[Great Hall] Saturday Morning

Maxi walked down from his common room to meet Ash early on saturday morning. People were up and about now and everyone seemed to be getting ready to make their way to Hogsmeade, which was where Maxi and Ashton were going to go.

Maxi was looking forward to it, being his first time actually there with someone else might make it a whole lot more interesting. He sat down at the table in the great hall and poured himself some pumpkin juice. Smiling at the way things seemed to be picking up.

Ashton made his way into the great hall and looked through the throng of students, also on their way to Hogsmeade for Maxi. Ah, there he was. Drinking pumpkin juice no doubt. Making his way over, he wove through the crowd, muttering a few "excuse me's"and "pardon me's" as he tried not to bump into other students. And of course he snarled the odd, "You watch it!" as he crossed paths with a bothersome Slytherin. Finally he arrived at his destination. "Hey Maxi." he said breathlessly setting down his bag. "Ready for a day of fun?

Maxi sat there, waiting for Ashtons arrival, drinking his pumpkin juice as the great hall filled. His messy blonde hair was straggled across his face, and his eyes were a bit bloodshot due to tiredness. He yawned slightly as the morning took hold of him, a voice brought him back down to earth as he looked up, "Hey Ash" he said with a smile standing up and giving him a hug, "Im always ready for a day of fun"

Ashton returned the hug with a smile. "So, what should we do first?" He asked reaching across the table for some pupmkin juice. "Go to Honeydukes and stuff ourselves, and our pockets full of candy? Go to Zonko's and see if we can find any Dungbombs to smuggle inside the castle? Or head down to the Three Broomsticks for a Butterbeer and make fun of all the weirdos and mock all the Slytherins in there?" He paused. "Oh wait... we can mock the Slytherins the whole time we're going up there!" He said this brightly and with a smile.

Maxi took Ashtons hand and lead him through the crowd until they were outside in the grounds, finally stopping he turned and shrugged and said, "Why dont we just see what happens when we get there?" he smiled at Ashton and began to walk again, keeping a firm grip on him, not wanting to lose him in the middle of all the crowds.

Ashton grinned. "Sounds good to me." he replied, tightening his grip on Maxi's hand as they wove through the throng of people. It wasn't an easy thing to do. People were pushing and shoving, and once someone rudely walked right between them causing them to lose their grip on eachother. Ashton momentarily paniced as he felt his hand slipping out of Maxi's. "Maxi!" He quickly reached for the other boy's hand before they could get seperated in the huge crowd.

Maxi turned to the person who seperated them both and shouted, "Oi can you get anymore ignorant!" Maxi watched as the other boy turned to him, he was only young and he quickly apologized. Maxi felt Ashtons hand grab his as he turned to him and smiled, a bit of hair had fell astray on ashtons head, maxi moved it behind his ears, "Dont worry i wont let you get lost"

Ashton smiled as Maxi moved the stray hair behind his ear. "I'm not afraid of getting lost, I'm afraid of losing you." he said softly. "Now let's go. Time's a wastin!"

Maxi laughed, "You couldnt lose me if you tried!" He turned around, keeping a grip on Ashtons hand and kept weaving through the crowds, it was manic today, everyone seemed to be going somewhere or doing something. "You alright back there?" he yelled to Ashton over the screams of the crowds.

Ashton chuckled. "I'm fine. It's you I'm worried about!" he teased. "So, where should we go?" he asked as Maxi led him through the hectic crowd.

"No need to worry about me" He smiled as the corwd began to disperse. "Lets just try and get there in one piece first" He laughed. It would be pointless to say where, and not actually get there.

Ashton laughed. "Sounds good to me!" he agreed, following Maxi through the now diminishing crowd. He turned to look at Maxi. "So, what do you prefer, Licorice Wands, Sugar Quills, Bertie Botts Every Flavor Beans, or Chocolate Frogs?" he asked, refering to the assortment of sweets that could be found inside Honeydukes. "I can't decide between Licorice Wands and Chocolate Frogs."

"Definatly sugar quills" Maxi laughed. Remembering in Durmstrang when he and a load of others sat there sucking their quills pretending to listen in thier Dark Arts lesson. Though, he had noticed, they didnt teach the Dark Arts here, which was a shame really, he did like learning about them. Though he had decided against telling anybody this, they already had thier suspicions that Maxi would turn bad because of the Reputation Durmstrang had. Maxi realised he had been stood contemplating this, while looking at Ash with a rather blank look on his face. "Oh, uh... Lets go"

Ashton laughed. "Bout time you decided!" he teased, taking Maxi's hand and leading him towards the direction of the famed sweet shop. "Did anyone ever tell you how adorable you are?" he asked, turning to smile at the boy beside him.

"They... uh... Might have... mentioned it" he said thinking upon his arrival about the hoards of idiotic girls which highly freaked him out. "Sorry... having a lost in thought moment" I guess i should write, find out how they're all doing... he thought to himself.
