Fallon hurried through the halls. She hated the changing of the classes. Finally free period had come, and she hurried to get a good spot in the library. Move would you! Fallon said silently in her head. A large group of huddled Hufflepuff first years had gotten in her way. It seemed as though they traveled in packs. Fallon tried squeezing past them left, and then she tried right. It was impossible.
"Listen you." She said to the closest Hufflepuff. "If you don't get a move on, I swear I'll hex you to oblivion, you won't even remember what it was like to have a normal sized nose." The small boy turned and looked up at Fallon, trembling slightly, but continued, slowly, on his way. Fallon stared at the back back of his head with her blue-brown eyes. The boy obviously could not have spoken English, for he had totally ignored her. Fallon groaned. The seventh year was not in the mood. She took the next hallway, escaping the horrendous crowd.
It was pointless now to head for the library. It would be filled by now. Fallon decided to head to the Slytherin common room. But where was that. She looked around her. She didn't remember ever being down this corridor. How embarrassing! Being a Seventh year and being lost in the castle. Fallon doubted she was really lost, but for the moment she didn't know where she was. Definition of lost.
"Hello?" Fallon said into the empty hall. Fallon came to a cross roads. Left or right? Eenny Meenny Miny..."Oh Bloody..." As Fallon took the left turn she collided with some thing very hard. She found her self on the cold stone floor, lower back and dignity bruised considerably.

William was conveniently late for his lesson due to his not knowing what lesson he actually had, having poked his head into one classroom and been scolded extremely by Professor Starsmore who had promptly deducted points for supposedly wasting lesson time. Grumbling under his breath continually and swearing horribly from time to time, scaring nearby students, who pale faced, raced along to their lessons. Will's friends were nowhere to be found either, as they always told him where to go, not even Sophie or Jac were about which he found thoroughly annoying.
Then he collided headlong with somebody his thoroughly hard skull smashing somebody down, dazed he looked around bleary eyed and muttered "watch where you're bloody going you dunce." Without even looking at who stood before him he rubbed his bruised forehead and ego.

"I'm the dunce. You're the one who ran into me!" Fallon said, her back still pounding. She looked up into the eyes of her 'attacker', a boy, who looked like his head hurt as bad as her back, was standing above her.
"Well, it looks like it hurt you as bad as it hurt me." She said. Groaning, she got to her feet, and crouched down to gather her books. Charms...Potions...she listed through her head, making sure she had everything. Where was her History essay. It had been assigned to be20 inches long. Fallon had managed to get 21.6 inches. She was rather proud, but now, it was lost. Fallon prayed it didn't roll into some magic hallway that disappeared or something. Fallon looked around the stone floor she didn't see it anywhere.
She felt the presence of the boy still upon her. She got a good look at him. Gryffindor. She would need to take a shower.

Having stumbled to hsi feet Will glared at the offending object of the girl who had hurtled around the corner, you can't even think in this place he thought angrily his features emminating his emotions.
"I didn't run," he countered rather pathetically as his temper got the better of him. Grumbling a number of execrations under his breath he gradually brought his mind under control, it could easily happen a simple accident, he'd even been in the situation countless times with the many criss-crossing mazes of corridors throughtout the entire school and not just these low levels.
"Just watch where you're going next time," he cautioned using the weight of his badge to gain the upper hand, there was no way it could have been his fault, if she accepted full responsibility he would leave her in peace. Seeing her seaching gaze fall upon him he smirked entering more safe territory, as he really didn't know how to act as a prefect, but flirting was his speciality, and came naturally to Will without thought. "I know I'm handsome but you don't have to stare you know." He teased half truthfully and half jokingly he grinned realising she'd probably lost something in the fall, the contents of her bag had been spilt rather dramatically, thankfully he didn't bother with such things, they only got in the way, it was so much easier to borrow other people's quills and parchment.

