, his smile showing the greed he felt as he raised his hands, summoning the well of shadows to consume her and make her his own... Until he felt the stinging pain run through his back, forcing him to fall to his knees in an agony he had never felt. The inhuman cry that escaped his lips echoing about the forest, the very stone surrounding them trembling in fear.
Morziak hunched forward as he stood and turned to see that Mandrake was standing, Morziaks mouth hung open in shock, all thoughts of consuming the girl lost. He looked again at Mandrake as another spell struck him in the chest, sending him flying into the rocky wall, the impact crushing him into the stone as chips and debris fell from his impact.
If he had being a normal human the impact would've killed him, but he stood once again, the pain almost unbearable as he saw Mandrake looming over him...
For the first time, Morziak felt afraid.
((Sorry to godmod, Steepy, but had to do it to get to the phase where Mandrake kills Morziak.))

((No problem))
Mandrake sighed breathing heavy from his torture. He crossed the clearing to where Morziak was. Smiling that evil smile of his Mandrake pointed his wand at Morziak. "Oh I have dreamed of this moment. How I planned it with ease. This is exactly how I wanted it. Me being the last person you see before you end. I love the scared look in your eyes. The pain your going to feel!" Mandrake launched a punch into Morziaks face, and turning he pulled a dagger out and threw it into Morziaks chest. He knew it wouldn't do much to him but it still felt good to Mandrake. He felt the dragons energy welling up inside him. It was time.
"It time Morziak. Make sure you scream loudly when I do this. I want to here the pain in your voice." Mandrake pointed his wand at Morziaks chest and bellowed full of rage, "Avada Kadavra!" and laughed as the green light hit him in the chest.