Fallon groaned. "Oh please, I was fully aware in what direction I was walking." Fallon couldn't believe this guy. He obviously had an ego problem, like most men. No Fallon thought. Not all men are bad, some are dead.
The boy obviously wasn't planning on going about his way anytime within the next 10 seconds. "If I throw a stick will you leave?" Fallon said, as she looked about the floor again, coming up on the boys face.
Fallon hadn't realized she was starring. The boy was indeed pretty, but apparently he was well aware of that. Fallon tucked a piece of her golden hair be hind her ear. Was he trying to put the moves on her? She had to keep herself from laughing.
"Oh, please." Fallon said under her breath, rolling her eyes. "You're a real sweet talker." She said with a smile.
The seventh year Slytherin could not find that essay anywhere. How could it have totally disappeared. What were the chances. Fallon sighed, and a again looked at the boy. Her gaze became softer. "Do you see a roll of parchment anywhere?" She asked in desperation.

Rolling his eyes as the pretty girl retorted passionately he shrugged his shoulders as if to say, never said you were lost or nothing which led him to the logical conclusion that she was in fact lost, people wouldn't react like that unless covering their tracks, smirking he an urge to rub it in, she was completely lost it seemed, and how embarrassing would that be? But the angel perched upon his shoulder swayed him towards the path of virtue. Though he would of course continue teasing for all he was worth.
"Almost as sweet talking as you," he commented wryly but then the obvious question came to end her seaching once and for all.
"What do you mean this one?" He asked with girlish laugh and a teasing smirk. He'd taken it as soon as her belongings had spilled, knowing her work was likely to be far better than his own, it would also confirm her suspicions of his rather dubious and cheeky character.
"It looks great," he commented wafting it tantalizingly before her eyes, "I probably haven't done this work yet, so I'll just take a copy shall I?" Seeing her expression he grinned throwing it back.
"Chill girl, what's your name anyways?"

Fallon couldn't help but smile. She fought herself on the show of emotion. It was uncharacteristic. Boys did this to her, it was a weakness. He was cute, she was melting. Fallon quickly snapped back to her senses. She was Slytherin, he was Gryffindor, they didn't like each other. Not at all.
Fallon's eyes widen as she saw the boy wave her parchment in front of her. She could see all her hard work being shredded to pieces by the evil boy. She didn't really truly believe that he would be so mean, but she didn't know him at all. Fallon decided to calm herself.
"Yes, that's it. Could I have it back please." Fallon said. It didn't look as if he was going to give it to her. Fallon got impatient. "Come on please I worked hard on that." She said a little desperate. She didn't want him to copy it. She would probably get caught, punished, and expelled. Ok, she was over reacting, but she didn't want him to copy it all the same.
The seventh year grasped the roll of parchment and placed it back into her bag safely. She breathed easier, and looked up at the boy. "Thanks.." She said, a piece of her long hair falling in front of her face, she pushed it back shyly as she was asked her name. "Fallon." She said. "And yours?" She wasn't really paying attention to him anymore. She had come to realize that she had no idea where she was. Great.

William chuckled good naturedly enjoying the light teasing and glad there was nobody trying to chop off his head for his supposed impudence. "It's a bit weighty that," he said releasing the parchment somewhat reluctantly, he really could do with having a copy of it, without a shadow of a doubt this girl probably could trounce him in any subject, except perhaps that of flirting or flying.
Seeing he dazed expression he decided to act upon that lightly taking her hand he gave it a quick peck gracefully upon her slim delicate fingers, trying to hide the smirk as he hoped a blush would become predominate upon her features, but knowing his luck he'd just get a sound and not overly undeserved slap for his troubles.
"Charmed Flowing Fabulous Fallon." He knew he was using tried and tested methods but they were often the best.
"Me?" He asked incredulously an obviously exaggerated expression of disbelief clouding his features "Don't you know me? Perhaps that's a good thing, don't listen to the rumours," he added with a smirk. "They're not true unless they're good of course."
"William Harris," he divulged sweeping an emphasised bow. "Is someone so obviously clever as you lost?" He asked incredulously, thankfully he did know where he was, much closer to the Slytherin Common rooms and he wouldn't have stood a chance, though admittedly he had been dragged bodily to the Head Of Slytherin's office on numerous occasions, being a regular he should actually have known his way, but being Will, he of course didn't.
Believing she would be too proud to admit she was so lost he quickly added "May I escort you on your way?" He asked smirking making to link arms to guide her back towards the main throng of traffic in the far wider corridors.

Fallon hadn't expected him to give back the parchment, as you well know, but she was amazed that she didn't have to tackle the boy to get it back from him, which, by the way, was not beneath Fallon. Although she had a bad feeling that the Gryffindor would have enjoyed her tackling him.
As Fallon was thinking about how he would have enjoyed himself, he took the opportunity to grab her hand. Fallon wasn't sure what he was going to do until he did it. She quickly snatched back her hand after the peck and quickly rubbed the spot. However, there was a warm sensation spreading across the surface of her hand. Her face was a light pink color, but she wore a weird half smirk, half, who do you think you are? look.
"Was that supposed to rhyme?" Fallon asked him smartly after he had said his little limerick with her name. She smiled, easing up. She was so stone cold all the time, why was this different. She felt warmth inside, which felt as corny as it sounded.
Fallon really didn't know who he was. She kept to herself and her house. When ever the Slytherin boys started complaining about this Hufflepuff or that Ravenclaw, she left. It was boring talk, Fallon didn't want to her about it.
She shrugged her shoulders at him. She wondered if her was ever going to tell her his name. He obviously had some sort of bad boy reputation, or at least he wanted Fallon to believe he did.
Fallon's cheeks went pink again. She was lost, but she thought she was doing a good job of hiding it. She sighed. "What gave it away?" She asked defeated. He would probably point her in the wrong direction and go and tell his buddies how he had thwarted a pretty Slytherin girl's way.
Instead he held out his arm and offered to escort her back to wherever she was going. Fallon had planned on heading back to the Slytherin common room, however that would be like death sentence to Mr. Harris. She looked at him and her heart gave a warm thud. She would spare his life for today. Fallon looked at the held out arm, smirked and started walking. She had no idea where she was going. But after a few steps she stopped. "Well, aren't you going to escort me?" She said hands on her hips.

William's smirk grew, "oh did that ryhme?" He joked "I hadn't realised that at all. It helps that your name rhymes so easily," he chuckled "because that makes so much sense."
But thankfully he had found out her problem, she really was lost," I've got to admit it was pretty obvious from your dazed expression." Will knew he was quite probably pushing his luck to the limit, but he loved to live life on the edge, where he constantly was, if he wasn't getting into mischief with teachers he would be annoying his fellow students instead, not intentionally unless they were a particularly annoying Ravenclaw whom he detested with a passion, Acelin was her name and annoying him seemed to be her game at present, or was that her life's goal?
"Yes yes I'm coming," he called quickly linking arms with her, just to compound her agitation and embarrassment.
"Where do you wish to travel?" He asked "The owelry, great hall? Your wish is my command." Whichever way she chose they would still continue along the very same corridor, so he propelled her along at a gentle walk. "I can't believe you got lost," he teased "What are you fifth year?" He asked exaggeratedly. He was going to enjoy this.

"Actually it didn't rhyme at all." Fallon said. She had thought her sarcasm was obvious. She would have to make sure it was more prominent next time.
"I don't think my expression was dazed. It was more..." Fallon couldn't find the right word. She was more..."confused." Fallon looked at William. "Dazed and confused are the same things aren't they?" She shrugged her shoulders. Why must she be right everytime?
Fallon felt the boys arm link with hers. Again her face became a light pink. She allowed him to take a few steps before sliding out of his grasp. Not only would she hate to be seen arms linked with a Gryffindor, but again, it was like a death sentence.
Fallon didn't really know where she was going. She didn't really have any where to go. "Where are you headed?" She decided to ask him, getting out of any decision making.
"I am not a fifth year!" Fallon said, rather offended. Did she really look as young as a fifth year? She was newly seventeen years old and a seventh year. "I'm a seventh year, thank you very much."
Fallon glared at him. For the first time she notice the prefect badge pinned on his chest. "Well, aren't you special with that shiny badge?" She laughed. Authority figures.
